Easy as can be with regards to check-in and finding the place. Perfect little patio right on the water with a beautiful view of the large rock and walkable from everything in downtown. Would come again!

We absolutely loved our stay. The location was phenomenal and we were able to easily walk to and from downtown. The condo itself was wonderful and comfortably fit 5 of us. The rooftop patio was unforgettable, and we spent a lot of time up there enjoying the scenery. I would absolutely stay here again when visiting SLO!

Enjoyed every moment of our girls weekend getaway! Loved the view to the beach and watching the waves come in and people pass by…we parked our car in the garage and didn’t move it all weekend. We walked to the restaurants located steps away from the unit and enjoyed every bite we had - calamari and chowder at Schooners, waffles and breakfast tacos at Hidden Kitchen, and delicious fresh donuts and fritters from Surf Rat. We meandered through the antique stores and enjoyed a good night’s sleep at the end of each day in the comfy beds. Can’t wait to go back!

We loved our stay at Marianne’s flat! The apartment felt spacious, clean, and had beautiful views. The location was ideal, with many shops and restaurants within walking distance. Marianne was very responsive and accommodated a later checkout time. We’d recommend this place to anyone and would definitely stay here again in the future!

What a beautiful stay- close to the water, views of the rock, walkable to food spots. It was also very clean and spacious. Especially loved the rooftop dining area! Would definitely stay again.

Incredible location right on the Embarcadero / water. We loved sitting in the living room and watching the sea (and the rain). Wonderfully and thoughtfully appointed with everything you need for a beach-y vacation and with high quality towels and kitchen stuff. Each apartment has one bedroom and a living room with a pull-out sofa-bed. Something to keep in mind if you need more people or privacy in each apartment. The set-up where there can be adjoining apartments (there are 6 apartments total; and three on each side that can be connected); where one has the large kitchen and living room worked perfectly for us. We were three families and able to cook family meals for all of us and sit comfortably in the large living room. Something to be aware of is that on each side one of the apartments is a basement apartment with a half window. So it does not have the dramatic views of the bay and has a lot less natural light.

It was a pleasant experience! The location was good, 5 mins drive to the downtown, 20 mins drive to the Pismo Beach. The place was cozy, quiet and clean. The only thing we could complain about was the pillows since they’re way too soft lol. Highly recommend to bring your own pillows if you need something to support your necks.

We had a lovely stay. A couple of little bumps (no coffee pot, not enough toilet paper) but the unit is lovely, the views are spectacular. We really enjoyed our time!

This rental was the best we have stayed in while visiting Morro Bay. The location is amazing, within walking distance of restaurants, beaches, shops, museums, kayak rentals and more. We had all of the amenities needed and especially enjoyed the comfy king sized bed, beautiful views of Morro Bay and the rock from the front patio, living room and bedroom, the large walk-in shower, and fireplace. We experienced proactive communication from Beach-N-Bay, and I liked how they immediately invited feedback regarding any maintenance needed. I highly recommend the La Roche rentals for your next Morro Bay vacation!

My family and I had a wonderful time at this condo! The condo was clean and exactly as discribed, and the views were amazing and it was easy to get to the beach. It was also close enough to walk to many of the restaurants and shops, but still was far enough away to still feel like you had privacy, and the beach never got too busy. We also loved that this area was super dog friendly. If you enjoy the small town atmosphere and amazing views, I would highly recommend this place!

only possible (NOT necessarily) negative thing is the sofa bed.....not really comfortable, but more importantly, be very careful about closing the bed to the sofa position

If you are looking for a peaceful few days to get away, this is the perfect place! It was quiet and serene. Plan to do a beach fire which is steps from the Airbnb. Everything is walking distance, including the local grocery store, restaurants and quaint, antique shops. Also, walking the Bluff, which hugs the ocean was very relaxing and beautiful. I would definitely recommend this Airbnb to others.

Place was amazing, better than we had anticipated. Embarcadero very walkable from Tidelands Park all the way down to Morro Rock. Very comfortable beds, great bathrooms, kitchen and appliances. Big bay windows had great view of the water, boats and rock. The living room got quite warm when the sun was setting but the shades did a good job of keeping things cool. Would definitely book again.

Another amazing vacation at this condo! This place was very comfortable for a family of 4. The kids loved the quick walk to the beach & pier. The entire condo was clean & true to the photos. Host is very responsive. Lots of books, puzzles, movies, & games to keep everyone entertained. The kitchen is well-stocked, bathrooms have plenty of towels, the beds are comfortable - we were very satisfied with our stay!

Peaceful family getaway! Gorgeous views of the harbor and Morro Rock. Quiet, private and walkable in town with restaurants and little shops to check out. Loved the fireplaces and big shower. The condo was very clean - minimalist inside, and everything we could need. Instructions were clear and host was available and very responsive. We would love to return someday!

Comfortable and charming - cupboards stocked, plenty of seating, outstanding views. Patio slider kept wide open to hear the ocean waves crashing…. Perfection! Terri was responsive and engaged with our trip planning needs.

We had a lovely stay. The location was great for us, and the unit was just as described. There was a small issue with one AC unit leaking and leaving water on the floor in the upper bedroom, but it didn’t affect the temperature at all. We immediately communicated the issue with Terri, and we ended up laying a beach towel down to catch the water while we were there. But it was such a small thing and it had no effect on our enjoying the space. I would stay here again if we ever make a return visit.
