Estádia was amazing, super cozy place, close to absolutely everything, we just started the car again to get back home. Izabel all the time super helpful, answered everything with agility, education and a lot of empathy, all the time worrying if everything was right with us.. (So that my entry into the stay was scheduled for before but because it was raining it contacted and gave me the freedom to arrive a few days later to avoid the rain) And we took beautiful days thanks to that… No doubt we will return to this amazing place❤️

It has exceeded our expectations, very receptive hosts and concerned about our wellbeing, well-equipped space including appliances, ideal for families who like to cook and very close to the sea. AMAMOS!!!

We only have compliments to do. Mr. Romildo is a dear, very helpful and polite person. The apartment is super spacious and met all our needs. We will certainly return at a next opportunity.

Great location, comfortable environment and the value is very reasonable. The only problem is that the map app has the wrong number and sends you a little further up the street, and Izabel promptly solved it.

Second time I stay in Izabel's apartment and like always were incredible days on the guard. All the amenity needed to feel at home: great bed, great bath, air conditioning, full kitchen, super close to the center of the beach. Not to mention Izabel is very kind and loving. Super proactive and worried that the guest feels at home, so that whenever possible it eases including Checkin and Checkout. I will definitely return for a third time.

Quiet carnival holiday, we felt at home, Mr Ronald always very solicitous, attended us promptly. Apt is very cozy, has a beautiful view. We'll be back soon.

What an amazing place! The house is beautiful, super new, extremely well cared for and equipped with absolutely everything you can imagine. We had a wonderful carnival holiday, and the hosts made us feel even better than in our own house. It was undoubtedly an amazing stay! The hosts are exceptional people, always attentive and helpful, which has made the experience even more special. The location is excellent, close to everything we needed, and the house offers all the comfort and convenience. Quiet location by the sea! Beaches are far away and there are few restaurant options around! Great house to spend quiet days with friends and family! Luana is very helpful! We would recommend it!

Extremely comfortable stay for me and my family. We went with my 9-month-old baby. Bruno and Gabriela provided cradle, the kitchen had all the utensils to cook for my family. Clean, comfortable location with a beautiful view of the balcony. This apartment is ideal for long stays and for those who appreciate comfort and privacy. Apt very clean and organized,has all the necessary items for the stay ,the condominium has a very good structure and private access to the beach .

Vinicius is very kind and available. Condo: - Quiet. - wonderful gardens. - a very functional gym. The weather didn't cooperate, as it rained, so we couldn't use the outdoor pool, but the outdoor pool looked luxurious and the heated pool exquisite. Inside the condominium there is a small minimarket that helps you with the basics. Comfortable and functional apartment; kitchen with good appliance implementation. Consider that the beach is a 10-minute walk away.
