Smoking friendly holiday rentals in Palermo

Ich denke ich werde meinen ganzen Urlaub nicht mehr so eine schöne Wohlfühloase finden wie bei Antonella über den Dächern von Palermo. Nur wegen ihrer wundervollen Lage lädt ihre super eingerichtete Küche, wo es an nichts fehlt, zum Selbstkochen ein, nur um den Palermo Zauber im privaten allein über den Dächern genießen zu können. Ich als allein reisende Frau fühlte mich in der gesamten Umgebung absolut sicher. Der Hafen und die via Emanuel laden auch Nachts um 22 Uhr für einen kleinen Verdauungsspaziergang ein. Es gibt's viele Restaurant und Bars und einen schönen Platz direkt 2 min fußläufig. Traumhaft. Antonella ist super lieb und schreibt gefühlt innerhalb zwei Sekunden zurück. Vielen Dank für alles! Komme ich wieder Mal nach Palermo schlafe ich nur bei Antonella. Das ist klar;)

One of my favorite airbnb stays! Our host communicated clearly with us in advance. He arranged transportation that dropped us off right at the apartment. He met us there and showed us around the apartment and gave us helpful hints and suggestions. He even went over and beyond and left us a special gift as we were celebrating our anniversary. We had our young children with us who also loved their room. The location was AMAZING! walking distance from major sites: Quattro canti, palazzo dei normanni, palermo cathedral, ballaro market, and teatro massimo, as well as walking distance to the train station if you need to take a day trip. despite being in the center of historic palermo, it was tucked away, so it still was quiet and peaceful. The streets leading to the appt were safe, even at night. I would 100% recommend this apartment, and hope to return in the future.

the best best best homestay we lived in Sicily!!! Super close to old town, walking distance to every popular places. Very quiet environment in the evening, especially love the kitchen with sunshine and balcony, will come back next time!

Giovanni met us at the door and made us feel right at home. He took time to point out attractions on the map and give us dinner recommendations. Giovanni was so welcoming and even had the kitchen stocked with some staples and goodies to get us off to a good start. We rented the house for our family vacation, which consisted of three adult couples. Each couple had their own private room and bathroom. The kitchen was well stocked with plates, utensils, pots, and pans, and even a cappuccino machine! The washing machine came in handy as well. We couldn’t ask for a better stay, this apartment exceeded our expectations. Thank you Giovanni!

The whole apartment is amazing but the roof top in particular was out of this world! To have the outside space in the middle of the city is a real treat and Stefania’s place is an oasis of calm. It is just off the main thoroughfare so brilliantly located yet very peaceful. We were two couples and there was masses of space to be together and have some privacy when wanted. The kitchen has everything and more and I think belongs to a very good cook! Stefania arranged a taxi from the airport which made arrival smooth - especially as a flight change meant we arrived late and finding the apartment without Andrea’s help would have been much more difficult. We received lots of information in advance and were given tips and suggestions for places to visit and eat in Palermo. Everyone we encountered to do with the apartment was charming and could not have been more help including the friendly neighbour and delightful housekeeper. Thank you so much Stefania. Wish the dogs were included!!

Sandro has great hospitality and passion. He gave us amazing recommendations to restaurants, supermarkets and places to visit. It certainly made us enjoy Palermo even more. The apartment is a piece of art, full of antiques, very clean. If we would to visit Palermo again is Sandro’s apartment would definitely be our first choice again.

Wonderful position. Claudia was a very friendly helpful host. However the layout was challenging as the lift was unreliable and 2 of the 4 bedrooms were accessed by further stairs with no complete handrails. The 4th bedroom wouldn’t be suitable for a couple as one side of the bed was open to the stair well. The 7 of us did manage to squeeze onto the small terrace and enjoyed drinks under the stars. We felt that, didn’t mean that safety, stairwell, as the apartment was marketed for 8 people, there should be enough crockery and glasses for 8.

Had a wonderful stay in Leandro’s place! Right in the heart of the city, lots of things to do right in walking distance to anything and everything you need! The space was clean with all the amenities you could think of! Would recommend to anybody staying in Palermo! Thanks again! :)

Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und in das schöne Appartement geführt! Alles war blitzsauber und der Anblick vom Balkon ist ganz wunderbar. Zu jeder Tageszeit! Toll war, dass die Utensilien für den Strand auch zur Verfügung standen! Für uns als Rucksackreisende war das natürlich toll! Ich habe mich schwer getan wieder abzureisen! Nochmals vielen Dank!

