Monthly Rentals in Park Hill

We enjoyed our stay. the location was easy to get to, it has a great view of the lake and hills from the deck and livingroom. The double spiral stairs are a great architural feature. The house was very clean and well equipped. We have no complaints at all. The only thing I woluld caution anyone about is the access from the parking area to the door, and from floor to floor inside. If you have any mobility problems you might have some trouble. We are both in our mid 70's, and don"t get around very well. Once we got moved in we had a great staty and would come back.

When you’re renting on a platform like AirBnb, few things are more important than a responsive host that takes care of their guests. You’ll get that with Luke! Oh and the place is fantastic too!

Incredibly close to NSU! Very beautiful backyard with a creek and outdoor area. The Airbnb literally has everything you could need inside during your stay. My cat accidentally got out of the kitchen window and took a vacation in the woods for a week and Nick and Katja were incredibly supportive of helping me find her and even coordinated with local neighbors to help surveil for her and thankfully she was found :) other than the cat escapades, it was a great stay - especially if you need to be close to NSU.
