The apartment, with a private entrance is located in downtown Ipswich. We are within walking distance to restaurants and the commuter rail, which services Salem, Boston etc. May - September, the CATA shuttle stops at the commuter rail station, a 3 minute walk. Some CATA services include Cranes Beach, and the town of Essex (famous for its clams and antique shops). You can also enjoy a river cruise down the Essex River there. Kayaking, canoeing, and fishing are also available in Ipswich.

We had a great time at Jackie and Mike‘s house. We loved the quiet and beautiful neighborhood. The suite itself was super clean and has a very nice and modern interior. It was also equipped with everything you need, and they even provided snacks and drinks. The communication was awesome, and we felt very welcome. Great hosts! Jeff the host was incredibly welcoming. The beach house had breathtaking bay views as the address indicates, and it was perfect for our needs. This time of year (just before official summer) it is perfect for beach combing, and what’s not to like about the North Shore.

My husband and I stayed with our children and two friends for an east coast summer getaway and we could not have found a better place. Awesome setup, view, and Gaby could not have been more helpful. Patricia was an excellent host. When we let her know about a minor plumbing issue, she immediately got in touch with a plumber and kept us updated on arrival times. She checked in to make sure we were satisfied with the repair. She was also responsive when I asked about a parking question and sent clear instructions. Beautiful location and views. My 5 year old son loved the house, playing on the enclosed porch, and walking down to the beach.

We really enjoyed staying at David's place. Everything was as advertised in the listing. The space was clean and comfortable, and check-in was a breeze. We were looking for something peaceful, and this place was perfect. The neighborhood was quiet, and the views of the sound from the sitting area and back patio were great. It was a short drive (a few miles) into Ipswich, which provided us with enough to do to see the area. Great overall visit.

One of the most beautifully peaceful places I've ever stayed. Judy and Al we're the perfect hosts for our getaway. I can't say enough about the relaxed and welcoming atmosphere they provided. We immediately felt welcome when we arrived. The home is modern and cozy at the same time. The hiking trails are wonderful. The location is perfect. 10/10 - everything about this stay was perfect!