Roberto ist ein toller Gastgeber, er ist sehr fürsorglich und hat uns super bei allen Fragen unterstützt. Wir haben uns immer sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist in einer Traumhaften Lage, auf jeder Ebene mit toller Aussicht aufs Meer. Das Highlight ist der Private Zugang zum Meer. Der Pool bietet alles was man für einen tollen Urlaub benötigt. Parkplätze sind im Grundstück vorhanden. Wir hatten einen VW Bus, ein Motorrad und ein kleines Mietauto dabei. (und Mountainbikes) Die nähe zum Flughafen war für uns sehr praktisch, weil wir mit der ganzen Familie dort waren und unsere Kinder zu verschiedenen Zeiten angereist sind. Ein eigenes Auto ist notwendig um Mobil zu sein. Für uns war es perfekt weil wir ca. 50 min ins Kletterparadies San Vito del Capo benötigten und auch mal nach Palermo fahren konnten. Die Entfernung zu den schönsten Orten in West Sizilien sind mit <1Std. zu erreichen. das Wohngebiet ist sehr Ruhig und gepflegt und wir haben uns immer sicher gefühlt. Danke an Roberto

I had a very pleasant stay at Fara’s apartment. The space was large, the bed comfortable, and everything was well maintained. Fara was kind and helpful throughout my stay, and her assistance was much appreciated. It was a very nice way to end my trip to Italy, thank you so much Fara!

Gospodarz był bardzo serdeczny i przyjazny, komunikacja bez problemu, miejsce schludne i można się poczuć jak w domu, jedyny minus że wieczorami było trochę głośno z zewnątrz, ale gospodarz nie ma na to wpływu, poza tym super, dobra lokalizacja

Honestly the place was better than the photos and Matthias was a really cool host. Responsive and very attentive. The place is well located near the center (10min walk) and very calm with a beautiful outside. I couldn’t recommend you more this place.

Comfortable with private outdoor space. Walkable to most areas of the city. Monica was very responsive when we had questions or needed assistance. Typically within minutes! Some great gelati was waiting in the freezer when we arrived. The shop it came from became our favorite gelato in Palermo. LaKala. Would happily stay at Monicas place again!

Perfect location and exactly as described. Our hosts Giovanni and Lorenzo were absolutely wonderful. The Villa is stunning, the beds were extremely comfortable and the lounging areas are just perfect. Mondello is a picturesque town full of charm with gorgeous restaurants and lovely, friendly people. We didn’t want to leave! Thank you for an unforgettable holiday!

Prima Unterkunft, toller Ausgangspunkt zur Erkundung der Stadt und trotz zentraler Lage ruhig in der Nacht. Die Dachterrasse ist ein tolles Highlight.

Cettina is a very proactive host. Her flat is very well placed for the old city, within 5 minutes walk of the Teatro Massimo. It is situated on a square with good local bars and restaurants, which feel authentically 'Palermo', as well as being near the more noisy and diverse places to eat in the old city. Cettina booked a very good pizza restaurant for our first night at our request and checked in with us throughout our stay to see if we were OK. Thank you Cettina.

We really enjoyed our stay in Palermo. The flat had everything we needed and was very clean. Angelo was a fantastic host, gave us so much advice on where to go in the city and was very attentive during our stay. Would highly recommend.

Very spacious for 6 adults! It was so nice to be able to spread out a bit. A/C in the bedrooms was appreciated. Plenty of amenities in the kitchen. Beautiful view from the balconies. Restaurants, basic groceries, and paid parking are within 2 blocks. 10 minute walk to old town sights, markets, hundreds of restaurants. A wonderful choice!

Très beau séjour dans ce bel appartement offrant une vue superbe sur Palerme ! Luigi à été très accueillant, nous a même offert une bouteille de Prosseco pour célébrer la nouvelle année. L’emplacement est idéal, à deux pas de la rue piétonne où de nombreux restaurants proposent des spécialités et autres ! Merci encore !

Séjour parfait en plein cœur de la ville ! L’appartement est très spacieux, propre et parfaitement fonctionnel. Sa situation en plein centre-ville est idéale : à proximité de tous les lieux cultes à visiter, ce qui facilite énormément les déplacements. La terrasse est un vrai plus pour profiter des moments de détente. Un grand merci au propriétaire, qui s’est montré très réactif et flexible, rendant notre séjour encore plus agréable. Je recommande sans hésitation !

Amazing location right in the heart of Palermo's historic center. Steps away from amazing restaurants, shops, anything you could possibly need! Being able to see the hustle and bustle from the terrace was great. Antonio and his son were so hospitable and had great local recommendations.
