Beach apartment holiday rentals in Pattaya City

The condo is as destcribed, well equipped and a wide good bed. All clean and in good condition. No noise from the neigbours. One could stay there even for months. Communication was fine with the owner.

Have been going to this location for years Honey has been my go to agency. Great job as usual. Very friendly and efficient staff, great accomodation, except for very hard bed,which they have no control over.

Check-in is easy, and everything is around the accommodation, so it seems like guests can live conveniently. Personally, it was so nice to have a pool on the 31st floor. I recommend it.

The host was very forthcoming and staff were very helpful. The flat was clean and somewhat similar to the photos. But the flat needs some updates, as the wear and tears are now showing. The private beach is nice.

Best place I have ever stayed at Pattaya. Spacious room with huge balcony. Pool is incredible.

Felt at home here , comfy bed , nice feel to the apartment , had everything you would need in the apartment . Very close to the beach and restaurants / night market yet quiet . Nice infinity pool on the roof and a gym . I would recommend this apartment , shows you what you can achieve by making the extra effort with the decor , furnishings and all additional items a home from home would have . What ever you could think of this apartment had it . Thanks James for making your apartment so nice .

Great place in great location. The palm is a lovely property on Wongamat beach (North of Pattaya) with direct access to the beach and great pool and amenities. This condo has a nice view and all the amenities needed. Definitely recommend it to others. There are a couple of restaurants down the road for breakfast and lunch, and there are a couple of family marts (convenience stores) just across the road. If you want to get into the city center, you will need a taxi or car - download the Grab app or get a taxi outside about 300m from the condo. The taxis don't run on meters in Pattaya, so getting a Grab is sometimes more convenient and cheaper.

Jarvis is a great host. The actual room was immaculate. It had plenty of utensils, plates cutlery etc. More than most places provide! He responded very quickly towards any questions I had. One thing to note is the walls can be thin, so there isn't great soundproofing. I was hearing noises from neighbors but it was NOTHING to do with Jarvis' rental. I understand he has no control over who stays in the rooms nearby! Other than that, couldn't recommend this price any higher 🙏🏽

View yes was definitely amazing. unfortunately thats were it ended for the price you can get 5 star accommodation yes not that view. The beds hard as usual in accommodation in most of Thailand why I don't know. Unit lacked ambiance with its dated furniture and wasted space some doors squeaked some handls missing some piece coming of bathroom door to belcony not much utensils no cutting knife belcony floors dirty belcony glass never been cleaned lacked comfortable out door furniture with cushions more information on rubbish removing use of TV also bathroom bin had used condoms in it. unfortunately I wouldn't stay again or recommend this place to my friends and family..

Really, Great place. Great Host. Amazed with their top notch checkin and checkout Experience. One of the Best pools in the city. What we looked on the photo was actually there.

Apartment has all required things and setup. Host is quite helpful and responsive. Beach,walking street, budhha hill all are in walking distace which made my holidays quite nice.

It would be better if there was wifi in every way.

good price for the accommodations, will definitely use again on my next trip.

This was hands down my best Airbnb experience ever. Ss is the best host I’ve encountered—she’s incredibly responsive, thoughtful, and accommodating. The condo was spotless, comfortable, and had a fantastic view. The location is also ideal, within walking distance to Terminal 21 (0.6 miles) and Central Festival (1.1 miles), making it easy to explore and enjoy the area. Everything about this stay exceeded my expectations, and I will definitely be booking with Ss again in the future. Highly recommend!
