Lake house holiday rentals in Paw Paw Lake

A group of two couples had a wonderful stay at the cabin. It has beautiful views of the lake where we enjoyed mornings and sunsets from the living room and the little balcony in front. The first floor has the living area and kitchen, plus a bathroom and a bedroom (double bed) without views. It also has a small balcony right outside the living room. The lower level has a kitchenette (plus another full-size fridge) with a small dining table, laundry, and a larger bedroom with two double beds with a bunk bed as well. This room has great views of the lake and onto a larger patio. One level lower is the waterfront and a dock. The place was clean. The kitchen had everything we needed. We also took advantage of the outdoor gas grill. It was a bit too cold to use the outdoor dining table, but the lower level deck is very nice and has a swinging bench. We would definitely book again!

This place was a great weekend stay for my husband and I. We enjoyed the nature and the birds chirping when we woke up. I just loved the walk down to the lake and the little chipmunks running around. I just loved the place in general it was so peaceful and beautiful in the morning. I highly recommend if you’re a nature person. I will be coming back this place was beautiful.

What a beautiful home and location. I was kinda sad to walk in and didn’t have fresh eggs that others gave mentioned. There wasn’t any light breakfast items. Which did not turn me off of the place. I’m sure if I would have brought it up, Cody and his team would have responded. Cody was very responsive and even allowed us to tack on another day last minute. Based on the pictures it appeared to be more secluded than it actually was. However, that is lake life. I loved watching the birds while fishing from the dock. Caught a bunch of what I call bait fish, babies, even a perch. While the area is very congested with homes the area was very quiet and peaceful. I was pleasantly surprised. Thank you Cody and the rest of your team for being amazing hosts. Oh, Cody, I did finally land a bass!!!

Really enjoyed our time at Gravel Lake. The location was 10 mins from our grandkids. The cabin was perfectly outfitted and very comfortable, even in the winter! Totally coming back.

This cozy unique little gem on the lake was a great stay. Frederick met us at check-in and showed us the place. He was very friendly and helpful. We loved the views and access to the lake, as well as hearing the water at night. The place is very intimate, so make sure if you are staying with someone else that you are close!

Awesome home with a beautiful scenic view. Quiet secluded neighborhood with a private beach. Would absolutely recommend to anyone! We loved our stay and would love to stay at Jodi’s home on our next trip to Benton Harbor!

We had a girl’s getaway weekend at this lake house . We needed a place to simply relax and unwind, and Polly’s place provided just that. It is in a very peaceful location. We all enjoyed having our coffee/tea in the sunroom in the morning while listening to the birds. A couple of questions came up during our stay, and Polly and Jack were responsive and helpful. Polly even came over to be our photographer when we had an idea for some pictures on the staircase. She was a great sport. The kitchen was very well equipped, and the home was spotless. The fire-pit area and access to firewood was great . If there was any suggestion I could share, it would be to devise an easier way to utilize the paddle boat. We didn’t attempt it, because we don’t believe we could have got it in and out of the lake easily. Other than that, we had a great weekend. I would definitely recommend the property to anyone looking for a peaceful place to stay.

The cottage was wonderful! Our two boys (aged 7 and 11) had the best time on the kayaks and the paddleboat and we parents loved sitting out back watching them while enjoying the weather. The griddle was great and well-maintained and the kitchen was outfitted with everything we needed. The lake was super clean and almost crystal clear, and we all had fun paddling around it. The cottage was super clean as well and quite comfortable with tons of soft blankets which our sensory fragile son absolutely loved. Kelly and Kyle were proactive with their messaging and we didn’t have any problems our entire stay.

This is our second stay in this home. Quaint, clean, and in the heart of New Buffalo. We loved that our dog could join us! Plenty of towels, linens, cleaning supplies, and amenities that made our stay comfortable. I highly recommend!

Pure Michigan is exactly what it stands for. So is the Stepping Stone Lakehouse. This property is right near 3 Lakes and a Beautiful Park with lots of things to do around the area. We used the house for a family gathering because our nephew graduated from Portage North High School. The outdoor patio was perfect for us to sit outside and catch up with family and to reminisce and make new memories. 💯 would recommend this home.

We had an amazing time staying here for our joint Bachelor/Bachelorette weekend! It is a beautiful property that comfortably fit all 13 of us! We miss it already! It was a great time :)

Comfortable & peaceful home right on the lake! We enjoyed the cottage for several days while visiting family nearby. It was a great place for our family of 4.

