Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Pattaya City

The house is same in the picture. So big and beautiful house. It near to walk to the private beach but cannot go to the other beach. In house at corner of the room has a dust. Cover sheet fabric on the sofa has dust too. Swimming pool is clean and clear that same the picture. About electricity we can use free on 20 unit if exceed we should to pay so we pay at 600 baht. Host is the best host, helpful and quickly responds to my question. So everything is good at this house. Recommended 👍🏻.

Lovely place and a nice location in a private villa complex, very helpful and accommodating staff and receptionist who are always on hand and very friendly. Iced coffees at reception are delicious and can be ordered to your villa, caramel machiatto in particular was incredible. The villa not only matches the description, it is better than the images and more spacious, you can login to your netflix and watch on TV and there is stable WiFi. The pool is really nice to have a swim and it's the perfect location with which to enjoy and explore Jomtien. We would certainly stay again.

Very good value, the pool was clean and very quiet and comfortable. Can easily order foods for delivery and the host was very helpful and kind. Will definitely be back again. Good for dogs as the house has walls and the gates are well blocked so dogs can’t get out. Also the place was very peaceful.

Great place, fair and affordable price for what it is. Nice, quiet location with easy access to 7/11 outside the gate. Would recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at this villa! The place is very clean, beautifully decorated, and well equipped. The kitchen is fully functional with a dishwasher, which made cooking very convenient. The villa itself is spacious and comfortable. Jonny was very helpful and gave us great recommendations throughout our stay. The location is also excellent — close to local markets, plenty of restaurants, and within walking distance to the beach. Overall, a great value for the price. Highly recommended! 😊

It was a very good stay. Would definitely recommend. quick suggestion for improvement - the house is showing some signs of wear. Some of the tea / coffee cups have chipped off. Overall, it was worth it.

Panatda's place was great. Great building (the pool and garden on the roof is a must try and see), great location (literally in the middle of everything - so nothing is really far away and within walking distance), great apartment (clean and modern - and when you are not on the street or the beach there is nothing more relaxing than to open the entire window and sit on the stretcher right next to it, letting in the atmosphere and a nice breeze). Panatda was a great host as well, answering all questions very quickly. Check-in and check-out went smoothly.

If the reviews are good, there seems to be a reason. I was satisfied.

Lovely condo in Pattaya. Really clean, modern building and apartment right in the middle of the hustle and bustle and very near the beach. Rooftop pool and gym were great. Host was super responsive and wonderful!

Pascal’s condos are very clean and beautiful. He is very friendly and helpful if you have any questions about anything in the condo or in Pattaya. His wife is also very friendly and welcoming. The maid Pascal sends every 3rd day was very sweet and mindful. She cleans whatever you want done on top of the things she cleans already. If you’re visiting Pattaya for the first time this the place for you. Right next door is the famous central mall for your everyday needs. The beach is only 2 mins away walking and there are plenty of bars and restaurants in the vicinity. The view is amazing every morning and you watch the sunset from the balcony as well. I recommend Pascal’s place to all travelers whether solo, couple or more. Pascal thank you for the wonderful stay and i will be staying here every time i come back to Pattaya from now on. Specifically needed a work desk and chair for my stay so this place stood out but regardless of that its a beautiful, clean apartment in a great location. The apartment is faultless and had everything I needed. The building has excellent facilities and the location is perfect, quiet but close to all the facilities. Would definitely stay here again.

I really can't think the host for all the help and prompt responses ,it was a great place convenient to everything I will hopefully find another of chens places on my return trip.

better than the photo, trust me. the sea view and the swimming pool is good. the gym is ok. a lot to use. the location is best for vacation, quiet in the evening and a lot of good food and convenience store here.

Perfect host, nice clean condo with everything you need, welcome snacks and water. Instant communication when needed and sorted any requests instantly.

Property and additional amenities, pool gym hot tub etc all excellent and as described. Would highly recommend and stay here again! Host always helpful and replied quickly.
