Excellent attention. Marcelo is always very helpful, he helped us with some local information so we can take further advantage of our stay. The room great, super clean, the ice air conditioning, the well small room but enough for two people on the weekend visit. Good internet and smart TV. The minibar works perfect, the shower is excellent with hot water. The Espinoza recanto is strategically located almost in the centrinho and a 10 minute walk to the beach. Very close to the mini market that has everything, even bakery with fresh bread in the morning. We will definitely be back. Thanks Marcelo

We were recently with my Family, and when we arrived at the Barrio in principle, and its surroundings were surprised by the high standard, Order, Security and the view of the surroundings. We were greeted by ANA with all kindness and warmth, a place of Film, Nature, with an ocean view, and directly connected to the beach from the House, and the best sunset is contemplated. You love the house, it catches you, with unique details you don't want to go. Thank you EDNA, we will be back and IF HIGHLY RECOMMENDED WITHOUT A DOUBT

The hosts were super nice and responded quickly to messages🌺 The property is located in an area that felt safe which was also reinforced by the fact that it was an electronic gate to get into the property! The hut is exactly like in the pictures, it is completely in the middle of nature, which is very relaxing, but it can be a little scary for those who are afraid of spiders and insects. The car entrance is really a bit challenging, but we went with an onix and we had no trouble getting in and out. It is possible to go to the beach and the center on foot, both a walk of about 15-20min. Roque was very responsive and answered all of our messages.

Near the beach, a great patio for those who go with dogs. Equipped cooking, differential have water filter. Also available beach equipment (chairs etc) very positive point. Access to the room a little difficult, not suitable for those with mobility problems. Nothing that hindered the stay. Beautiful view of the window, noise of the sea constantly. We would return without a doubt.

excellent accommodation, great very kind hosts, we feel at ease as if we were among friends. the location is perfect very close to the beach (+or-50 meters). the property was very clean and organized. it has everything, bed and bath linen. in addition to the necessary utensils and electros and furniture. a small house that perfectly accommodates 1 couple with 2 children or even 4 adults, it is 2 double beds (comfortable). shower and very good refrigerator (in our opinion the main items for a good stay), 2 new air conditioners, and all items working perfectly as well. I recommend and would stay at this home again.

Simply perfect, it exceeded my expectations, a quiet place, for those who have pets like me, it is wonderful, all surrounded and with indescribable privacy, I loved it and I will certainly return 😊

The cabin experience was wonderful! The site is clean, organized and super-equipped — it has everything you need to spend comfortable days: fridge, stove, microwave, cutlery, plates, glasses and more. The view is breathtaking, with the hills and the sea to the bottom. Around the sunrise from here was simply unforgettable. The hot tub is perfect for relaxing, and still has a TV with Netflix and other apps to enjoy at your leisure. We recommend taking everything you need to buy from the market, as we try to order for iFood and the delivery has not arrived — something that does not take away the shine of the place, just a point to better plan. The host was very attentive and helpful throughout the contact. We intend to return for sure and recommend the experience!

Nando's accommodation is sensational! An immersion in nature, with a lot of comfort and good style! Surrounded by birds of various species, monkeys and a view of the wonderful lagoon, it is an invitation to a special weekend in connection with nature! The house is super well equipped and the view from the room is beyond words!

Capivara hut was a spectacle part of our trip, as well as being beautiful, comfortable and private, it is super close to beaches, market, restaurants and the Lagoinha do Leste trail! We made the trail from the accommodation itself, passing the beach of the matadeiro and leaving in the Southern swamp, sincerely was the most beautiful trail I have ever made in my life, and in the end there was nothing better than getting to the hut and taking a hot bath! The hut served us very well on issues that location, convenience and comfort, we had a full kitchen that helped us a lot in the food too! A point worth mentioning is the cleaning, the hut and everything in it were extremely clean! For surf lovers, the Matadeiro beach offers a very good condition and the best, you can also walk from the accommodation in a few minutes! The hut and the whole place is amazing, we hope to come back again!

The place is very beautiful, lots of green space, calm, animals scattered around the land, everything brings a peace of contact with nature. Great experience!

This is a hidden gem - this should be your first choice if you are intending on staying in Floripa! Stayed for two months and was tough to say goodbye after getting a routine and becoming somewhat of a local. The hosts were extremely attentive and went above and beyond whenever an issue arose. I would highly recommend staying at this property for the proximity to the beach and quality of the villa! Thanks again for the incredible stay!

The stay with Tathiana was great, she was attentive and provided all the necessary information. The house has a good space and is great for staying with the family! It is close to everything, the beach, market and pharmacy. The period we stayed there was great.

We spent five amazing days at Affonso’s place with my boyfriend, and from the first moment, I knew I had made a great choice. The house is beautiful—cozy, aesthetically pleasing (very important for me, haha!), and surrounded by a lovely garden that adds to the feeling of tranquility. The location is perfect—just a 5-minute walk from the stunning Campeche beach and close to some great cafés. The house is smartly designed, super comfortable, and has everything you need for a great stay. If you’re a remote worker, the WiFi is excellent. On top of that, Affonso was very responsive and proactive. We really appreciated all the clear instructions he provided, which made our check-in and check-out seamless. We’ll definitely be back! The space of Fábio is excellent in addition it has given us all the support in relation to the property as well as tips and guidelines regarding the region of Garopaba. I recommend and we will definitely be back.
