This house is located near Pernambuco`s Beach (about 5 minutes at foot) inside a safe closed neighborhood as it is well controled by a security personal inside it during the 24 hours. It is a little far from the main downtown, yet it has a good accessibility since the main route that cross the neighborhood can take you pretty fast to it and also to the towns nearby (Santos). It is a nice place for anyone who is looking forward to relax. The recommended way for displacement around is by car.

It was a delight to stay in Fernando's space, I felt at home since I opened the door. Everything was clean and organized. I cooked a few days and the kitchen is super-equipped, as well as being able to cook and talk to who is at the table/living room because it's all integrated or even watching a movie/series with air conditioning. The room also has air conditioning, working perfectly, the bed and the pillows are extremely comfortable, sleeping like a hahaha angel the living room and bedroom have glass doors but both with a curtain, which allows us to have the dark room to sleep until later hehehe. The condominium is beautiful and super complete, it has a swimming pool, mini market that super served us, in addition to being located right in front of the beach of Enseada, it was just across the street and we were already on the beach, dream! The condominium also offers beach service, chairs and umbrellas, if you do not want to stay in any kiosks… in short, I had a very positive experience in this space and I intend to return!

Wonderful home, very well cared for and spacious. The space is perfect. Everything we needed was serviced. It has nearby bakeries and markets and the house is two blocks from the beach of Pernambuco. Maria is a great host, very communicative and friendly. I loved the trip.

Excellent stay. We stayed 4 days in the house, in 8 people. The location is a high point, not only for privacy, but also for the proximity of the beaches (a few minutes' drive). In addition, the house is well equipped with utensils and appliances, avoiding the need to take/purchase kitchen items. Hosts were helpful and quick in communicating with us. Overall, we love the whole experience and recommend the stay for groups who want to relax and enjoy Guarujá.

I was very pleased with the hosting! The place is cozy, well taken care and exactly like in the pictures. I felt super comfortable during the entire stay. Communication with Ana was quick and attentive, which made all the difference. I would definitely recommend and host again. Thank you for the reception and for all the care! I would even venture to say that it is better in person than in the photos.

From the reception, to the boys in the parking lot, the housekeepers, and the host himself were amazing with us… people are aware of what it is to be 5 minutes of everything… Things I didn't read in other reviews Beach service (yes the ap offers sunshine guard, beach chairs and set up for you on the beach) Room service ( they wash your clothes and deliver clean the next day, clean the room you request) Manobrista - you leave the car they park and bring when you go out Has Swimming pool Rural Negative::: the elevator… if it is in Peak Hours get ready you will be 15 minutes waiting. Or go by staircase we were kkk almost dead by on the twentieth floor The ap is Bem! small, fit two people comfortably! Mais is unparalleled coziness! Really delicious. Climatized is all very clean with the smell of washing!I didn't even change bed linen (I always change because I'm disgusting) but it was so perfect! 3 pharmacies on the street (important info for those who got sick)

Romantic Studio Top Bath and Pool Sea View

The stay was great, as were the guidelines from the host Daniel. Nearby markets, gas stations, gyms and restaurants as well. A single addendum about the negative points was the bad smell in the bedding, the sofa that had some stains of past dirt and the curtains, for not being blackout, it was very bright inside the studio in the morning. Still, we would return to the studio in the future.

Get ready to get out of this place wanting to live there. What a wonderful apartment. What an amazing view! Truly breathtaking and make anyone forget any problem and just feel, enjoy and enjoy. This apartment is one of the best Airbnb I've ever tried. I highly recommend it and I can't wait to get back.
