Spacious and clean. Good location. I pretty much enjoyed. I am willing to stay again when visiting Manila.

The host was exceptionally friendly—always checking in to see how I was doing and if I needed anything, which gave a warm and welcoming vibe. Overall, a great experience and definitely a place others should try!

We loved Adam's place! His communication was proactive. He always let us know what to expect. I loved the welcome we had - he had a clearbook about everything in the place as well as what to expect, what do to and local recommendations. We truly felt at home. David’s place is a good place when you need to be close to airports or you have events around Parañaque or Pasay. The facilities are new and working properly. David has been always responsive and helpful throughout our stay. The only issue I had was the internet connection - it isn’t that stable and fast. Since I also have to work during my stay, it became a problem. It’s pretty decent for regular browsing though. Nonetheless, my stay is ok! I would choose to stay here again. Thank you, David.
