Corinne is EXTREMELY polite, proactive and helpful. Responds at record speed. The bedroom is impeccable. Everything is very clean, with fragrant duvets and pillows. On TV, there was YouTube, Netflix, and the like. a mini kitchen with everything you need for food. She even provided us with coffee and sugar. The little dogs are cute and come to greet us with great joy (who likes. She asks first if we have fears or something) and we only see them when she is close. They don't bother you AT ALL. the condominium is a paradise and Lu's chalet is very well located in front of the pool near the heated pool restaurant. There are many birds, lots of trees, beautiful flowers, amazing place. Her house is wonderful with a fireplace, good shower, clean bedding.

Our stay was very quiet, we felt at home. The apartment is identical to the photos, has two bathrooms and is wonderful. The kitchen has everything you need to cook. Upon arrival, we found ice water and coffee capsules, a delight. My son loved to play in the playground, made friends with the children of the condominium, which is a very quiet place. Our family felt at home and we didn't miss anything. Communication with Márcia was excellent, always ready to respond and help.

The experience was incredible, the apartment is super cozy, it has impeccable infrastructure, everything is clean and organized! Besides being located in an incredible palace, beautiful inside and out, full of things to do, it was really cool! I recommend and will come back more often!

The house is very spacious and comfortable, ideal for those seeking family rest. One of the rooms has a private bathroom, which was a differential. And a surprise because it's not talking about the description. The bathroom, by the way, is excellent, with a shower enclosure that prevents water from spreading, making cleaning easier and keeping everything organized. During my stay (June), the weather was super pleasant, which made the experience even better, with the house always fresh and cozy. We had great family moments. The living room TV had a streaming platform provided by the host and wifi internet. Rafaela was an incredible host, she welcomed us with great affection and made us feel super comfortable the whole time. Undoubtedly, when I return to Miguel Pereira, I want to have the opportunity to stay here again, because it really is a wonderful option. Local exactly as described, extremely clean and organized. Condominio with attractions and everything well maintained. Smell and high quality bedding, which also happens with the bathing suit. Well located near downtown Itaipava and also from Petrópolis. Super recommend ❤️

It's always good to be in Itaipava. Our stay was super peaceful, bed and bath linens very well cared for, I as a person allergic to smells, felt good! All well cared for! View with lots of greenery, showers providing wonderful baths. Very good beds! Celso is a super host! We'll be back for sure.

I've been on the platform for a few years and this was certainly the best experience. David is extremely attentive and proactive. Made us feel absolutely at home. The place is fantastic and delivers a little of the history of Brazil. Walking around Quitandinha is a beautiful entertainment in itself. Impeccable bathroom, comfortable bed, cleanliness, comfort. Still overlooking the famous lake. The experience was 100% positive!
