Holiday rentals with lake access in Paty do Alferes

The house is wonderful, the place is a dream, it was a wonderful weekend. Mr. José welcomed us very well and was proactive in helping us with everything. I only regret not having stayed longer. 10/10.

Great house. Beautiful and cozy. We went to 16 people and accommodated everyone. We love the site and the animals. We made our Christmas Supper on the back of the house and it was amazing. The only problem we had was that on the first day we ran out of light because it had a wind and a tree fell on the wire, but it didn't bother us at all. We played family fun and it was great.

The place is beautiful, an invitation to connect with nature, tranquility and peace! The responsible Sérgio is a great guy, nice and very careful. The team is great and helpful, all very well cared for and with the utmost care to feel very welcome! I went to family and it was perfect! The fireplace at night is a charm! The site inspires and recharges: trees, lots of greenery, free animals, peacocks, rabbits, swans… a wonderful refuge! We will definitely be back! Gratitude! 🥰

Our family stay at Pedro's home couldn't have wished for better. The house is extremely well-equipped, comfortable and everything in very good taste. Great bathrooms, excellent kitchen and wonderful beds to rest. The barbecue area and the Deck are amazing and the Rio edge is sensational. The space is great! better that shows in the photos! there is a creek that my puppy loved, but I wish I could have been able to use the redario but I couldn't find a network that fit in the space, suddenly it's worth leaving some accessible. It has a great campfire area and a puff to see the sky that we enjoy a lot. The name of the chalet was missing to reach the house, if he had spoken the name would have found it very easy, but it was not spoken. I needed to go back 20 min until I had a cell phone signal to talk to her. But the dirt road was very quiet. It took me to find the barbecue as well, it is portable and very small but it was just me and my husband so super gave. The house was super clean and the bedding and towels were of great quality. There's a neighbor's dog that came to visit us every day, super docile and it was great, my little dog played a lot. The other neighbor, on the other side, was a bit noisy, there were children who screamed a lot but did not bother. Super recommend and hope to return

Isabela is an amazing host! She has exceptional care (peculiar to women) with guests. She contacted me before, during and after the trip to see if everything was okay and if we needed anything. Her service deserves additional stars on the platform beyond the accommodation. The place is exactly as advertised and also has a small fan, sandwich maker and iron. The sofa bed is very comfortable and accommodates 2 people with peace of mind. The room has black-out curtains blocking the daylight for those who prefer to sleep without light. It's very easy to check in because Isabella keeps everything well organized. The palace is well kept and clean. It is possible to go to the city center through app-based cars and through the center, it is possible to see several sights on foot. This year alone I have been to the city 4 times and I really intend to stay with Isabela next time. SUPER RECOMMENDED!

The apartment is great and exactly as shown in the photos. The condominium is wonderful, I love it! It has a swimming pool, barbecue, playground and a beautiful lake to take pictures! The apartment has a very nice garden space! The air conditioners are new and work perfectly, everything is brand new. Viviane is always attentive and responds promptly to messages. I took my father in a wheelchair, the condominium is fully adapted and has an elevator.

Impeccable stay. I felt at home, very clean environment! Fully equipped, impeccable laundry, everything above expectations! The common space of the palace was also incredible, many beautiful spaces!! I fell in love and I will definitely come back.

Anditrião João was from the start super accessible. The property is spectacular! Cozy local area with quiet access by car. We were in a large group and all well accommodated. Well-equipped house. Actually, I thought that live the house and the outside area are better than in the photos. Wonderful and very happy weekend. Record that the cook Rosa, the assistant Stephanie and the janitor Mineiro, represented all the difference during the stay. Wonderful food of Rosa and all three always wanting to please us, super helpful and zealous. In short, everything was amazing!

I really liked Fazenda Nova Conceição, a very good place to stay in peace and tranquility with nature. Super attentive and very polite Reginaldo e Célia. The simple but very good house to spend the time, great bed, perfect wifi and the kitchen has it all. We use the barbecue, enjoy the place, with swimming pool, lake and trail. Reginaldo offered us lemon and tangerine from the trees there. We really like it. We'll be back for sure.

Of all the places I've stayed, there's no doubt that Araxá has the best hosts, Lilian and Ari are incredible, as well as thoughtful and helpful, they gave us classes and tours of the place they will be memorable. Right at the entrance, I fell in love with the place, many plants, flowers, trees, gardens, everything is extremely well taken care of. You could spend hours describing how amazing our stay was at this place, so much so that we already have a date to return. We went with our baby for a little more than a year and he can also enjoy everything and have an experience that has certainly marked his childhood. Inside the site, there are plant glasshouses, pond with fish, vegetable gardens, herbal garden for tea and seasonings, chicken farming, hiking trails with a gazebo, lavender and other beautiful plants, space for those who like to meditate, redario, swimming pool, swing and turnover for children, finally… there is something to enjoy without even leaving it. Thank you for this amazing place that you have and share with us when we stay.

My family and I just love the house! The location is excellent, close to everything we wanted to see in the city. The house was clean, everything tidy with great care. My 5-year-old niece fell in love with the kids area and really enjoyed the spacious yard. It was a super pleasant stay, we felt right at home. We would definitely come back!

Simple but organized little house. A grandma's house feel.

The house is excellent, just like in the listing. The outside is beautiful, very well cared for and very nice to stay, especially the balcony and the barbecue/sauna area. Inside, we have a place house, with antique furniture. However, it's all well cared for, functional and comfortable. The house is full of art and very cool objects that give an entire personality to the environment. But it is worth attention to small, chaotic hands. We received many visits from cats and a puppy that the children loved - that cottage thing. The hostess was great, we had a small problem caused by a miscommunication but we solved it quickly and without much problem and she was still very kind to offer us one more daily. We love our stay and look forward to coming back again!
