Alex's apartment is impeccable. everything is new, well organized, clean, the apartment is comfortable, close to the market and also the beach. Still a quiet place with no noise. The condominium is exceptional, you can use the leisure areas that were great. Alex responded to everything promptly. Our experience was excellent. I highly recommend it.

Apartment exactly as in the photos, super easy to get to and with an excellent location! The walk to the beach is very peaceful. We loved our stay and hope to be back soon!

The stay was great, as were the guidelines from the host Daniel. Nearby markets, gas stations, gyms and restaurants as well. A single addendum about the negative points was the bad smell in the bedding, the sofa that had some stains of past dirt and the curtains, for not being blackout, it was very bright inside the studio in the morning. Still, we would return to the studio in the future.

We love the apartment, the view is fantastic, everything matched the advertisement. Easy access to various places such as restaurants and bakery. Clean, pleasant, comfortable apartment. The hostess responded promptly and was very attentive.

We had a fantastic weekend stay in Guarujá at this beautiful beachfront apartment overlooking Pitangueiras Beach. The view was absolutely stunning, and the apartment itself was spotless, stylishly furnished, and perfectly located. It's just steps away from great restaurants like Tahiti—which is a must-try! Kalanit & Juliana were exceptional hosts—super responsive, welcoming, and full of helpful local recommendations. They even met us at check-in to make sure everything went smoothly. Highly recommend staying here if you're visiting Guarujá!

We've stayed in the area in hotels and Airbnb before, but this has been the best so far. Clean, organized, well located place, close to a market that has everything, easy access to the cove beach and other beaches, gas station and with a good playground for children. I recommend!

I liked it a lot, a great location, urban and super attentive from start to finish, the concierge staff warned us to be careful when leaving with watches and bracelets, very good beach service, it has everything, the apartment is exactly like the ad. (It was a surprise to me See that it had a suite, lol). Everything was perfect and I would come back more often!

Nice and very well-kept location, with a very good location with things to do without having to take the car out of the parking lot. All items described were in accordance with reality and the location information was also clear from arrival to checkout. Tamara also always responded quickly and was available to solve everything we needed with great attention.

My husband and I loved staying in Sérgio's penthouse. In addition to being spacious, cozy and well located, we feel comfortable given the privacy it provides. It is very complete and structured, we do not miss anything, from kitchen utensils to appliances. The leisure area is a separate show! The jacuzzi and sauna were a perfect combination in our accommodation, as it was cold. Everything was so excellent that we didn't even think about going out for lunch, we took advantage of the barbecue and made a delicious barbecue to make everything even more perfect. Sérgio is a very attentive and kind host. They gave us all the support and instructions from the first contact. This was undoubtedly one of the most worthwhile reservations. We will definitely return!!!

The apartment is amazing, comfortable, tastefully decorated, and the area is great, you can walk to the Praiamar mall, which is large and full of good stores, and to the SESC, both are 2 blocks behind the property, a 10-minute walk on a flat street. Right in front is the beach of Aparecida, calm sea and practically no waves. I would definitely stay at the place again, oh, the apartment has everything, it is well structured, utensils, cutlery, pans, pots... 1000 points!
