Monthly Rentals in Patsos

We had a wonderful week staying in Michalis’ apartment. Views from both balconies from Apartment Two were spectacular, panoramic of the Amari Valley and Mount Ida still snow capped in the background. The apartment was immaculate and suited our needs very well. Any additional requests were dealt with swiftly. We mainly catered for ourselves in the morning and had two lovely breakfasts in Michalis’ Taverna. Meronas is a pretty village and enjoyed meals at Taverna’s Alona & Moschovolies. There was great hiking from the doorstep and only a short drive to Patsos Gorge. There is an excellent patisserie and supermarket in Gerikari a short drive away and supermarkets and pharmacy in Agia Fotini, 2.5 km away. We stayed end of April which was great as not too hot to hike but be aware many Taverna’s closed this time of year as off season. Would highly recommend a stay at Michalis’ apartments, another unforgettable holiday for us!

Wow, just Wow!!! The pictures do not do the villa justice or the outstanding view! It is absolutely breath-taking! It took about an hour and a half to drive from Chania Airport, and Nikos had already sent us a Google Maps link to the villa which took us straight there. The roads to Paksos (a must visit) are a little hairy but we made it safe and sound and Nikos was waiting for us on the drive when we arrived. The villa is spacious and clean and has everything you need. He had left us some essentials including breakfast bits, water and tons of fresh fruit! We were a family of 8 people, and there was plenty of space for all - 5 in the main house and 3 in the apartment on the top floor. The apartment has a separate front door which was fine for us, and once upstairs the views are simply amazing from the huge balcony! The apartment also has air conditioning :) The pool, although not heated is large, clean and we used it every day! We are already planning our return trip!!!

Fantastic old traditional house, well preserved and carefully modernized. Kind hosts eager to assist and give recommendations of nice nearby places to visit. Amazing view of the valley.

very beautiful place, very comfortable, quiet and relaxing, ideal for a family or anyone who wants to escape from the city. Stunning view from the terrace of the surrounding olive hills. Manthos was very friendly and generous, always at our disposal.