This was our second time staying at Cheryl's place. The house has everything you need to cook, relax, and play indoor and outdoor games. Comfortable beds and nice bathrooms. Kitchen is big and ample room for everyone to join in preparing meals. We especially love the outdoor space. The location is ideal - grocery store and other markets close by. Downtown South Haven just a short drive away and about 20 minutes or so from Douglas and Saugatuck. Cheryl is a very responsive host!

We really enjoyed our stay at Jennifer’s house! It was clean, great location & cozy! We especially loved the automatic pool cover so we could actually relax on vacation with our little ones running around. I also loved the three separate areas outside (pool, fire pit, grassy area). The separate areas offered a nice change of scenery to break up the day without leaving the house. I also loved that it’s a spacious ranch style house, so was easy to keep eyes on the kids. Jennifer was a wonderful & accommodating host & can’t wait to get back to her house soon! Thanks for having us!

This home is private, peaceful, and the wildlife is great. The grandbabies for to see a turtle have her babies, swans, geese, ducks with their babies, cranes, pike, mongoose and so much more. The home held the entire family so we didn't have to get 2 houses and we made amazing memories in this beautiful home. Thank you so much Jaleen:)

If you’re seeking the kind of restorative peace that only nature can offer, this charming home in the Tryon Farm community is a perfect choice. Nestled in the woods, it feels wonderfully tucked away from the real world without feeling isolated. Essential amenities are just a short drive away. Shady Creek Winery is right down the road, and The Great Escape Spa is ideal for nurturing a burnt-out body and soul. If you’re lucky, you might even catch a rain shower. Best enjoyed from the screened-in porch, where the sound of raindrops on leaves and roof creates a truly calming backdrop. Dog owners will appreciate the abundance of scenic paths to explore. My dog, Abigail, had an incredible time taking in all the new sights and smells. I booked this stay on a whim, and it turned out to be exactly what I needed to quiet my mind. I’ve already recommended it to friends, and my mom is asking me to bring her next time. One last thing worth noting: the pillows are a solid 10/10. Best sleep!

Our stay was everything we could have hoped for. The location was beautiful and peaceful. The addition of the fire pit plus the kayaks were the highlight of our stay. I would definitely book again!

This place lived up to the hype! It was tucked in a serene wooded area with the beach a short distance away. The stay was clean, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities needed for our five day stay, including super comfortable beach chairs. We spent many hours reading and playing chess in the three season room. It was nice the place was equidistant from Saugatuck and Holland, making exploring both towns easy. One disclaimer for anyone with mobility issues—Laketown Beach can be extremely challenging to access (particularly on the way back) since it is a large hill and a super sandy trail. Something to keep in mind when booking.

We had a fabulous weekend at Karen's cottage. It was quiet, cozy, and the perfect getaway from the city noise. Her thoughtfully curated home felt like stepping into a quaint 70's oasis. The home backs up to a heavily wooded area and our pup could not get enough!

We had a wonderful three night stay at Malaya dunes. The home is perfect for a secluded retreat and comes with a great kitchen, outdoor space, and hot tub. It was well maintained and perfectly furnished and equipped for our stay. Walking distance to lakeshore beach (huge dunes, not for the faint of heart) and easy driving distance to saugatuck and more accessible beaches. Note: your gps will tell you to turn down a private road to get to the property. The driveway is in fact off directly off the main road right before this private road.

Absolutely loved our four nights at this place. Home fully stocked with anything and everything you need! Enjoyed the outdoor fire pit and gas grill each evening. Close walk to the beach and hiking and biking trails. Incredible location. Cute little neighborhood. Carrie was an exceptional host.

Great place to stay! The space was just right for our family of four. the two littles loved the games and toy that was at the house, and we loved the stocked coffee area and easy washer/dryer. Easy drives to Indiana Dunes NP, Silver Beach in St Joseph, and other fun destinations, as well as local u-pick farms made this a great stay and great trip. Robert was very quick and responsive with the briefest wifi glitch when we first arrived. We will be back!!

A stunning house architecturally; the view of the river through the trees from the floor-to-ceiling windows was fabulous. Even the indoor mirrors were carefully positioned to provide views of the outdoors. It rained for two days while we were there but we were content to stay inside and watch the river go by, while the chipmunks, squirrels, and birds busied themselves right outside the windows. Finally, the under-floor heating worked well.
