Beautiful property. From the gardens and pool to the outdoor kitchen, it felt like your own private oasis. We wished we had more time and could have stayed another week.

Roberto is a great host, he is very caring and supported us super with all questions. We always felt very comfortable. The house is in a fantastic location, with great views of the sea on every level. The highlight is the private access to the sea. The pool offers everything you need for a great vacation. Parking spaces are available on the property. We had a VW bus, a motorcycle and a small rental car with us. (and mountain bikes) The proximity to the airport was very convenient for us because we were there with the whole family and our children arrived at different times. A private car is necessary to be mobile. For us it was perfect because we needed about 50 minutes to the climbing paradise San Vito del Capo and could also go to Palermo. The distance to the most beautiful places in West Sicily can be reached in <1 hour. The residential area is very quiet and well maintained and we always felt safe. Thanks to Roberto

Nuccia was a wonderful host. The house is near the airport and has amazing lemon trees in the garden. Highly recommend.

This property is beautiful- incredible pool, very spacious for our large group with en suites and extra bathrooms, and great indoor and outdoor living areas. We had Francesca come and cook for us the night we arrived which was a game changer after a long travel day- incredible food and so relaxing and easy! Antonio is also extremely responsive to all our questions and so kind and friendly. There are some beaches near by that are really nice (10 min away max) and it’s 45 min to either Palermo or Cefalù so relatively easy to get to either.

We were a girls' group in the villa and immediately felt at home. We had a very nice time.

Spacious vila with great outdoor space and good privacy. We stayed with our family with young kids and besides the pool there was plenty of entertainment for them. We loved the involvement of host Rosario. Very involved during our visit and made sure we had everything we needed. Thanks Rosario for our nice holiday stay at your vila as well as for the nice treats.

Quite simply put, la casa di Gioia is a paradise - the best airbnb experience I have ever had. Agata is an exceptional and caring host. The appartment is beyond cozy, a place where I would love to live. I slept really well there, and am already missing the place. Sandro is a beautiful person who takes joy from make his guests feel welcomed and at home. His unique decor is a delight to be within and his welcome was a treat for us. The apartment is in the inner city heart of the locals of Palermo, so prepare to be immersed. Walking distance to the historical centre and many restaurants and bus routes to the beach and beyond. Sandro communications were excellent and he arranged transfer to the airport for us cheaper than any apps. High recommended Sandor’s appointment 👍😁

This home is the perfect spot to stay on the west side of Sicily, and Max is a wonderful host! Two bedrooms with a full kitchen, dining table, and private outdoor space…within walking distance of the sea, near Palermo city center, Mondello Beach, and plenty of other notable destinations - what more could you want? We loved coming home to this house after long days of exploring. On Wednesdays there’s a market on the block, where we’d always get the sweetest freshest strawberries we’ve ever had. The restaurants by the sea have some of the best seafood you’ll eat in Sicily. And there’s a long boardwalk nearby that’s perfect for a post-espresso morning walk. Max did a great job making sure this home is comfortable, and he was helpful and welcoming for the entire month-long stay. We’re grateful for the opportunity to stay in this charming home in Sferracavallo. Thank you again Max!

Gabriele’s place is great to relax and explore the surrounding part of Sicily. I’ll definitely recommend a car to get around and do the shopping but essentials such as ice cream and a bakery are in walking distance. The place fits 7-8 people easily and all the essentials are there. Gabriele is a great host, kind and super responsive! Definitely would come back.

David was a great host. The apartment is right near the train station and you are in downtown Palermo within a few minutes. The apartment is spacious and you have everything you need. we would come back anytime!

Honestly the place was better than the photos and Matthias was a really cool host. Responsive and very attentive. The place is well located near the center (10min walk) and very calm with a beautiful outside. I couldn’t recommend you more this place.

I would this property. It is clean, functional and ideally located for visiting Palermo and its surroundings when you don't have a car! In addition, the host is very nice and responsive to requests, it was a real pleasure 😄

The flat was comfortable and very centrally located. Vincenzo responded quickly to Inquiries and gave clear check in instructions.

An incredible view of the bay, the apartment is very nice and modernly decorated and everything is very clean! Many drinks are provided upon arrival, including wine, beer and Aperol, which made us feel very welcome and immediately at home! Carlo is very helpful and always available, he gave us tips about the area and organized an airport transfer at an unbeatable price! We did notice a lot of traffic noise during a few nights, but it could be due to the public holiday in Italy…

At check-in time, the host personally greeted us and helped us with the luggage and explained the apartment's features. He was always in touch to suggest activities. The accommodation was comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay.

The stay was beautiful, very peaceful and the house was really big with lots of balconies and space! The rooftop was amazing. Laura was also so extremely helpful. We had a bit trouble with getting around since the taxis doesn’t want to drive inside Carini, just to take us outside the city. So Laura helped us getting a local taxi driver who was incredible too. The surroundings are beautiful, not that many restaurants and hard to find a grocery store nearby, but the ones that exist have really nice and friendly staff. The place is really close to the ocean, easy to take a nice walk. We were really happy with our stay, the house was perfect.

Good organization and communication, very good location, many cafes and great restaurants in the immediate vicinity, the accommodation is well equipped, a lot can be visited from here on foot. I would book again.

Very convenient to check in, and the location is also very good. You can walk from the train station. Filippa is very considerate. On the first day, she waited until very late to make sure I found the location and checked in smoothly. I stayed here for a week and was very happy. I will still choose it the next time I come to Sicily.

We had a wonderful time in Daniela‘s place! The house is beautiful, has a great view and lots of light. The kitchen is very well equipped, everywhere in the house you will find beautiful decoration which gives it a nice personal touch. We immediately felt at home. Daniela was super responsive at all times, helpful and incredibly nice. Easy check-in and check-out. There is a few restaurants, bakeries and a supermarket in walking distance, but it’s best to have a car to get around. Uber/taxi also works, it might be a bit more expensive however. I hope it wasn’t our last time at this beautiful and peaceful place 😊
