Our hostess is AMAZING! She was very responsive within 3 minutes. Her home was spot on cleanliness! Her friendliness is so welcoming that she felt like family. The rooms were more then expected. More then enough amenities, well stocked. Neighborhood felt very safe, very clean and very quiet. Neighbors were also friendly. Home was close to everything we needed. It was all above my expectations. I highly recommend!!! Thank you so much for letting us stay in your home!

Open and spacious layout, in a quiet neighborhood nice park walking distance. We were out for spring training for Padres which was 20mins away which was fine for us. We didn’t request pool heated before going but realized once there that 55deg was a bit chilly. Eric and Amy were very quick to respond and start the heater remotely and the kids were able to swim the next day. Great experience, going home relaxed.

I loved the house I see he upgraded simple things like fans, kitchen sink and more a very beautiful house and would love to stay at again. Also very fast responses almost respond instantly.

This was the best and first Airbnb I’ve ever been to and let me tell you it was wonderful it had everything I needed other then a mop or broom but Ross made sure if I had a problem or questions he was very proactive with responding quickly. I really don’t have any complaints it’s in a quick neighborhood and around a lot of stores and restaurants. I will definitely visit again. Thank you Ross for your home and letting my family and I stay for my daughter senior graduation. It was just perfect.

Our week long stay at this beautiful house was great . More than enough room , nice outdoor seating with a pool and a grill . Angela and her husband are great hosts. Angela was very helpful and always responded quickly to any of my messages .

The pictures are beautiful, but it's even more beautiful in person that the pictures don't even do it justice😩😮‍💨 The blinds and AC were easy to figure out, clear instructions, and the house is BEAUTIFUL, best vacation home for sure and was worth the price paid for it! We had a wonderful, overnight stay at Sheynnas place. Quick, last minute getaway for our family and she was super accommodating. Lovely and clean home, BUT, the outdoor space is where it’s at. Beautiful, lush landscaping surrounding the pool, with an awesome water feature. Clean grill and propane fire pit to cozy up to. The kitchen had everything we needed and then some. Beds were super comfortable. We are super happy with the short time we had!

Wonderful place. Great for young kids; there's never a downtime, as kids are always busy playing and swimming. The pool is great, the backyard is safe and secure, and you can keep an eye on the kids from inside the house. It is located in a great area with many other activities and restaurants. The house has very good air conditioning, as needed for Arizona weather. It is well-equipped for cooking inside and outside. Great for swimming and lounging at night. I'm not an Airbnb person, but my son and his wife are, and they rated this as a top-class unit, if not the best they have ever stayed in. The owners paid attention to detail, which made it great. Thank you, Shawn, for a great place to stay.

Great Space. This was exactly what we needed to celebrate for our family. To be able to celebrate our Daughters 18th Birthday and Graduation in a single location with family was a great value. Large lot, privacy hedge and copious activities made it a perfect venue. Alexa house and lots of amenities meant we didnt need to go out for much. Beautiful diving pool with waterfall feature. An amazing location with an amazing host. Will be returning and recommending to others when the opportunity presents itself.

Highly recommend! Great place to stay when in the Phoenix area. The house was clean, spacious, and comfortable. We felt right at home :) Phenomenal location with lots of restaurants and shopping close by. Great place for families as there is something for everyone within a few miles. The neighborhood is quiet and Suzy is a wonderful host. We truly enjoyed our stay and we will look to book Suzy’s place again.

Great house, the ac is powerful, humidity at the right level, beds are comfy we slept pretty good the pool is clean and refreshing for when it’s hot in AZ, there’s a lot of towels, coffee is amazing and there was some bread that was good with it, the host is nice and check in easy. I think it’s cheap for what you get, we had a good and relaxed week. there also a park a few blocks from the house that is pretty.

Their description was perfect - cozy!! We loved it!! It was just right for the two of us!! Wish we could have taken advantage of the pool but we were not on premise a lot!! The only”issue” I would say was the bath mat in the shower - we took it out for our safety as it was terribly slippery and we did not want to fall. If we were to come back to Glendale we certainly would come back here to stay!!

Great stay, perfect for a family trip with all the things you’d need for kiddos (kids utensils, pack and play, games). We had a great time and they were always very responsive.

John’s place was paradise. Being a remote location allowed us to really unwind from everything we was doing while on vacation. Sitting on the deck looking at the sky to sitting by the fire was very peaceful. You don’t hear the highway and barely see the lights from the city. We was able to take our dogs on hikes all up and down the wash. John has a map on the wall of a trail near by in the wash and we enjoyed taking our Ford Raptor on. Any question I had John responded quickly. The home is exactly as described. We stayed for 7 days and already looking at when we can book this again but for two weeks on our next cross country trip. Thank you John for sharing this place with us and looking forward to staying there again soon

The amenities were top-notch and made our stay extra comfortable. The host was very responsive and checked in with us periodically, which we really appreciated. The location was also perfect - close to shopping, dining and entertainment. I’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay!

Quiet, cozy place conveniently located near restaurants, grocery store. We were in town to attend an event at the Talking Stick Resort Amphitheatre, which is also located nearby about a 10 min drive. Ricky was an excellent host. The place was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay and would return next time we are in town.

We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely return. Edith responded immediately to our questions. It’s a beautifully decorated home! I struggle sleeping well away from home and I slept like a baby here. The beds, bedding and pillows are top notch! Any and everything you need is close by.
