Such a lovely stay! The view of the beach was absolutely beautiful, and the location was perfect—just a short walk to local stores and great restaurants. The space was very clean, cozy, and ideal for a mix of relaxing and fun weekend getaway. Highly recommend!

We had a great time at Todd’s place. Communication was clear, his spot is in a fantastic location, and it had everything we needed for a girls weekend away. We really appreciated the thoughtful Mother’s Day treats upon our arrival too. Wonderful host!

We loved our stay! CONVENIENT!! Perfect for a small family or couple. Right across the street from the beach. Two lovely restaurants right next door, the general store for quick snacks. Walk to the town, park, arcade. The beach was lovely and the tide never came in too close! The rental was very clean, had everything you would need. View and sunrise were amazing. Allee was very responsive! Would definitely come back with my family!

I had been staying here for 2 weeks and extended for another week. Again, just a great stay with very communicative hosts.

Condo was exactly as pictured. The location with unobstructed views of the ocean is very hard to beat. The L-shaped enclosed porch really makes this condo very special. The detailed communication made everything easy. We had a nice time and would love to return.

The place was awesome, lots of space, and in walking distance to town which was a huge plus! Our group throughly enjoyed our stay and the k-cups for the Keurig was a nice touch & much appreciated. We loved making coffees in the morning, it was so convenient. Zac was extremely responsive and super helpful and even sent restaurant recommendations! Would stay again!

This is my third year in a row staying at the Wells condo. It is has been amazing each year. The other residents are very welcoming and friendly, always waving and saying hi. So much to do and eat right on the main road, with a short distance to beaches. I will absolutely be back for a fourth year!

Thank you so much for this beautiful slice of lakeside living! Wish we had a longer stay (without rain) to truly take advantage of all that’s available. It was awesome waking up to the gorgeous lake views. You thought of everything as far as snacks and coffee. Such a spacious stay with rooms for everyone in our three person party. Thank you for your flexibility on checking in a little earlier than we’d anticipated. Great communication before and throughout our stay.

The condo was perfect! Very clean, neat, cute decor. I loved the box of dog supplies that the host left. The condo was also in a GREAT area, walkable to bars, restaurants, coffee shops, stores. The host, Jason was friendly and accommodating. I will definitely return to Portland and stay in this condo again.

James and Jeni were excellent hosts. James or Jeni got back to me quickly if I had a question and often checked in to see if we needed anything. The apartment was spacious, super clean and cozy. The furniture and beds were new and comfortable and the kitchen was well supplied. We loved being on a quiet street and just a quick walk to the town. We will definitely come back.

We had a wonderful stay over Memorial Day weekend! The location here truly can’t be beat-walking distance to everything Kennebunkport has to offer. We loved that the property was pet friendly and well stocked. The property itself was exactly as described with very comfy beds and a well stocked kitchen. We would absolutely stay here again. Robert and Janette were incredibly responsive with our questions and recommendations and had clear checking and checkout instructions. A true gem of a weekend getaway!

Great place to stay in Brunswick! Extremely walkable to the downtown restaurants and shops. Clean and bright space with spacious bedrooms (enough space to throw a pack-and-play in one of the bedrooms). Beds were comfortable and living room/kitchen good for socializing! Bonus — you can also access the Androscoggin River path for a nearby dose of nature and water. This is the second location of Spencer’s we’ve stayed in (the other about two years ago) and both stays were awesome. Highly recommend for a trip to Brunswick!

We only had two nights at Dave’s place but wish we could’ve stayed longer. The decor was great and matched the Maine vibe while it also had all the modern amenities an Airbnb needs. Only ten minutes into the centre of Portland and very close to the beach as well. We didn’t use the kitchen but it seemed to be fully stocked. The washer and dryer were also very much appreciated. Would definitely recommend!

Super cute apartment in a great location and very responsive host! The apartment was clean and well stocked, and the Steve was very kind and responsive. He was also able to accommodate a very early check-in for us which was greatly appreciated. The location was great for getting around Portland. Our only complaint was that the free parking was not as easy/available as we had hoped, but the host did a great job compiling a list of other (paid) parking options. Overall loved it and highly recommend, just consider that you may have to pay for parking.

We had a wonderful vacation in NH especially due to the beautiful condo we stayed in. Every morning we took a short walk to the beach at sunrise. We also enjoyed sitting out on the deck overlooking the pool as well. It was a short drive to most places of interest, shops and restaurants. Our host Sue was very responsive via text. The place was clean and full of many things to help make our stay special. We’ll definitely be back in the future.

Kristin's cottage is a light filled cottage that is updated, clean and super comfy. I loved the location and how quiet it was as well. The addition of a pool was also such a nice to have. I will definitely be booking again soon. Can't wait to make this my every summer vacation spot!

Great location -- perfect for a "work away from home" week or an autumn visit -- hosts four adults super comfortably, location is great. Third year in a row and we always come back to here!

We love the location since it affords us quick access to the beach as well as other areas we have stayed over the years. Brianna is a super host and communicates well with us throughout the whole experience. We certainly will be back.

Five star stay! They had everything you would need - fully stocked kitchen, plenty of pillows, tons of extra towels! The place was beautifully decorated and felt like a true beach getaway. We’d be lucky to go back!

Lovely cottage with EVERYTHING you need (e.g, kitchen & bath items are very well stocked with many options - condiments, coffee/tea, hair dryer, towels, health & beauty products - you name it!)! The location is close to lovely attractions and eateries. We visited Lobster Pt. Lighthouse and took a cliff walk - beautiful views! Ogunquit beach is also close by. Highly recommend Hobbs Harborside Restaurant - great seafood! Diane was a very accommodating and responsive host! It was the perfect location for our weekend getaway.

Kate & Kate’s place was fantastic. The location was perfect for both enjoying the beach and fall weather, and also doing some shopping nearby. There are restaurants very close by as well. It was very clean, the beds are extremely comfortable, and the little things really stood out here- many towels, washer and dryer, all the things you need for your stay are provided and so appreciated. Excellent place to stay!!
