Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Peoria

Open and spacious layout, in a quiet neighborhood nice park walking distance. We were out for spring training for Padres which was 20mins away which was fine for us. We didn’t request pool heated before going but realized once there that 55deg was a bit chilly. Eric and Amy were very quick to respond and start the heater remotely and the kids were able to swim the next day. Great experience, going home relaxed.

husband and I visited for our anniversary and it was lovely! Kellie was super helpful and communicative throughout the duration. it was nice sit in the hot tub and look at the stars and she even left a couple bottles of wine for us:) I 100% recommend this place to anyone.

We rented Nicole's home for our stay to attend our daughter's graduation from Midwestern University and to move her back to CA. The home was close to her rental and the University....very convenient. The host was very accommodating for our needs and family. My boys enjoyed the pool table and pool outside. Highly recommend!

Plenty of room, a very nice place to stay. Convenient to restaurants and grocery stores. good location in western Phoenix area. Really clean! We were able to use the garage, very nice to be able to use when in Phoenix. Great host!

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Del Sol! It was very clean, spacious, and in an excellent location. The beds were comfortable and the AC kept us cool the entire stay. The views were spectacular and we got to witness a beautiful sunset every night. (Beautiful pics to remember our trip!) We were also one of the few homes that had some shade in the morning. We had a lot of fun in the pool and it had plenty of seating. The kitchen was stocked with all the supplies we needed to host a beautiful Mother’s Day brunch. The huge kitchen island was a major advantage for our group. The host was very detailed, responsive and kind. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you, Sunkasa!

Great house. Extra clean. Beds were comfortable and pillows were comfortable. Which are a big deal. Back patio stead a great place for breakfast. Pool was clean. Only cons were no ceiling fans or ceiling lights in bedroom.

AMAZING would be an understatement when describing Michelle’s home. I can promise you that you would not be disappointed when booking your stay. All the reviews are correct there is nothing that they do not have at this home. If you did forget something chances are they have it there for you. The house is beautiful from outside with the pool, outdoor kitchen and all the provided games and entertainment to the interior with all the board games and karaoke to just relaxing. We had an itinerary planned for our trip but as soon as we walked in and saw the house we just wanted to stay in grill and hangout. Michelle is great host, she contacts you before your stay just to see how she can accommodate you and during your stay to make sure everything is going fine. If I could give her 10 stars I would. We would definitely be visiting Phoenix again just to come and stay in Michelle’s place. Please don’t hesitate in booking, if you get lucky enough to have it available for your trip .

My family and I enjoyed our stay at Marlene's place. The location was quiet and felt safe. The kitchen was well equipped. The beds were comfy. And the bathrooms were clean. Marlene provided clear check-in instructions and communication went smoothly. Highly recommend!

Jay was very responsive any time I had a question and was very proactive. Pictures of the unit are precise and I will be staying here again. Love the gym area as well. There is plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby. Great accommodations

Joseph’s house was easy to find, clear instructions. It is sparkling clean, roomy, all the linens smell great! The appointed parking spot was great!

I had a wonderful experience! The place was really clean and had plenty of space which made it very comfortable. It was also close to many local spots where I could find tasty food and drinks. Tiko was amazing! He was always there when I needed help and made sure everything was going well. Communication was easy and I never had any problems at all. Overall it was a great trip! :)

Very pleasant place. Nice to not have to stay in a hotel and still be near everything downtown. James was a great host and I would stay there again if I am in Phoenix.

Beautiful modern suite with sunset view to mountains from deck on 7th floor on popular Roosevelt Row. Less than mile to convention center with outdoor private pool, many great restaurants and beer gardens nearby plus live jazz many nights nearby. Hosts very responsive.

This was definitely one of the best places i’ve stayed in Arizona before! Great place to stay for long trips and met all of our needs perfectly!! Will definitely book again!!

third time staying and very clean. Amazing getaway for a date night and conveniently located 15-20 minutes from downtown. Jared is very nice and quick to respond.
