Family-friendly holiday rentals in Pearl City

It's been a very pleasant stay at Young's place. Young is a very welcoming, friendly, responsive and helping host. Location of the apartment is super convenient, within walking distance to Waikiki beach, International Market mall, supermarkets, and bus stops which take you to many attractions. The apartment is well maintained, well equipped and clean, not to mention the beds are super comfortable, too! We would certainly stay again for our next trip to Hawaii. Mahalo~

This was a great location to many places for a drink or to grab food. We were close to the beach and ABC/Target to gather any necessities. The condo had everything we needed and more to make our stay great.

Excellent location and great apartment! The space was updated and very clean. We especially appreciated all of the items available for use: beach chairs, kids beach toys, pack and play, cookware, knives and cutting board, etc. The closest beach is just a block away and perfect for small kids- it was shallow and had a sea wall to keep the stronger waves out. We would definitely stay here again!

The location of this Airbnb is excellent, offering a really nice view. We appreciated the convenient access to nearby food trucks and bus stops, and the well-equipped kitchen. The soundproofing between units is kind of poor. We experienced disrupted sleep for a night due to noise from the neighboring unit.

My family and I really enjoyed this lovely space! The room is clean and tidy. It has a stunning ocean view, and the building's location is very close to the beach and restaurants. The most important feature of this place is its free parking, especially when you rent a car for a family trip like ours. Dolly is a very kind and responsible host. She provided very clear instructions on how to access the building, including parking, trash, and laundry details. She also quickly replied to my messages every time I had questions. I would definitely recommend this place to families traveling to Hawaii.

Great location, with beautiful view of diamond head and the beach. Everything you could need is in walking distance. Teddy's burgers in the lobby was a fantastic place to eat with great food.

Kenny was a great host for our stay. His instructions really helped in checking in. He also provided extra towels and beach stuff . we really loved the view from our bedroom. Would definitely come back next time .

I absolutely loved staying here! The space was perfect for me as I so enjoyed the balcony view of both Diamond Head and Waikīkī Beach. I would use this spot again if returning to Oahu!

We had a fantastic stay. The pictures don’t do it justice. Everyone says it’s just a short walk from the beach with a great view but you don’t realize the proximity until you’re there. Just beautiful! Bed was super comfy and clean. Plenty of mirrors & air conditioning worked great. Lots of little amenities like a boogie board and Keurig, utensils, etc. Bar on the second floor, amazing açaí bowls around the corner, flamingos across the street, I mean, what more can you ask for? We loved it!

I had a great stay at this studio apartment in Honolulu! The location was perfect, just a 5-minute walk to the beach and close to plenty of restaurants, plus the ABC convenience store for any quick needs. The apartment was clean, welcoming, and had a large, comfortable bed which made it feel like home. The highlight of the stay was definitely the view. The sunrises and sunsets from the apartment were beautiful, and I especially loved enjoying them on the 10th-floor terrace, where I had dinner out there multiple times—what a great spot!. The zoo was directly across the street, which was perfect for a visit with my grandson. We also rented scooters just a minute away, making it easy to get around. As for the cons, there was some street noise due to the sliding glass door facing a busy street, but it quieted down in the evenings. My stay here added to my overall great visit to Hawaii.

Loved staying here we had our 18 month old with us and it was the perfect amount of space and nice to have a small fridge/freezer to save on eating out every meal! Very clean upon arrival great location food trucks right across the street were our go to’s! Walkable distance to downtown restaurants and shops. We loved our stay and definitely will be back in the future!

This was my second stay at Shigeko’s place - this time for 2 weeks duration. Upon arrival, I was pleasantly surprised at some of the updates since my last stay. The listing photos should be updated as they don’t look as good as the apartment does in real life. The bed was super comfortable and everything was neat and clean. The only thing not working was one of the cooktop burners but I only used the cooktop once anyway to make noodles in a saucepan so it didn’t bother me as there was still one functional burner to use. I had an issue with logging in to the in-room wifi but I messaged Shigeko and she replied instantly and I was able to log in from then. Shigeko is always easily contactable and responds quickly, she’s lovely ☺️ The Waikiki Grand is in a great location which makes this an awesome place to stay, I definitely recommend!

Eva & Melo's room is a comfortable and lovely room no matter when you come. The room is remodeled every year, and the interior is upgraded every time you visit. The responses and handling of our inquiries were also very polite, which was wonderful. I will also rent Eua & Melo's room next time.

Very clean, great location, just a couple of blocks from the beach, and with a great view of Diamond Head. Parking was easy. Plenty of towels, a couple of beach chairs, umbrella, and a boogie board that my son used a lot. We also bought some sand toys that we left for future guests. Despite being on the 32nd floor, there is still quite a bit of street noise, whether it be cars, parties, or chickens. So if you're a light sleeper, that's something to be aware of. But I'm pretty sure it's a lot better than other units in lower floors, or other buildings closer to the center of Waikiki.

The location was amazing! Short walk to the beach and close to lots of restaurants. Parking was super good too because we got to travel the whole island and we didn’t have to worry about finding transportation. Overall a great relaxing stay!
