Staying at David’s Airbnb was truly a dream. It was the very first Airbnb I ever booked, and I can confidently say it was everything I had hoped for and more! The apartment was spotless, cozy, beautifully maintained, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. I had zero complaints the entire time, which honestly says a lot. David himself was absolutely amazing, kind, helpful, and always responsive. He made everything so smooth and stress-free, which really helped me relax and enjoy my time. The location? Incredible. Super central, safe, and surrounded by great places to eat, explore, and soak in the local vibe. It made getting around so easy and enjoyable. Without a doubt, I’d love to come back and stay at David’s place again. It was a perfect home away from home. Highly, highly recommend!

A fantastic location. To undertake various activities. Many are within a short distance. Nice real French villages with authentic features. Friendly French people who also speak English and are willing to do so. The apartment is more than complete. Equipped with all comforts, there is a washing machine, a dishwasher and a set of towels/bath towels waiting for you. A private parking space on the premises within the gate and a private entrance to the apartment. The apartment is very private in relation to the residents. And the use of the swimming pool is fantastic. We were there in June 2025, it was 30 degrees and so we made a lot of use of the (heated) swimming pool. The garden is beautifully landscaped and the flowers smell wonderful. Beautiful view, which is completely free. The reception is warm, with plenty of explanations and a glass of rosé can be poured immediately. A cold bottle awaits you upon arrival. Friendly and helpful family. Certainly subject to repetition.

We were delighted with our stay in this beautiful apartment, recently renovated and tastefully decorated. A beautiful view of the mountains, a beautiful brightness and comfort are to be appreciated. Maria had everything planned in the apartment, she is very attentive and very responsive, a great host. The apartment is located in the center of Beuil, which allows you to be quiet from the resort. This was one of the best air BnBs I’ve ever stayed in and I have stayed in many all over the world. The apartment is huge, so clean, perfect location and the views from balcony breathtaking. The host was great from start to finish. Would definitely stay here again next time in Nice. Thank you

We had a great time at Alexandre's and were able to recharge our batteries by taking beautiful mountain walks made possible without having to take the car (only happiness). However, there are plenty of beautiful sites to see, it's a beautiful area.😉 The apartment is very well arranged and comfortable, it feels like home access to 🏠 the garden, although not fenced (which we are warned about in advance) is pleasant and the view is superb. In short, we recommend it and keep this address .... Finally, the interaction with Karine (co-host) was fluid and her responsiveness was great thanks to her 😉

Martine offers a beautiful apartment with all the necessary equipment. A large screen TV, a well-appointed kitchen and a pleasant bathroom. Everything's new. Only wifi is missing. But since Free was there, I was able to make a shared connection with my iPad. A beautiful sunny terrace overlooking a beautiful view of the valleys with the added bonus of the sunset. Martine is very attentive and responds quickly. And finally a small library with Gomer Goof and Lucky Luke which is not unpleasant. In short, I recommend it.

I want with my Wife for Anniversary and the space was even better than the pictures. Form the 360 ocean views to the hikes you can do across the city. This place is spectacular. I highly recommend.

This apartment was, by far, the most incredible Airbnb rental we have ever rented. We are seasoned travelers, and the serenity and views from this flat, though in a bustling area, were more breathtaking and peaceful than we ever imagined. Our goal is always to find the best view and this did not disappoint —you will not want to leave (even for dinner)! This is the premier location in Nice to be near the old town area, but also closest to the sea. Having three balconies allows you to bring the outside in, but you are high enough from the street that the traffic never posed an issue; I napped in the living room in the afternoon sun while being lulled by the sound of the waves below. It’s a memory I will always cherish. The bedroom is on the other side of the apartment, making for a very peaceful sleep. This apartment is top of the line in finishes and amenities—the kitchen was fully stocked (but who wants to cook on vacation?). Leo and Romain were always responsive! Book this flat!

We have a wonderful experience at this Airbnb. The view is absolutely amazing and you are right across the street from a beautiful beach for swimming. The hosts have thought of everything you might need and even left a little gift for our baby. Great location for visiting menton or day trips to other gorgeous coastal towns. The hosts were very responsive and helpful.

The house is located in a beautiful landscape. The only thing you hear most of the day are sounds of nature. The garden is full of butterflies. There are many places to linger. Everything is lovingly designed. The apartment has everything you need for a cozy stay. All windows and doors are equipped with fly screens and most also with shutters, so that it is insect-free and cool inside. The pool is also well equipped with deck chairs, hammock and seating area! Sophie and Manu were very attentive and helpful, but also reserved and liberating. We enjoyed the stay!

A lovely, well kept modern apartment with a stunning view, we massively enjoyed our time there. Location wise it’s easily walkable to bakeries in the morning, or to go grab food, plus a quick walk to the train station for day trips. The flat had everything we needed for a week stay, and was beautifully decorated. Our host was also super responsive and helpful, which was really appreciated. Similar to another review, there was some construction nearby during our stay - but we were told this ahead of time. You’re far away from it being so high up, so didn’t really cause much bother. Thankyou again for a great stay! Would recommend to anyone.

Very nice apartment, perfect for a family stay. Immediate proximity to the slopes, and access to the heart of the resort on foot.

All in all this is a good stay. The place is a cozy and very comfortable for a single or couple. But the stairs to the front door is a little steep. The place is very near main road but there is no traffic noise. Inside house the stairs to the bedroom is steep but it is very peace and quite at night. Overall I am happy I got to stay in this cozy home. The host is very responsive.

We stayed at the property for one night. We liked it very much, Brian was very accommodating and helpful. The accommodation has everything you need, is modern and beautifully furnished. It is a really small, quiet village. The school is two houses away, so children can be heard in the morning. We were lucky to get one of the few parking spaces to have such a short walk to the accommodation. We liked it very much and we would book again. Thank you again☺️

Raymond and Anne share with guests their beautiful home, but they are exceptionally warm, interesting, and charming people to meet. It was an excellent combination for a magical and memorable vacation to Monaco. I would not go back unless we can stay with them again! Besides the amazing views, refreshing pool and clean jacuzzi, there were even fireworks several of the nights over the bay! Our hosts generously left wine, snacks, and coffee in the unit, as well as a fully stocked bathroom. More than anything, we really loved spending time with them. Highly recommend this AirBnB!

Very nice location, the house is quiet and beautiful, suitable for a holiday to slowly enjoy the surrounding beauty, the interior is fully equipped, clean, everything is just right, the owner replied in time, and recommended the use of various facilities around.The most surprising thing is that there are many delicious and scenic restaurants in the nearby ancient city. There are new expectations every day😚. It is highly recommended for self-driving travelers.
