I stayed for 40 days at this house in Gravatá and the experience was excellent. The location is great, very practical to move around the region. The house was super clean, well cared for and with everything I needed for a comfortable and quiet stay. Communication with the host was note 10 – always available and very attentive. I recommend the place for those looking for comfort, cleaning and good location. It would surely return!

The location is excellent, very beautiful and well maintained, I recommend it. Not to mention that it is easily accessible, right at the entrance of Gravatá and BR 232. The host is very kind and attentive to all details, as are her parents. She was always ready to answer all my questions, and to finish, it was the best location I've ever rented in Gravatá and I know the city well. I intend to return soon. The accommodation exceeded our expectations. Access by car was easy, with the exact location as indicated on Waze. The apartment faithfully matches the photos in the listing: everything is very new, clean and well maintained. The location is strategic, relatively close to the center, but at the same time distant from any hustle and bustle, ensuring a quiet and very pleasant environment for rest. We did not have any kind of setback during the stay. We loved the experience and will undoubtedly return in future opportunities. Caio, the host, is also great, he responds to everything quickly.

Awesome hosting! A place that brought us peace. Very quiet and organized, we felt at home. All clean, all the utensils of the house very useful, and the condominium is beautiful, not to mention the lake in the front that enchants. Very attentive host. Super recommend and we will definitely be back again!!!
