Perfect combination of good taste and simplicity, with total integration with nature. Attentive and caring hosts, precise instructions and always clear and quick communication. Living room, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom are very clean and fragrant. Comfortable bed and bath linen, impeccable infrastructure, with emphasis on the whirlpool with a privileged view of the valley. Ideal for a romantic weekend. The location is easily accessible, close to the center and several restaurants and activities. My only tip is to equip the kitchen with some larger pots and pans. I'll definitely be back!! Thanks a lot!!

We went to Andréa's house for the weekend to celebrate my son's birthday and the feeling was that we couldn't enjoy everything the house offers. The structure is amazing, everyone loved it and felt extremely comfortable during their stay. It is very worthwhile, the house in addition to being beautiful and cozy is fully equipped. Not to mention the reception and all the support we received from Fatima. Simply an experience that is very worth repeating and we want to return soon.

The stay was great, the house is wonderful, exactly as in the photos, everything working perfectly, comfortable bed, clean and fragrant bed linen, excellent shower, everything perfect. Rachel and Eduardo are always helpful. We definitely want to come back!!!

We loved the weekend we spent and intend to return more often. The house is wonderful, exactly as in the pictures. Very beautiful house with many rooms, three of which are suites, which makes it even more comfortable. Large, well-kept, clean property with several options for children, a large pool and a beautiful view. Nazaré and Zezinho were excellent. Very careful and available. The food in Nazaré is delicious, with delicious weather, it was extremely attentive in everything. Renato was very available and proactive with necessary explanations. We were very happy with everything and we intend to return.

My family and I really enjoyed hosting! We met our expectations. Every detail of the house makes the atmosphere super cozy, perfect for enjoying the family. The plaques around the house with messages "Inspira", "Breathe", "Don't Pira" and the environment surrounded by the beautiful mountain landscape is a great invitation to meditate, rest and recharge. Communication with the owners was also a very good thing, as Andreia and Eduardo are very proactive, willing to help with tips from the region and ask questions. I recommend hosting in this paradise. :)

The house is beautiful, super close to the center but with all the peace and quiet we need. The reception was wonderful of those that even a hotel can't be so affectionate. The host is super helpful and also gave several tips from the area super cool, including letting you know about schedules for that day. It was an unforgettable holiday with so much welcome!

We rent the WTR Chalés space from 28/02 – 05/03, to enjoy the Carnival with a group of friends and relatives. The headquarters house looks like a little farmhouse and the chalets deliver what was promised: warmth and privacy. Very green and nature at will! The place is mto grande Kiko (homemade) and Luzia (hired by host indication) always met us with a smile on their face. There was even a Carnival ball and birthday party with a delicious cake made by the local confectioner, tb nominated by the host. The place is all mto cool, with options for having fun and relaxing. The proximity of the pool/beer/barbecue is a difference!! The Alexandre (host) always attended to us promptly, clarifying our doubts and giving legal tips! My elderly parents loved it, as the whole plot being, they could transit without any difficulty. We certainly made the best choice for our Carnival and we hope to be able to return soon, for other new celebrations.

What a wonderful place! A paradise to wake up in a cold mountain and be able to have a coffee in front of the lake/pool of the house. We also met the owner, Ricardo, who was a sweetheart to us! He welcomed us very well and helped us with everything we needed. The house is even more beautiful than in the photos, super comfortable. It was me, my wife, our 18-month-old son, and my mother. Our son loved it, and the grounds are huge, we were able to take several walks with him inside. I'll definitely be back!

I really liked Fazenda Nova Conceição, a very good place to stay in peace and tranquility with nature. Super attentive and very polite Reginaldo e Célia. The simple but very good house to spend the time, great bed, perfect wifi and the kitchen has it all. We use the barbecue, enjoy the place, with swimming pool, lake and trail. Reginaldo offered us lemon and tangerine from the trees there. We really like it. We'll be back for sure.

Quiet Local, large house as described on the listing. Cool outdoor area with court, soccer field, swimming pool and sauna. Kitchen with worn-out appliances, but catering. The house is old and needs some maintenance. But my family spent super pleasant days in this house, with lots of fun and joy. Improved points: repair the fence of the vollei court, upgrade the appliances, offer bedding and pillows ( even if optional).

I took a trip with my family, including my 90-year-old great-grandmother, and the house was super welcoming, accessible and very charming. Alda and Bete welcomed us with great affection! I highly recommend it!

Comfortable house. Exterior campfire and barbecue spaces are great! The condominium has green area for sports and swimming pool. The yard, in front of the house, doesn't have as much privacy as it looks in the photos. The location is great. Near the village of Vale das Videiras and at the same time with complete tranquility. Nearby waterfall easy to access and local to picnic. Garage next to the house. We'll get back!

