We had a wonderful time at the house. It was just as described, very clean and a beautiful home. Aaron is a great host; he responds quickly to all questions. I highly recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and comfortable. The location in Glendale is great! Close to a lot of things we enjoy! The bike riding paths were awesome! It was peaceful and private, but yet close to so much! David was very nice!

I couldn’t recommend this home enough! The house looks exactly like the pictures, and was very clean. The location was very ideal. Everything was super close which was convenient. The yard was amazing and offered nice privacy. Maureen was great and responded quickly to any questions we had. I’d love to come back again!!

This property was well worth the price. very clean, lots of space. loved the master bedroom and bath. several kinds of coffee and creamers and sweetness to choose from as well. Jared was very responsive and friendly. We would definitely stay here again! We loved it!

We had a great stay at this 4-bedroom home in Peoria, AZ! The space was incredibly roomy, which made it perfect for our family. One of the highlights was definitely the arcade games, such a fun touch! The backyard was awesome, with a big swimming pool and plenty of space for our toddler to run around and enjoy himself. The kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed, which made meal prep a breeze. Not to mention the washer and dryer which was super convenient. Overall, this place was well worth what we invested. We'd absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a spacious, fun, and comfortable stay in the area!

AMAZING would be an understatement when describing Michelle’s home. I can promise you that you would not be disappointed when booking your stay. All the reviews are correct there is nothing that they do not have at this home. If you did forget something chances are they have it there for you. The house is beautiful from outside with the pool, outdoor kitchen and all the provided games and entertainment to the interior with all the board games and karaoke to just relaxing. We had an itinerary planned for our trip but as soon as we walked in and saw the house we just wanted to stay in grill and hangout. Michelle is great host, she contacts you before your stay just to see how she can accommodate you and during your stay to make sure everything is going fine. If I could give her 10 stars I would. We would definitely be visiting Phoenix again just to come and stay in Michelle’s place. Please don’t hesitate in booking, if you get lucky enough to have it available for your trip .

Janie was awesome! Extra touches of customer service were more than appreciated! Home is clean and well kept. Beds are super comfortable. Kitchen space excellent and well stocked. Backyard perfect for families to hang out and relax, with a well kept pool, comfortable patio furniture (my fav = hanging swing chairs) & putting green! Communication was prompt and positive. Asked for info. and received "the and then some" response back, which totally covered our needs. Check in (thank you, again, Janie!) and Check out were smooth & easy. We would stay here again! Thank you for providing a great place to stay! :)

Loved our visit! Very clean, peaceful and quiet. The place was exactly as described in the posting and photos. Liliana was also helpful with any questions that we had. Would definitely stay here again!

It was great. I wish they gym was finished but everything else was amazing. It was very clean and big and easy walk to Peoria sports complex. The checking was very accomodating and everything was given to me in advance or my questions were answered abruptly. I would definitely recommend his place especially for spring or fall baseball because it is only 20 minute walk to the baseball stadium.

This is my favorite place to stay in Phoenix! Clean, comfortable, pretty landscaping, even a kitchenette!

We really enjoyed the place. We went for hikes every day in the desert, then enjoyed the pool and the on site courts. Perfect getaway for us from Canada to get away from the snow!

This was definitely one of the best places i’ve stayed in Arizona before! Great place to stay for long trips and met all of our needs perfectly!! Will definitely book again!!

Princess's place was amazingly clean, and that is super important to me! Everything was in excellent working order. It didn't even take a minute to walk to the pool. The apt. was exactly as the photos show (with a couple of minor exceptions). We were pleased to stay this time, and would enjoy staying there again. The minor exceptions: There was no coffee maker, though there was one in the photos. There was instant coffee (and if you drink coffee, you know that instant is not really coffee [smile]), but no coffee maker. Upon a phone conversation with Princess's husband, they had a drip coffee maker delivered a couple of hours later; problem solved! The photos show laundry detergent. There is no laundry detergent provided. Had we known, we would have come prepared. Should you stay at Princess's place, I think you will be glad you did.

beautiful condo! beds were very comfortable and everything was wonderful! note: it's on the second floor, so handicapped beware. other than that it was perfect!

Their description was perfect - cozy!! We loved it!! It was just right for the two of us!! Wish we could have taken advantage of the pool but we were not on premise a lot!! The only”issue” I would say was the bath mat in the shower - we took it out for our safety as it was terribly slippery and we did not want to fall. If we were to come back to Glendale we certainly would come back here to stay!!

Condo was just as described, very homey and welcoming. Everything was clean and just like a home, dishes, soap, iron, pads, tampons, shampoo, everything incase you forgot something!! The area was nice, would have loved to have access to the pool but overall the stay was perfect

Great location, accessible to and from freeways. Melissa was quick to respond to my emails. Condo was very comfortable and had all amenities listed. Would definitely recommend to family and friends.

The hosts were awesome! They were super responsive to all my questions before and during my stay. The location was perfect, very peaceful and not far from old town scottsdale. Check-in was easy and the space was as described. Highly recommend.

The bnb was clean and comfy, the check-in and checkout process were both smooth and intuitive, and the location was great for the purpose I was in town for! Other things of note, the unit maintained a super comfortable temperature, the balcony was a treat (especially in the morning), and the bed/bedding was super comfy! I definitely recommend this location.

Good location, very clean, and bed was comfortable. Nice pool and fitness center. Apartment is part of a fairly large complex so there will be some details on check-in to find the exact location, but communication and directions were good so it didn't take long to find the exact apartment and parking spaces. Would definitely stay here again!

Place was as advertised. Great spot to walk to dinner. Check-in / Check-out instructions were clear and easy to follow.
