Apartment holiday rentals in Parque Florestal da Tijuca

This was the perfect place for our week visit to Rio, with its central location that was 2 short blocks from the beach, large size, cleanliness, and super helpful host Stefan. We would definitely stay here again.

We went with the family and the apartment is really excellent!!! The photos are as they are, the place is beautiful, the building too. The hosts were very attentive and responded to everything that was needed. I wish all places were like this. We'll be back!!!

Wonderful stay, clean apt, tasteful decoration, very well located, close to the best bars, shops and restaurants. André is a super host, always very kind, polite and attentive. We'll definitely stay here again.

Local super clean and pleasant, nearby market that supplied our needs, very good restaurants and 5 minutes walking to the subway station, oq greatly facilitated our stay. Alex was quite receptive and gave all the information quite clearly. I have nothing to complain about, everything was great !

Really great apartment, very well equipped to make you feel home, confortable beds and quality bedding. Location is ideal for exploring the city on foot. Parks, restaurants and bakeries at your doorstep. Having off street parking is perfect if you rent a car while in Rio.

Do not think twice. If you're lucky enough and the place has availability just book it. We've stayed at 10+ airbnbs and multiple 4 & 5 star hotels in Rio this year and this one is the rare gem that: 1. Lives up to the photos 2. Is worth what you pay 3. Is squeaky clean (I have terrible mold and dust allergies and was fine here) 4. Treats you like a guest (not an ATM). The team was responsive, gracious, and accommodating. It was concierge-level service and better than what we've experienced at hotels in Rio. The security is excellent - facial recognition. I'm a mom traveling with my 7yr old and we felt safe - just follow the rules like any city. And they've made everything incredibly easy - e g. QR code for getting onto the wifi.

I had a great stay! The apartment is as described. The location in Ipanema is great - it’s on a quiet street near lots of restaurants and the beach.

The apartment is comfortable, spacious and was super clean. Due to a communication error on my part, I did not request a mattress for my one-year-old son, and I promptly received the mattress. The view of the sunrise, as shown in the photos, is a must-see. I highly recommend it for those who like to do activities in the landfill, and for the proximity to Catete :)

The location is perfect for all things in Ipanema. If you are taking classes at Caminhos language school it is very convenient. The accommodations are as described. The doormen are all very friendly and helpful. I will return!

I would first like to thank Mr Luiz, a great host. Deu several tips throughout our lodging, indicating Restaurants, Beaches, tours, among others 😊 Very proactive, polite, friendly and flexible. Compliments only The apartment is Divine, Clean, Smell, Exactly as in your photos👏 In the condominium, there is Restaurant, with breakfast buffet and on weekends, there is also buffet for lunch, very good food🙌 The town is "foot in the sand" yesmm, perfect. There is an exit through its own direct condominium in Praia 🏖️😎 Various kiosks, has the Rico Sucos (best açaí from RJ) Anyway, it's worth staying with Mr. Luiz. Perfect 👏

The apartment is exactly as described, it has all the necessary amenities for a great stay (including for long stays). Excellent location, one block from the beach and close to shops (market, pharmacy, bakery, restaurants, etc.). Communication with Joaquim was very fast and clear, he was always very polite. On my next trip to RJ, I'll stay in the same apartment!

We were delighted with the structure of the condominium and the apartment! Everything super organized, clean beyond the staff of the condominium and Karina helpful and polite from the beginning, all the time we felt at home. We have already indicated, and we will definitely be back again soon :)

Shirlei is always very attentive, understanding and always willing to help. I always stay in her apartment and plan to return! Very comfortable bed, full kitchen (which is a priority for me), and everything well organized. Sergio's attention was very good both in the previous days giving us information and later. The apartment is spacious, has all amenities and was very clean. Excellent beach view, with amenities and security. We found it clean, complete and tidy. We recommend!

Excellent apartment, super complete (kitchen with several good appliances and all the utensils, I just felt the lack of a water dispenser). Good towels, bed linen, hygiene items in the bathroom (there was a new, sealed soap). There was even a first aid kit and an umbrella. It is two blocks from Ipanema beach and is surrounded by restaurants, supermarkets and pharmacies. I felt at home, it didn't seem like an airbnb apartment but a home, the care with the details (decoration, books, etc). It has a great smart TV in the living room, larger than indicated in the ad. It has two balconies, one in the living room and one in the bedroom. The street is very busy with cars, but the windows greatly reduce the noise. I had to stay in the city for another day and the reservation was changed very quickly. I just have to thank Merc and Eva.

Very good apartment, in front of the Olympic Park. Wide, clean space. Equipment in good condition, without reservations. José Luiz's cordiality in welcoming me for check-in stood out. Extremely easy communication. I recommend it.

We enjoyed our stay. The apartment is very close to restaurants and not far from the beach.

Fabio is a very friendly host and the apartment is well located in Ipanema. The area is walkable and I found many places to go to from there. Overall, great experience !
