Joseph’s house was easy to find, clear instructions. It is sparkling clean, roomy, all the linens smell great! The appointed parking spot was great!

It was great. I wish they gym was finished but everything else was amazing. It was very clean and big and easy walk to Peoria sports complex. The checking was very accomodating and everything was given to me in advance or my questions were answered abruptly. I would definitely recommend his place especially for spring or fall baseball because it is only 20 minute walk to the baseball stadium.

Loved it here! Beautiful and cozy place for me and my fiancé. Walking distance to a lot of restaurants and super markets. Will definitely stay again!

Lodging was as described, and as others have noted, more than we needed! I was in town for a show at MIM, so the location was terrific, being proximate to HWY 51. I would stay here again. Communication was clear and friendly, and very responsive.

Beautiful modern suite with sunset view to mountains from deck on 7th floor on popular Roosevelt Row. Less than mile to convention center with outdoor private pool, many great restaurants and beer gardens nearby plus live jazz many nights nearby. Hosts very responsive.

Their description was perfect - cozy!! We loved it!! It was just right for the two of us!! Wish we could have taken advantage of the pool but we were not on premise a lot!! The only”issue” I would say was the bath mat in the shower - we took it out for our safety as it was terribly slippery and we did not want to fall. If we were to come back to Glendale we certainly would come back here to stay!!

This home is a hidden jewel. My family and I fell in love with the home. It’s huge, all the bathrooms were clean and beautiful. The backyard was awesome with the pool and patio. We also lived that we were able to park in the garage.Ana was very professional and attentive. Returned calls right away. She’s and awesome host. I would recommend this home to anyone visiting in the area! Hoping to return soon and rent it again!

The house was very clean and cozy. The neighborhood was safe and quiet. Overall very pleasant experience Caleb was an attentive host and did check in several times to make sure everything was ok which I appreciated. Bed in the master is very comfortable! Great place I highly recommended.

husband and I visited for our anniversary and it was lovely! Kellie was super helpful and communicative throughout the duration. it was nice sit in the hot tub and look at the stars and she even left a couple bottles of wine for us:) I 100% recommend this place to anyone.

Great house. Extra clean. Beds were comfortable and pillows were comfortable. Which are a big deal. Back patio stead a great place for breakfast. Pool was clean. Only cons were no ceiling fans or ceiling lights in bedroom.

We had a great stay at this 4-bedroom home in Peoria, AZ! The space was incredibly roomy, which made it perfect for our family. One of the highlights was definitely the arcade games, such a fun touch! The backyard was awesome, with a big swimming pool and plenty of space for our toddler to run around and enjoy himself. The kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed, which made meal prep a breeze. Not to mention the washer and dryer which was super convenient. Overall, this place was well worth what we invested. We'd absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a spacious, fun, and comfortable stay in the area!

From the first moment you walk in the door of this breath taking house, you know instantly you are staying at the best of the best. Every detail of the entire house is covered with a huge wow factor! There are not the words to adequately convey all the excellent aspects of every detail of this truly awesome house. The back yard and pool is a haven of quietness, view and charm, the kitchen is so well stocked with everything you could possibly need, the bedrooms are beautiful even perfect! Added is the laundry room, the huge big screens in every room with cable channels included. Julee greets and treats her guest like they were royalty, providing a huge welcoming basket of deliciousness snacks, bottles of both red and white wines, refrigerator packed with sparkling waters, beer, and so much more! Julee truly has your complete comfort fully attended to and so much more. We love this remarkable place. After a week hate to leave but are really looking forward to coming back again.

Venus was the perfect host! Not only was the entire house clean and ready for our stay, she provided many items that made it feel like home--games and toys for kids, coffee and drink options, and health and beauty products in case you forgot any. Wonderful place to stay if traveling in Glendale/Phoenix area! The house was very spacious, clean, and accommodating. The host was very friendly and informative. And the pool was wonderful! Highly recommend!

Condo was just as described, very homey and welcoming. Everything was clean and just like a home, dishes, soap, iron, pads, tampons, shampoo, everything incase you forgot something!! The area was nice, would have loved to have access to the pool but overall the stay was perfect

Very responsive and helpful! A nice quiet space that allowed us to relax while in Phoenix. They provided all the instructions and things to do in advance ! The space was cute & quaint & looked like the photos. We especially enjoyed the patio area and natural sunlight.

Great location, accessible to and from freeways. Melissa was quick to respond to my emails. Condo was very comfortable and had all amenities listed. Would definitely recommend to family and friends.

I was a first time guest at an Airbnb home and a bit anxious about it. As soon as I walked in, my trepidation evaporated. I was impressed with the home’s welcoming atmosphere and how relaxing it was. The bnb was clean and comfy, the check-in and checkout process were both smooth and intuitive, and the location was great for the purpose I was in town for! Other things of note, the unit maintained a super comfortable temperature, the balcony was a treat (especially in the morning), and the bed/bedding was super comfy! I definitely recommend this location.