We went with 16 people and everyone was well accommodated in the 8 suites! We went to enjoy the tomato festival, but the highlight was the ranch... lol Perfect stay! Everything super clean and organized! The place is exactly as the listing! Everything was working: (toto, pool, barbecue.... and let's highlight the showers in the suites... sensational....) Oops... I can't forget the lake... We have a little boat that we use to take several photos.... The children were thrilled to be able to fish in the lake... Just gratitude!!

Caio's house is perfect for those who want to spend a quiet weekend, away from the city and in comfort. Complete house, with everything well thought out and well organized. Being in the field with tranquility and structure: Top! You don't need to bring much, the house has practically everything. Spacious rooms and bathroom. Attentive, cordial and extremely concerned with the guest's well-being. Anyway, all good. Take this before I take it again!

The house is wonderful! Very well equipped and decorated! My family and I fell in love with the place! Everything is very clean and cozy! We had an amazing weekend there! Complete kitchen and pool area! All items impeccable! Barbecue, pizza oven and firewood! The decoration of the entire house is beautiful! Cozy rooms, everything very clean! The pool is delicious, they provide noodles, there is a bathroom in the pool area, shower… sun loungers! The garden is too beautiful! Everything is very well cared for! Mrs. Márcia, who received us, was very attentive and friendly! We'll be back more often! We appreciate the hospitality and care during our stay!

Anditrião João was from the start super accessible. The property is spectacular! Cozy local area with quiet access by car. We were in a large group and all well accommodated. Well-equipped house. Actually, I thought that live the house and the outside area are better than in the photos. Wonderful and very happy weekend. Record that the cook Rosa, the assistant Stephanie and the janitor Mineiro, represented all the difference during the stay. Wonderful food of Rosa and all three always wanting to please us, super helpful and zealous. In short, everything was amazing!

The stay was excellent!!! We spent New Year's Eve there. We were two couples with three small children, and they had a great time around the house while we were barbecuing. The house was very comfortable, with more rooms than we needed. We requested a fan, and Pedro (host) made a point of buying a new one. In short, I'll be back more often!

Amazing staff Wonderfull place

It's impossible not to come here and review one of the best stays I've had in a while! From the first contact with Valentina and amazing welcome from our friend Ênio who made us super comfortable over the weekend. House in perfect shape, spectacular and invigorating view, great place for those who want to get away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. We ran along the trail to the gazebo near the house that surprised us very positively. All my friends loved it and will certainly be greatly missed, including our little dog friend Pelé. See you soon, God willing!

I recommend the house to everyone who wants to connect with nature in a clean house, organized, and full of diversity of plants and trees. Just take care of the below, you won't regret it! It is 7 km up by car a dirt road that is bumpy time and time is flat is a sacrifice, if possible go with the light car and tires with Pound Alta so as not to scrape the bottom of the car on the ground as I did several times. Be careful who goes up and down on a motorcycle because they go very fast. Inside the house you will simply be amazed because it is a little piece of heaven on earth, last-quality furniture, beds for everyone, hammocks, everything you need to cook you find. Light repellent and some ointments to treat mosquito bites, because it is a place in the middle of the bush it is natural that they attack at night, don't let it spoil your night. The whole family loved the house are already planning to go there again, it was an unforgettable trip that was completed with a sightseeing tour at the Sítio Mangalarga where they have it, horseback ride, pedalinho, barbecue area, golf and everything else and for now they are not charging the entrance at all, arriving there warnings that came indicated by the Ramon. Beware of the center of Paty at night, many marginals walking in groups and running in the square ignoring the presence of the military police, when I witnessed this situation on the site I never went down at night to avoid problems, I went up the 7km to the site and there we were playing games at night board and cards that the Host has a lot.

You know when you want to be in a place in the countryside, seeking peace and quiet, then you found it because the place is perfect to go with the giant family and everyone is accommodated with excellent space, everything clean and lots of nature. This place was made for that big family that wants to celebrate an important date. The host is very polite and helpful. If you want perfection, this is paradise. It would deserve the Michelin star if it were a restaurant, but since it is not, it deserves 5 stars and is not inferior to any 5-Star Hotel. Congratulations to the host .

My friends and I had a great experience at the place! We spent the new year on site and were very well received by Luane who made us super comfortable to spend time in the house and its facilities. The space is quite wide, with a lovely football field, swimming pool and excellent structure for welcoming large groups. We look forward to returning soon!
