It's been a very pleasant stay at Young's place. Young is a very welcoming, friendly, responsive and helping host. Location of the apartment is super convenient, within walking distance to Waikiki beach, International Market mall, supermarkets, and bus stops which take you to many attractions. The apartment is well maintained, well equipped and clean, not to mention the beds are super comfortable, too! We would certainly stay again for our next trip to Hawaii. Mahalo~

This was a great location to many places for a drink or to grab food. We were close to the beach and ABC/Target to gather any necessities. The condo had everything we needed and more to make our stay great.

Excellent location and great apartment! The space was updated and very clean. We especially appreciated all of the items available for use: beach chairs, kids beach toys, pack and play, cookware, knives and cutting board, etc. The closest beach is just a block away and perfect for small kids- it was shallow and had a sea wall to keep the stronger waves out. We would definitely stay here again!

The location of this Airbnb is excellent, offering a really nice view. We appreciated the convenient access to nearby food trucks and bus stops, and the well-equipped kitchen. The soundproofing between units is kind of poor. We experienced disrupted sleep for a night due to noise from the neighboring unit.

Great location, with beautiful view of diamond head and the beach. Everything you could need is in walking distance. Teddy's burgers in the lobby was a fantastic place to eat with great food.

Kenny was a great host for our stay. His instructions really helped in checking in. He also provided extra towels and beach stuff . we really loved the view from our bedroom. Would definitely come back next time .

I absolutely loved staying here! The space was perfect for me as I so enjoyed the balcony view of both Diamond Head and Waikīkī Beach. I would use this spot again if returning to Oahu!

The beach was so close I could just walk there barefoot. It was right by the beach, so I went there barefoot😎

I had a great stay at this studio apartment in Honolulu! The location was perfect, just a 5-minute walk to the beach and close to plenty of restaurants, plus the ABC convenience store for any quick needs. The apartment was clean, welcoming, and had a large, comfortable bed which made it feel like home. The highlight of the stay was definitely the view. The sunrises and sunsets from the apartment were beautiful, and I especially loved enjoying them on the 10th-floor terrace, where I had dinner out there multiple times—what a great spot!. The zoo was directly across the street, which was perfect for a visit with my grandson. We also rented scooters just a minute away, making it easy to get around. As for the cons, there was some street noise due to the sliding glass door facing a busy street, but it quieted down in the evenings. My stay here added to my overall great visit to Hawaii.

Beautiful condo and everything was very clean and fresh. Close to everything. Bonus for free parking with added beach chairs and umbrella. Very happy with our stay and will for sure stay here again in the future. Highly recommend!

Loved staying here we had our 18 month old with us and it was the perfect amount of space and nice to have a small fridge/freezer to save on eating out every meal! Very clean upon arrival great location food trucks right across the street were our go to’s! Walkable distance to downtown restaurants and shops. We loved our stay and definitely will be back in the future!

Ideal for those who want to stay in the center of the action in heart of Waikiki, bustling downtown-like part of Oahu. Bed and pillow was very comfy, nice to have AC and fan in addition to electric stovetop for cooking meals. Appreciated the filtered water station in lobby. Wouldn’t recommend having a car in this area as it’s mostly walkable, hotel increased parking to 37/day. For those who are afraid of bugs, some tiny ants 🐜 come out of cracks in the wall and crevices on counter top just heads up.

Place was clean and comfortable. The room got a beautiful view and host was very prompt and helpful. I would definitely come back again if the opportunity presents itself. I had a wonderful stay.

This was my second stay at Shigeko’s place - this time for 2 weeks duration. Upon arrival, I was pleasantly surprised at some of the updates since my last stay. The listing photos should be updated as they don’t look as good as the apartment does in real life. The bed was super comfortable and everything was neat and clean. The only thing not working was one of the cooktop burners but I only used the cooktop once anyway to make noodles in a saucepan so it didn’t bother me as there was still one functional burner to use. I had an issue with logging in to the in-room wifi but I messaged Shigeko and she replied instantly and I was able to log in from then. Shigeko is always easily contactable and responds quickly, she’s lovely ☺️ The Waikiki Grand is in a great location which makes this an awesome place to stay, I definitely recommend!

We chose this property because of the competitive price and close proximity to the mall and busses. Did not disappoint! After flying through the night with little sleep we were very grateful to get into the room earlier than actual check in time. Thanks for a great stay, will definitely stay again next time!
