We were very pleased with this accommodation from the moment we opened the door. The view from just about every area in the house was amazing. Great location, walkable with plenty of restaurants in the area. Nice ice cream parlor on the bottom floor. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be staying again upon my next visit.

Thank you Thanawan, we enjoyed ourselves immensely. The hotel was well situated and accomodating, the only tiny downfall is there is no in house dining or bar however lots to explore outside. Many thanks again and we will certainly be back 🙏

I really enjoyed my stay in Pattaya. The place was clean, stylish, and had everything I needed for a comfortable visit. The location was convenient, close to the beach and local attractions, yet still peaceful. Highly recommend and would absolutely stay again!

The apartment looks just like the photos — maybe even better! Everything is arranged with love and attention to detail. The balcony offers stunning views — I watched a few sunrises and felt like I was in a movie. Check-in was super easy: follow the instructions, enter the code — done! The place is fresh, cozy, and has all you need — a nice fridge, kettle, hairdryer, washing machine, etc. There’s a pool and a 7-Eleven downstairs. On the 35th floor, the view is incredible: a balcony on the left and a little rooftop garden on the right — like a hidden gem. The location is great too: 20 min by taxi to the north, 10–15 to the center. There’s a bus station and a local fruit market nearby — honestly, I stayed here just for the mangoes! In short: a home made with care in a perfect spot. And if you want the beach — Koh Larn island is just a short trip away. Ada, thank you for your warm hospitality!

A very good place for staycation esp for a family of 3 or 4. All necessary things such as cooking stuff, doing laundry, and ironing are provided. The owner of the unit gives good and quick assistance when you need it. Tourist places are just around the area if you want to roam and do sightseeing. We are definitely going back.

I have stayed at this condo on numerous occasions and found the host to be most accommodating. I had a late flight on my checkout day and the host let me stay in the condo until late in the afternoon.

The space was clean, modern, and exactly as shown in the photos. The hosts were very responsive and kind, making sure we felt comfortable throughout our stay. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area. Would definitely love to stay here again!

Perfect place to stay in Pattaya! Location is very central, just a short walk to the beach. Close enough but also enough distance that it doesn't get loud. If you're a light sleeper, there were earbuds as an amenity. Studio was very clean, comfortable and had everything you could need for a longer stay. The gym is well equipped and the rooftop pool and garden gave us our most impressive view of the sunset of our entire trip! Victor was very friendly and accommodating! Great stay!

A perfect place, very clean and cozy. Have everything that you could potentially need, from laundry detergent to a pack of capsules for a coffee machine (Alin asked me before I arrived which one I prefer). Recommend!

I absolutely loved this room and the host! The room was huge, located in a very quiet part of Pattaya, but very close to everything that I wanted. The host was on site and handled everything quickly and made my stay absolutely wonderful! I highly highly recommend!

The room is exactly as pictured. Everything is good and comfortable. There is a little problem when you stay: the air conditioner is small, not cold. If you can fix the air conditioner, that would be great. I will definitely stay again.

Really good location, on 26th floor, with an incredible sea view from the living room and from master bedroom! Flat is brand new, really good!

Towels were changed every day and I was able to stay clean

The building in which the unit is located is probably the best building with the best facing in the entire resort. On the one hand, you are shielded away from the scorching heat of the afternoon sun during hot summer; on the other hand, the balcony offered one of the best views among the 7 buildings - an exotic view of the artfully curated courtyard garden and a stream of cascading pools that accentuate the ambience of Zen Buddhism. You might wonder if you could attain Nirvana just by sitting at the balcony :) The buildings are newly painted and the elevators in buildings are furnished to an exceptionally high standard, so much so that the few seconds I spent in the elevator going up and down the building I almost thought I was in the Ritz-Carlton. So if you are looking to rent a room in this condominium, I would highly recommend any units in building D with a view of the courtyard garden and swimming pools.

Best view, just an endless view of ocean from the apartment. You can see the sunset in front of you. Designed really well also!
