My stay was simply perfect! The house was impeccably clean, very fragrant and even better than in the photos, it surprised me positively upon arrival. The environment is super welcoming, with everything very well taken care of, which made all the difference for me to feel comfortable and relaxed. The location is also excellent, and the host was super attentive and helpful the whole time. I would definitely return and recommend with my eyes closed!

Only 20 minutes walk from centre or 10 by car, also walking distance from Escadaria Selaron (very tourist place). The place has amazing views from the swimming pool I was able to see the sunrise and the sunset every day. With local shops all around the building if you’re like me that like to stay and cook some times, if not there’s a lot of restaurants that you can find in the area. I had an amazing experience staying at Emilia’s place. 100% recommended.

I thought it was nice. The one-bedroom apartment is very comfortable, well-equipped, quiet and has a great balcony. The neighborhood is a marvel for those who like green areas and good restaurants.

A very comfortable apartment on the 31st floor, which allows for very nice views of the city. It has furniture, appliances and utensils that are very useful for travelers. The terrace is very nice and the pool is phenomenal, heated and large. The location is excellent, some nearby places are the Museum of Tomorrow, Uruguiana, Monasterio San Benito, Real Gabinete, Confiteria Colombo, Convento de San Antonio, just to mention the closest but in Uber you can quickly get to many other places in less than 10 min. Eliane was always attentive, responded quickly, and maintained good communication at all times. This apartment, which is in the heart of this great and beautiful city, is highly recommended.

Sergio's attention was very good both in the previous days giving us information and later. The apartment is spacious, has all amenities and was very clean. Excellent beach view, with amenities and security. We found it clean, complete and tidy. We recommend!

I had an excellent stay! The location is great, with easy access to various points of the city and very close to Maracanãzinho — which was a differential for me. The condominium is very safe, well maintained and has super attentive doormen and an efficient administration. The apartment is extremely comfortable, with cozy beds and all rooms air-conditioned, which made all the difference. A very positive point is also the shower, which works well even in the event of a power outage. The host was always very helpful and attentive throughout the stay, showing true care to ensure that everything was in order. This brought a lot of peace of mind and confidence. I highly recommend and I would definitely stay again!

We went to my daughter's wedding in Rio, and it was the best place we could have found... Adriana, the owner, is very friendly and welcoming... made us feel at ease. And the apartment was ideal, it was perfect, the location wonderful, the neighborhood, a beautiful view of the Sugarloaf, in front, close, and a good space for our dog, who by the way loved it... and when opening the door a delicious smell of everything tidy and clean, in the details. We love it, and we'll be back...!

It is basically down to the beach so the location could not be better. I enjoyed my 14 days there and will most likely come back

This was a great stay. Would definitely stay again. The rooms, pool and yard were beautiful too. It is a little bit away from all the things happening for carnival but only 10/15 min and uber is so cheap that it was absolutely perfect. Being able to be in carnival chaos and get away to peace and quiet was amazing actually. Especially compared with hotels or other Airbnb options 100% would recommend!

We love our stay at Sergio's place! I went with friends and the house perfectly met what we needed — comfortable, well-equipped and in great shape. The location was also a strong point: being near the subway station made it very easy and allowed us to access the entire city with ease. Sérgio was very attentive, gave us great tips about Rio and has a high spirit that makes everything lighter. We hope to come back again!

Very cozy space, we are pleased with the accommodation. We thank the Anfritian Danilo and the employee Tati for the impeccable reception, always very helpful and attentive. And we recommend the stay and hopefully return soon.

It was 3 spectacular days, the house has a very strategic position in relation to the Centro do RJ and the Metrô and VLT, super easy to access and move around Rio de Janeiro. The house has a lot of infrastructure , comfort, this complete kitchen towels and bedding, sofa and very comfortable beds and even a swimming pool in Lage, I simply loved the house, it was an amazing and comfortable experience, I lived memories there that I will keep forever in my heart. The view from the slab is spectacular beyond the comfort of the environment, and on top of it had toys in the house and several very useful tools for cooking. Regarding the service of Fernanda and Loran are 10, they were super receptive and attentive since flexible check out until doubts in the contacts before the trip, they are super friendly and receptive, guided us through the house and explained well the rules of the environment. I am grateful to the 2 for offering such a perfect and comfortable home in every detail.
