We love your stay! The location is the best, next to Jurerê Open. We were able to enjoy the pools, the game room, the gym and the beachside service. It has room service and it is super worth paying for the resort parking! Very good, We'll be back!

The property is very cozy. Although it is a little distant from the beaches, it was well worth it. The studio is located in a small mall, with good options for cafe, snacks and dinner. All very clean, organized and new. I was very well served by Kadidja, Amanda and Ronaldo. Me gave me excellent tips. Super recommend the location.

I stayed at this Airbnb, it had a warm jacuzzi, and it was awesome! The place is very tidy, super clean, and you can barbecue at will. I just wish I could have stayed longer, seriously, for those who want to disconnect without being in the middle of nowhere, this little corner is worth every penny. I recommend it easily!

Great stay, beautiful apartment and very dear host!

Everything that was promised in the listing has been delivered. Apartamento is great, has 2 bathrooms, comfortable bed, I liked that it had bath towels also left basic items in the bathroom. The kitchen has everything, I needed scissors I needed a thermal bag to take it to the pool. It's got it all! I spent the days of the carnival there. I had no problem with the concierge. But of course come out enjoy your block, ballad and go back to the AP to rest without rattling. Wonderful swimming pool. Below the building is like a gallery with lots of good stuff and variety to eat. Filomena was exactly how all Hosts should be followed the 3 basic steps to good service. 1- It was cordial 2- Serving the customer ( proves available to help and questions) 3- ended with cordiality again 👏👏👏👏

Beautiful apartment and well-equipped kitchen. But too noisy to sleep at night. We all slept in the room due to the noise and it went super well.

Excellent apartment with high-end building features. Very comfortable car, with a very good exit for Jureré or for any place in the south of the island. The apartment is very comfortable, it has everything you need to rest. It is in a very quiet residential environment, we felt very comfortable. We hope to be back soon!

Cristiane's house in Jurerê is very comfortable by the structure and location. We found all utensils and linens in perfect condition and availability. The suite is large and with comfortable beds for a good rest. We made every meal and barbecue in the house, so we were able to use many of the available resources. It is worth it for a large family or a meeting with friendly families as was our case.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this beach house! The location was unbeatable just steps from the beach with stunning ocean views and amazing sunrises. We spent our mornings sipping coffee on the deck and our evenings enjoying the sound of the waves. It was the perfect place to relax and recharge. Communication with the host was seamless. Thiago was responsive, and friendly. We felt truly cared for the entire time.

The experience of getting to know Floripa could not have been better!!!! Ilca is extremely gentle and welcoming, it made us feel at home. The accommodation is wonderful, all tidy and well located, plus it is ready to prepare a super yummy breakfast and is always there to help! Heitor also very requested, took us to the bus station for the return, the couple is a 10!!!! Super recommend and I will definitely go back!!!

I indicate this place with eyes closed! Super cozy place, with an amazing view. It's more beautiful even in person. It has countless wonderful corners on the property with breathtaking landscapes! For those looking for calm and nature, it is the perfect place! And what to say about the host, Mr. Carlos made us feel at home. Villa is super attentive, polite and intelligent, has an incredible history and the property is a reflection of all his and his staff's work that is also super friendly. The saddest part for sure is having to leave kkkkkk but we're sure to be back soon <3

This was a perfect place very close to the airport, shopping etc., Great location right behind the lake. perfect, calm and excellent view from many of the bedrooms. Has an elevator to get our suitcases upstairs. so much spaces for activities. we didnt even have the time to try out everything. the Host came to help us get inside, did a full walk through of the place. the house was very big for us. We were very comfortable through out our stay. good for a large family, kids etc.,

My first time in Florianópolis was even more special thanks to the incredible accommodation I chose! The Studio is in the south of the island, a beautiful and quiet region, surrounded by charming beaches — the location was perfect for exploring the best of the island! The space was super organized, clean and equipped with everything I needed. Small details like the hair dryer made all the difference. I want to give a special thank you to the Seazone team, especially to Dineia, who treated me very well, was helpful and even gave me several local tips that helped a lot. This type of service makes all the difference in the experience. 💙 I would definitely stay with them again. A wonderful experience from start to finish!

🌟 Amazing experience in Florianópolis! 🌟 Monica's apartment is EXCELLENT. It's super equipped, absolutely nothing is missing and is very comfortable. Condo is a pleasure - it has a game room, pool, gym, a 24 hour market, parking and direct beach access. 🏖️ The beach is paradisiacal, with warm and transparent water, and it is also quiet, without agglomerations. Perfect location. Monica was an exceptional host - the dialogue was always fluid, friendly and respectful. He helped us with all our doubts and was very flexible with our arrival. ✨ We definitely recommend it and would definitely come back.

The stay was perfect. We went to Jurerê because my husband participated in the Iroman and wanted a place close to the race, and Paula's apartment was perfect. In addition to the wonderful location, the apartment is beautiful, the decoration, cleanliness, super nice condominium and a wonderful view.
