Monthly Rentals in Parramatta River

It’s a very cosy little flat, perfect for getting around Sydney as it’s an easy 10min walk to the station. Exactly as described, and very comfortable. They’re very friendly hosts, and you can make friends with Lenny the dog too!

This was our second stay at Sharlene's place, and it was as good as the first time. The flat in the backyard is very quiet and peaceful, there is no noise from the surrounding streets, which coupled with a comfortable bed, made for very good night's sleeps. The bathroom is a great size and the shower has great pressure. The kitchen is small but has all of the utensils you would need if you anted to cook. We ate out each night as there are lots of very good restaurants close by, and it is an easy 10 minute walk to either the Concord road or Majors Bay road restaurants. Highly recommended.

I could not recommend this apartment and this host highly enough. Beautiful quality linen and furnishings, tonnes of space, and fantastic location for shops, transport and Olympic park activities. We booked this last minute after another host had cancelled on us, and from the first minute Clinton went above and beyond to help make check-in, our stay, and everything else about it easy. He even drove us to Qudos arena through crowds for a show, dropped off a special treat for our kids, and just went the extra mile on everything. One pf the best AIRBNB experiences I have had.
