The stay was amazing. Super cozy accommodation, exactly as the Host describes. We went in 4 people and we were very comfortable. Excellent location, as well as various leisure options within the hotel itself.

⸻ This was our second stay at Mary and Luiz's apartment, and once again we had an excellent experience! The location is simply perfect: close to Rio's best restaurants, Leblon's shopping malls and just a 5-minute walk to the beach. It is relatively close to the Gavea mall, where there are always good shows. The apartment is exactly as advertised — super clean, comfortable and well equipped. Mary is extremely attentive, always available to give tips on Rio and make it easier to stay in the apartment . She and Luiz also have a person who does the daily cleaning, which makes everything even more practical and enjoyable. Definitely, it's a place where we want to come back many times. I recommend it with my eyes closed!

Simply great! The location is great, the apartment was clean, it has everything in the kitchen. Building with good structure. 24-hour market practically in the building. In front of the beach. Hosts respond quickly. It is a little above average in value, but it compensates for the benefits. It can only really fit four people, but it's very cozy. Everything is complete, with iron, vacuum cleaner, sandwich maker. The refrigerator freezes well. It needs more outlets, and the air is the "window" type, it makes noise, a split would make the experience perfect. I will definitely return.

Really really nice appartment. If your booking because you want to see the Christ redeemer from the living room? You cannot any more as there’s a huge building going up right in front. However you can see it from the lovely roof pool area and breakfast terrace. Theres so much more to see than that in Rio! Really safe, friendly staff, food all around. Walk to beach, pool on roof, breakfast served, gym down stairs. Living room ac was broken so it was roasting hot up there. Maintenance was called they came and fixed the bedroom ac. When it’s all sorted it definitely has to be the best air bnb on the block 🌸

My stay was perfect from start to finish. The host was super attentive, responded quickly to all messages and welcomed us with great affection. The place is exactly as in the photos, clean, organized, well decorated and with all the necessary items for a comfortable stay. The location is excellent, close to everything we needed, and still quite quiet to rest. We slept very well, the environment is quiet and the bed is super comfortable. Every detail was thought out with great care, which made all the difference. I felt at home! I would definitely return and recommend with my eyes closed. Thank you for everything!

I stayed 10 days in the Merc property, the location is excellent, in the middle of the two main beaches (Ipanema and Copacabana), which can be reached on foot easily, it is a very quiet area, with restaurants and supermarkets. The accommodation is very nice, two very spacious and well-kept floors, the highlight is the shower on the terrace, with a sea view. The house was cleaned every day for free. The sauna and swimming pool are also available, very comfortable. I recommend this accommodation for your stay.

Flat and specially terasse are amazing The only thing to improve is cleaning service but i really recommend to rent this amazing flat

Quiet stay, extremely attentive eduardo and always responding quickly to what we needed. Local dwelling exactly as described on the listing. The only downside I observed was that on the outskirts of the rental there are not many options for restaurants/bars. It is close to RioCentro for app cars.

I stayed in Guilherme's suite in Barra da Tijuca and I highly recommend it! The suite is super comfortable, everything is brand new, with a soft bed, sheets and towels of the highest quality. The environment is modern, cozy and very well maintained. The location is also excellent. Next to the condominium, just 200 meters away, there is a gallery with a pharmacy, bakery, pizzeria and other super useful shops for everyday life. In addition, the condominium is very organized and safe, which brought even more tranquility to my stay. I highly recommend it to other guests!

The apartment is excellent, safe neighborhood, with great structure and location. The accommodation perfectly met expectations, it was like the ad, in addition to offering amenities such as a coffee maker and the ingredients to make a good coffee (a differential), microwave, hair dryer and iron. Lisiane and Guilherme promptly answered my questions and were always willing to help. An excellent option for those who come to work or participate in events in the region. The accommodation is pleasant, organized and clean. The room is comfortable (although a little small), has a nice view of the park, a spacious wardrobe and a TV that has some movie channels. The bathroom is great and was clean, with an excellent shower and a spacious sink for products. The verano stay is inside a giant condominium, very familiar and quiet. Easy to find. Check-in and check-out, done at the condominium reception, is quick and practical. On the ground floor, next to the reception, there is a good and cheap restaurant and a grocery store with facilities. It makes life easier. Shopping Rio 2 is about 450 m away and has a supermarket, pharmacy and some restaurants. The host instructed the guest very well and usually responds quickly. Polite and communicative.

It is a small space, I recommend it only for one person and only for getting to and sleeping.

My husband and I love the time we spend here. The apartment is perfect. There is a restaurant with food and breakfast if you don't want to cook or eat out.
