Holiday rentals with a patio in Perkins Cove

My boyfriend and I had a lovely stay. We enjoyed drinking coffee out on the patio in the mornings and cooking meals in the kitchen. The place was clean and just what we needed for the week. Victoria and Tanner were also very friendly and quick to reply to our messages. We would come back!

Nice stay for a local wedding. Clean and comfortable bed. Glad we had hosts detailed info for the parking area.

John was responsive and flexible. The area was quiet, an easy walk to the water and close to some nice restaurants. Also, an easy and quick ride to downtown. His place was clean and comfortable. Great place to stay if you are visiting Portland.

The air bnb was very cozy and cute, just like the pictures. Great location, close to a lot of restaurants and attractions. The host was very attentive and communicative. Only thing was that the hot/cold water takes a while to get to the range you want it to in the shower but everything else was superb! Would definitely recommend and stay again!

Perfect spot to stay in when you’re in Portland- even for just a night! This place felt clean, private, quiet and was in a great location. 100% will book here again if it’s available next time I have a Portland trip!

The views were amazing and the place was perfect! They’ve thought of everything (beach chairs, extra linens, coffee) and the flowers and birds make the property even more lovely. I stayed with my daughter and there is privacy within the space. The beach is a five minute walk from the house. We will definitely stay again!

My dog and I had a great time here and would recommend to anyone looking to stay in the area. We found lots of dog-friendly hikes and nature reserves nearby within 15-30 minutes . Otherwise we enjoyed the peaceful yard and small brook on the property. Beautiful and thoughtful rental, with very friendly hosts.

Our family enjoyed our stay at Gregory's home. Home and amenities were as pictured and described. Space was tidy, smartly appointed, and clean. Home was close to Old Orchard Beach and we were able to walk there multiple times during our stay. The hot tub was much appreciated and we were able to relax after days filled with sight seeing and shopping. Gregory was communicative and had a response rate of approximately 12 hours. I would recommend bringing reusable bags for any shopping as it seems Maine has discontinued complimentary bags at stores.

David’s place was perfect. We loved the location, which is conveniently located just a few minutes from town. The amenities were beautiful and the area so quiet and peaceful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.

This was my second stay, and it was just as great as the first! The home is spotless, welcoming, and thoughtfully decorated. It has such a cozy, peaceful atmosphere that makes it easy to relax. I truly appreciate how consistent the experience has been, and Kathy continues to be kind and responsive. Highly recommend!

Excellent experience from booking to check out. Kara was extremely responsive and easy to communicate with. The location was perfect and the house was extremely clean. The hot tub was a nice touch for the end of the day relaxation. Thanks for a great stay!

We had an amazing stay in Ogunquit at this property. The location really was the highlight of it. A very short walk to town/beach and the surroundings are beautiful. The only recommendation (personal preference) is the bedding could be updated, it looks a little dated in the rooms and the pillows could do with upgrading. The fire alarms in the rooms are very sensitive and kept being set off, however the host was is incredibly responsive and helped us resolve the issue and is working to get them fixed.

My stay at the Sandpiper was wonderful! Check in was easy and the unit was spotless and well-equipped with nice bed linens and towels. The Sandpiper is centrally located and walkable, being only an easy 0.8 of a mile from Dock Square (connected by sidewalks for the entire walk). When I had a question about the heating system, Nicole and Rob responded quickly and were very helpful. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay at the Sandpiper next time I am visiting Kennebunkport!

Carl and his cohosts were wonderful to work with, quick to respond with any needs. We had a great time this weekend, enjoyed the house and beautiful lake. Hope to return someday and look forward to working with them in the future!

We had such a wonderful stay at the Mary Jane House. Katie was very accommodating to our schedule. The house is appointed with so many niceties to make your stay better; bottles of water and truffles by the bed, toiletries, plenty of paper products, a welcome bag with snacks and so much more! The easy walk to town (less than 8 mins) was a treat since you get to see all of the beautiful historic houses on the side streets. With all the walking we did we slept like babies in the super comfortable bed. We also brought our Frenchie and she loved walking around KPT and getting lots of attn. there is a cute park just down the street. Places we loved: Arundel Wharf, the Boat House, the Pilot House bar on the ship, Alisson’s after dinner, breakfast at Mike’s and our favorite, Ryan’s Irish Pub - bring your $1 bills for this place!

Marko was outstanding with responses and caring about our stay. The location is perfect.. walking distance to everything! And the VIEW was more beautiful than the photos!

Kathleen’s Ogunquit Airbnb is perfect! She has thought of everything you may need and more. Kathleen was responsive when needed and communicated helpful details throughout our stay. The location is fantastic and made exploring the Maine coastline very convenient. Thank you, Kathleen!!!

Denise's place was a great find and we highly recommend her pristine studio to anyone planning a trip to Ogunquit. She offered a host of well thought-out amenities to make our stay comfortable and worry-free. Proximity to the center/downtown area and the beach was a short walk. Many thanks to Denise for offering a spotless, comfortable, and nicely decorated studio.

Great little spot right between short and long sands! Clean, well equipped (sand toys and boogie boards and chairs!), and Tara was very helpful when we couldn’t find the location driving in at night. Would definitely rent again!

This was a teeny tiny condo (<200 sq ft!) but spotlessly clean, well appropriated, and a great location. The bed was comfy and the loft area was tall enough to sit up and move around. It was a 5 minute walk to Pine Point Beach. There are about dozen other tiny cottages in the condo association, clustered around a central parking lot, so if all of them were full there wouldn’t be a ton of privacy but we were there in the off season and it was peaceful and quiet.

Great small place right next to the beach. Amazing location no complaints. Definitely a popular spot in august I can only imagine!

We only had two nights at Dave’s place but wish we could’ve stayed longer. The decor was great and matched the Maine vibe while it also had all the modern amenities an Airbnb needs. Only ten minutes into the centre of Portland and very close to the beach as well. We didn’t use the kitchen but it seemed to be fully stocked. The washer and dryer were also very much appreciated. Would definitely recommend!

Such a great place to stay! So peaceful and quiet! Definitely will return!!
