Comfort and Excellent Service in the Village das Rosas Condominium Our experience at Tereza and Marcelo's home in the Village das Rosas Condominium was extremely positive. Hospitality and facilities exceeded our expectations. The house offered us all we needed: a well-equipped kitchen, ready-to-use bathrooms, and quality bed and bath linens, which made us feel comfortably at home. Though we faced a small issue, the way the owners handled the situation deserves a special compliment. They were quick and considerate to look for a solution, even if it is a weekend, which demonstrates their commitment to the well-being of guests. We are satisfied with the prompt response and effort in trying to resolve the mishap. This attitude of hosts only reinforces our recommendation of Tereza and Marcelo's house. A welcoming and well-maintained space! Not to mention the enormous kindness in our welcome with delicious pampering!

The house is very spacious. The swimming pool, barbecue and garden area was excellent for family reunion. The housekeeper (sorry, but I forgot his name) was very helpful and nice. He took the goats to visit us and even offered to drink milk on the spot. A point of attention is that the garage fits only one car. If it is more than one car, the others must stay on the street. The kitchen had all the electromotics we needed. The location was very helpful for a party at the Carioca Mansion of Alto da Boa Vista. The house is surrounded by the Atlantic forest and its residents always appear there - monkeys, quatis, various birds and mosquitoes as well (important to bring repellent).

The on-site stay was great! The house matches the pictures. Rafaella responded quickly and was always attentive.

The place is amazing!! it's in a breathtaking location with a great view. i really enjoyed my time here. you might even see monkeys. make sure to book a taxi when going to the home and make sure you have your necessities as it is naturally a difficult area to get to. but Pontal even found me a ride when I needed on quickly. great host. I would stay again!

Loved our stay at Leonardo's. The house is very cozy and comfortably hosted 8 people (I think it can accommodate up to 10) with 4.5 bathrooms. The patio outside is completely blocked from outside access and the pool was really nice. The property manager was very helpful and responsive and came to clean the pool on the second day. The house is half a block away from the beach and kiosque which was really nice.

Great host and the location can't be beat. Definitely would recommend staying at this Airbnb because it's central to everything, from the beach to the bars and restaurants.

You can live, but there are nuances. Very friendly, but difficulties with transport accessibility.

The stay was great, the Mauro always very helpful, fulfilled our requests. It was a little hard to find the ap but after you think it's quiet. Close to the beach, bars, markets, bakery…. Everything to do walking. Loved staying there and would no doubt come back more often

The apartment is beautiful, very clean and super organized — I felt really at home, and so did my pets! The location is excellent, with markets, malls and pharmacies nearby. If I go back to Rio, I will definitely stay there again. Rita and Ricardo were incredible hosts: they explained everything clearly and made us feel super comfortable.

A Estádia no flat da Teresa was FLAWLESS! We went to the Lady Gaga show and this made our experience even more remarkable and unforgettable! The apartment is extremely comfortable and complete! Teresa was proactive from the start of the reservation until the checkout. The location is excellent, the kitchen utensils super complete and the apto has a whole internal and external infrastructure for a great stay! Very nice flat in the beautiful Flamengo district! The apartment is tastefully decorated, with comfortable beds, a well-equipped kitchen, a very good washing machine, and air conditioning in the dining room. The building is located in a great neighborhood with cafes and supermarkets nearby, yet it’s very quiet. Lucinda was very responsive and friendly :) As for minor drawbacks, the kitchen has a rather small working surface, and the bedroom air conditioner is a bit old and slightly noisy.

I loved the stay, good place, close to everything, market, cafeteria, açaí shop, snack bars and bars!! Paulo is a great host, always responded quickly, very nice people and was very flexible with my check-in and check-out schedule! I will definitely come back more often.

Excellent apartment, very clean, very full kitchen. The unbeatable location just three blocks away from Copacabana. The Host is always available, great attention. The only thing to consider is that in the common areas there is no air conditioning, and in two of the pieces the noise of the air conditioners is very loud and it can cost to fall asleep.
