Beautiful and quiet place, green areas and the possibility of smoking in the patio of the casita. The host is a very nice and accessible person and Juanita always accompanies during the mornings in the patio.

We stayed for a week and extended by one more day! Joaquin is very attentive and polite, shows great concern for guests and gives several tips! As for the listing, it is excellent! Very functional and comfortable, you will be able to have a long stay with no problem! The washing machine works very well having a good space to dry your clothes and the kitchen has all the utensils you need to prepare your food. In addition to the functionality the accommodation is also very well located! In front of the park, excellent for guests with animals like us and very close to the shopping center of the city, four blocks (10 minutes) from a very busy shopping street, but the street of the accommodation is very quiet and safe. You will be able to walk without problems to the bodegas of Mendoza, to the square with the sign of Mendoza and the street Aristides, a street with many great bars and restaurants to go out at night. A little further is the San Martin Park.

We went 7 days with my partner, and we had a great time. In all aspects there are no observations, because it is just like the photo and description. Victoria was very kind and attentive to everything. And something to note is that they are really flexible with entry and exit. On the other hand, the apartment has two incredible views, for what you like, you will love it. I recommend the first hour breakfast on the terrace, to appreciate the sunrise that gives mendoza. We liked this accommodation in Mendoza very much. The building is very nice and modern. The apartment is spacious with everything you need to make you feel at home and its level of cleanliness is too good (as someone who is detail-oriented, I appreciate it very much). It has a large and beautiful terrace, which you can use to see the sunsets of Mendoza with a glass of good wine. The bathrooms are very nice and the sheets and beds are very comfortable. María Florencia was very attentive to us and helped us with every request. She was also extremely accessible with the check in and made us feel quite comfortable. Of all my experience in Argentina visiting Buenos Aires, Mendoza and El Calafate, this accommodation was the best! Thank you very much. Highly recommended.
