Our stay at Hai Ya was truly special. Khun Ae and Tony were responsive and helpful, and Mr. Lhur went above and beyond—attentive, kind, and full of humor that made us feel right at home. His cooking class was a highlight: we made five Thai and Northern Thai dishes with great techniques and cultural insight (definitely recommended). The home is spotless, peaceful, and full of Chiang Mai charm—thoughtfully decorated, cozy, and welcoming. The kitchen reflects the local culture and made the class even more enjoyable. Breakfasts were fresh, delicious, and tailored to us each morning. They also offer affordable laundry service, which was so convenient. Mr. Lhur and his team were respectful and attentive, always making sure we had what we needed. We loved their local recommendations too—they helped us explore Chiang Mai beyond the tourist spots. This place is full of heart, culture, and care. Highly recommended—thank you for a truly unforgettable stay!

We had an amazing stay. Kim and her husband are wonderful hosts and truly kind people. They provided everything we needed, making us feel completely at home. Kim also runs a lovely little café where you can enjoy a delicious breakfast and great coffee, while her husband owns a restaurant and bar in the evening—both just a short walk away. Amazing place with a stunning view, sunrises and sunsets are unreal. In an incredible location, which makes it so easy to go for a private swim. Best during early morning. Phenomenal halal restaurant right above the room called Hill House, we ate there several times. Only complaint that you MUST consider before booking here — there’s a LARGE flight of stairs to take to get down to the room. At night it’ll be very dark and when it rains it’s wet. Need to be very careful and cautious when going up and down because it can get tiring. Just something to note!

Bancha is hands down one of the most amazing hosts we’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting. The house itself is lovely – comfortable, clean, and in a great location – but it’s Bancha’s warm hospitality that really sets the experience apart. He went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed, and the breakfast he served us each morning was absolutely delicious. He’s incredibly helpful and kind, and you can even pick up some beautiful postcards from him – a lovely little touch we didn’t expect but really appreciated. All in all, a brilliant stay and one we’d happily recommend to anyone.

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb in Bangkok! The location is perfect, as it everything is close by, yet the surrounding area is peaceful and local. The apartment was clean and cozy. We had everything we needed. We felt very safe and well taken care of throughout our stay. A big thank you to the lovely hosts, especially Co-Host Alice, who was incredibly friendly and helpful. Her tips made our experience even better. She also took us on a walking tour around the very close by temple and taught us about her culture and meaning of certain things at the temple. It was also very interactive. Thank you so much again, it was perfect! We truly appreciated the chance to discover such a beautiful and authentic side of Bangkok. Would definitely stay here again!

We absolutely loved our stay here! The view is breathtaking - day and night. We loved watching the stars. Communication was excellent and very convenient with pick up from pier and scooter rental 😊 we also enjoyed several of the recommendations we got from the host! We would definitely recommend and hope to come back!

It is a water house that is very close to the water indigenous people of Thailand, you can experience the authentic feeling of local life, and the house as a whole requires a boat ride to get to the accommodation.It is recommended to experience dinner at the homestay to experience a local barbecue, 250 baht for one person.There are many mosquitoes.If you are especially concerned about cleanliness and comfort, it is highly recommended to stay if you want to experience local life and pristine rainforest feeling.

Lala was amazing! Very responsive and friendly! She recommended us a night market and we loved it! She is also extremely helpful. We had a lot of laundry and she made it work and it was right on time. I definitely appreciate the laundry service! At least at the time we were staying there the traffic was terrible any direction we went! A little exhausting to be honest. Other than that I very much like the place!

It is a very nice apartment, well-equipped with everything you need. The bed is large and very comfortable. The apartment building itself feels like a high-end hotel, with the rooftop infinity pool, which offer absolutely stunning views. The host was the most welcoming I've ever meet on Airbnb. Though it was a self-check-in, they provided incredibly helpful information to me. Including recommendations for excellent local spots like the JJ Market (a great weekend market in Chiang Mai), some nice restaurants, and very useful local tips. All of this info greatly enhanced my trip.

Pim’s home was the perfect spot to escape the face-paced city. She was an extremely attentive and caring host, offering us food and loads of helpful tips on exploring Bangkok. She also gives you your space and allows you to make yourself at home. The apartment itself was very clean, with lots of useful amenities. The area is a little out of the city centre, but easily reachable by taxi. Beds are comfy and apartment is very quiet, and gets super dark at night so we had great sleeps! Thanks again Pim, you were wonderful!

Alisa was amazing from the start and took care of all my needs, including the organisation of my transportation to the property, which made it much easier to check into the building! My stay was comfortable and Alisa made some amazing restaurant and activity recommendations for me since i dont know Bangkok very well. Highly recommend, fantastic host and condo has a view to die for during the day and night times! Amazing! ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

don't think twice! really felt like home . just a quite base to go out from. nice wooden floors. apt was super nice, clean, great views from the window. the rooftop is amazing. shower 🚿 is just perfect. everything is good. just book it.

This condo is a very good option for staying in the heart of Bangkok. The hosts are very courteous, accommodating and prompt in communication. The apartment is very clean and well equipped with everything you need for a short or longer stay by a single person or a couple. The location is good, being about 10 minute walk from BTS Nana. However, being at the end of a one-way street with no direct access to adjacent streets where more restaurants and other venues are available is a slight disadvantage. Great value overall.

Excellent accommodation with great view. With a bit of luck, you can also watch fireworks. There are some good restaurants nearby.
