Excellent apartment (penthouse). Well located, in the best condominium in Itaipava, with all leisure infrastructure and close to all commerce. The apartment is exactly as it is in the pictures. All rooms have TV and great bed and bath linens. Fully equipped kitchen with top quality dishes. I highly recommend it!

Vanessa is an excellent host, always very helpful and responded to messages very quickly! The flat is exactly as in the photo, located in the best condominium in the region, which has wonderful infrastructure! We only stayed one night but the accommodation was wonderful! Clean bed and bath linens, tidy room and impeccable bathroom! It's definitely worth the cost benefit!

Excellent stay at Tamine's Studio. For us, who only needed 1 night to go to a wedding, it was perfect. Good location, everything very clean and the quality of the bed linen, blankets etc. perfect... Everything as advertised, nothing to complain about and only to thank. Thank you, Tamine.

The house is as good as the photos show. We went to seven families with small children and the main house served us perfectly with great comfort. The barbecue grills and outdoor area were very well used, and the gourmet hall was so comfortable that we didn't even use the rest of the common areas of the house. The only negative point is the exhaustion of the pizza oven in the gourmet hall, which ended up smoking the house when we used it. If we had known that, we would probably have used the external one :). We hired Julia and Patricia to help us during our stay and it was a very wise decision. Delicious food, especially the milk pudding! Very attentive, friendly and excellent cooks, they made our stay very pleasant. Penha was very attentive to us and always very responsive when called upon.

We loved the place! The house is stunning and accommodated my family quite comfortably. The kids really enjoyed the pool table and the swimming pool. Camila and Ramiris were very friendly and gave and helpful. Ramiris took us to swim on the lake which is just a 10 minute walk from the house. The outside kitchen was great, we had some fire wood delivered and made amazing pizzas.

Unfortunately, we only stayed for one weekend. I really want more. Everything perfect and well cared for. The house is wonderful, as is the land and the pool. The support given by Guida and Gabriel was perfect! Thank you!

It was the first time I booked an Airbnb, and the experience couldn't have been better. VERY polite and attentive hostess, taught us all the house rules and it was amazing to have all our questions answered. I loved the soul that the house has, with decoration focused on rock stars. I'm a musician, I LOVED it. In fact, the advantage of being a microhouse is that it is easy to organize when it is time to leave hahaha

The house is wonderful and already conveys a peace from the entrance! From to see beauty in every corner and in every space there. The utensils in the house saved us because of schemes to take some things but there was a super kit with everything we could need right there. Mega comfortable and warm bedding. Easy access location even for me who had never even climbed the mountain! Beto has been helpful since before our arrival without any doubt. Nota mil! We leave with the desire to return. If you want to relax this is the place!!

I really liked the listing. House with a beautiful view, I think it's even better than in the photos. We hired Bia, recommended by Bernardo, and she made all the difference too. He promptly resolved a situation with gas, assisted with Check-in and Check-out, brought fresh bread in the morning for us, and even cooks very well! The loft is a delight, amidst the green, inside a condominium and super close to the center of Araras, where you can find markets with quality products and good restaurants. The only points of improvement would be the curtains that do not prevent the passage of clarity and a slightly larger barbecue with a water point ( sink) near the pool. However, this becomes small, when we consider the beauty of the place and the attention of the owners ! We would return with ctza !

The house is very comfortable and cozy with beautiful and well cared for the garden in front of it. It has various kitchen utensils. Elza's housekeeper's availability and friendliness is another attribute of the residence.

You know when you want to be in a place in the countryside, seeking peace and quiet, then you found it because the place is perfect to go with the giant family and everyone is accommodated with excellent space, everything clean and lots of nature. This place was made for that big family that wants to celebrate an important date. The host is very polite and helpful. If you want perfection, this is paradise. It would deserve the Michelin star if it were a restaurant, but since it is not, it deserves 5 stars and is not inferior to any 5-Star Hotel. Congratulations to the host .

We went in 12 people for Carnival and we didn't miss anything at all. In addition to being very welcome by Solange, we are totally at ease in the house. The place seen in person surpasses the photos, in my opinion Ideal for family, kids. My children really enjoyed the pool and the space for children. Deise is a great person, always willing to help with any problems. Rumba is a love, lovely, surrounded my children with care, all the time. It was a great stay, I recommend it! The location is super close to the city center, about 10 minutes or less driving. The house is equipped with everything you need (bedding, towels, well-equipped kitchen, laundry). Renato was a great host, he gave me clear instructions, which made it very easy for me to arrive at the place.
