We spent a weekend in Guarujá and loved the house, which is large, spacious and cozy. The barbecue space is very nice and we have fun with the biribol in the pool. The condominium is a 10-minute walk to Praia de Pernambuco and has a Pão de Açúcar market practically next to the condominium. Marco and the condominium staff were very helpful and helped us with everything we need! We look forward to returning soon!

Me and my family We spent four days of the Carnival holiday. The accommodation corresponds to the listing, everything working perfectly, air-conditioning and TV in all the bedrooms, kitchen utensils that serve perfectly well, very cozy barbecue area, beautiful view of the sunset, pool was clean every day. The building is well located, quiet neighborhood, a few minutes from the beach. Marcio always showed up and Fabi was very dear and attentive in all our lodging, always responding immediately. I highly recommend it.

My family and I love the house, the Pool, everything. Vera um amor de Pessoa always quickly answered the messages and clarified all doubts. O Cícero is friendly and kind mto. I loved it all, I want to come back more often.

My whole family loved our stay at Ively’s house. There were 12 of us and the house had more than enough room for all of us. Everything was absolutely gorgeous and pristine. Would definitely visit again.

This was our first experience in the App…And we were glad it all went well.When Fernando always very helpful and answered questions quickly and kindly,demonstrating ready to help. To what is up to the Ap we feel well at home, clean and organized environment,utensil in the basic kitchen but the necessary. The local staff are very attentive/polite. The house is great. The village has completely met our expectations. Even in the cold we enjoyed the sauna, heated pool and barbecue area. All very pleasant. Renata is very good at communicating and always willing to help with whatever I needed. I recommend it for those who want pleasant moments with the family.

I stayed at Adriano's house for my bachelorette party and it was just perfect! The accommodation is far beyond what the photos show — spacious, cozy and with a wonderful energy. The house is a delight! We had full flexibility at check-in and check-out, which made all the difference, and the communication with the host was clear, quick and super kind. I recommend it with my eyes closed!

The apartment is very comfortable and has everything you need for an excellent stay: well-equipped kitchen, balcony with a view, comfortable living room with Smart TV, air conditioning in all rooms, 2 bedrooms with very comfortable beds, 2 bathrooms with gas heating (including in the sinks). In addition to the location, which is excellent: markets, restaurants, bars, and of course, the beach, all easily accessible, we hardly need to take the car out of the garage!

Good our experience in Renata's apartment was wonderfulaa, in the photos it is not possible to see the surreal beauty that is the view we are all enchanted, the apartment has everything, we all feel at home, the rooms are very comfortable we sleep very well, until my 6-month-old niece passed very well, because the apartment has support for the baby, the apartment has everything in the kitchen as in everything, it is very complete spacious and cozy, we spent incredible days, the condominium counts with a lot of leisure, we enjoyed the gym very much, I saw many comments that had to walk a lot, but it is not true because the elevators leave where we want to go, and even with the car of to go, I only have compliments for my stay in the AP of Renata, and Renata was an excellent polished gentleman always giving support to everything we need, the beach is very close and has all the support of the chairs and sunscreen made it very easy, the condominium has a lot of leisure, and ❤️ I'm sure to recommend it
