Smoking friendly holiday rentals in Palermo

I don't think I'll ever find such a beautiful oasis of well-being as Antonella's place above the rooftops of Palermo. Just because of its wonderful location, its super-equipped kitchen, where nothing is missing, invites you to cook for yourself, just to enjoy the Palermo magic in private alone above the rooftops. As a woman traveling alone, I felt absolutely safe in the entire area. The harbor and the via Emanuel also invite you to take a small digestive walk at 10 pm. There are many restaurants and bars and a nice square just 2 minutes' walk away. Fantastic. Antonella is super sweet and replies within two seconds. Thank you for everything! If I come back to Palermo, I only sleep at Antonella's. That's clear;)

One of my favorite airbnb stays! Our host communicated clearly with us in advance. He arranged transportation that dropped us off right at the apartment. He met us there and showed us around the apartment and gave us helpful hints and suggestions. He even went over and beyond and left us a special gift as we were celebrating our anniversary. We had our young children with us who also loved their room. The location was AMAZING! walking distance from major sites: Quattro canti, palazzo dei normanni, palermo cathedral, ballaro market, and teatro massimo, as well as walking distance to the train station if you need to take a day trip. despite being in the center of historic palermo, it was tucked away, so it still was quiet and peaceful. The streets leading to the appt were safe, even at night. I would 100% recommend this apartment, and hope to return in the future.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this apartment in Palermo! The place was impeccable—spotlessly clean, beautifully maintained, and very comfortable. The location was great, close to key sights but also in a peaceful area, which made exploring the city so easy and enjoyable. Our hosts were incredibly kind and super helpful, providing us with plenty of useful information that really enhanced our trip. They went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Palermo!

Giovanni met us at the door and made us feel right at home. He took time to point out attractions on the map and give us dinner recommendations. Giovanni was so welcoming and even had the kitchen stocked with some staples and goodies to get us off to a good start. We rented the house for our family vacation, which consisted of three adult couples. Each couple had their own private room and bathroom. The kitchen was well stocked with plates, utensils, pots, and pans, and even a cappuccino machine! The washing machine came in handy as well. We couldn’t ask for a better stay, this apartment exceeded our expectations. Thank you Giovanni!

Sandro has great hospitality and passion. He gave us amazing recommendations to restaurants, supermarkets and places to visit. It certainly made us enjoy Palermo even more. The apartment is a piece of art, full of antiques, very clean. If we would to visit Palermo again is Sandro’s apartment would definitely be our first choice again.

Wonderful position. Claudia was a very friendly helpful host. However the layout was challenging as the lift was unreliable and 2 of the 4 bedrooms were accessed by further stairs with no complete handrails. The 4th bedroom wouldn’t be suitable for a couple as one side of the bed was open to the stair well. The 7 of us did manage to squeeze onto the small terrace and enjoyed drinks under the stars. We felt that, didn’t mean that safety, stairwell, as the apartment was marketed for 8 people, there should be enough crockery and glasses for 8.

Roberto is a great host, he is very caring and supported us super with all questions. We always felt very comfortable. The house is in a fantastic location, with great views of the sea on every level. The highlight is the private access to the sea. The pool offers everything you need for a great vacation. Parking spaces are available on the property. We had a VW bus, a motorcycle and a small rental car with us. (and mountain bikes) The proximity to the airport was very convenient for us because we were there with the whole family and our children arrived at different times. A private car is necessary to be mobile. For us it was perfect because we needed about 50 minutes to the climbing paradise San Vito del Capo and could also go to Palermo. The distance to the most beautiful places in West Sicily can be reached in <1 hour. The residential area is very quiet and well maintained and we always felt safe. Thanks to Roberto

I had a very pleasant stay at Fara’s apartment. The space was large, the bed comfortable, and everything was well maintained. Fara was kind and helpful throughout my stay, and her assistance was much appreciated. It was a very nice way to end my trip to Italy, thank you so much Fara!

Everything was wonderful.

We have very much enjoyed a week in Ute’s lovely house. Well equipped, very private and quiet, we felt at home instantly! Nice (vegetable) garden, beautiful views to mountains and from roof terrace also to sea. Pool is lovely. Like I said to Ute: a real paradise. We hope to return in future! Honestly the place was better than the photos and Matthias was a really cool host. Responsive and very attentive. The place is well located near the center (10min walk) and very calm with a beautiful outside. I couldn’t recommend you more this place.

Comfortable with private outdoor space. Walkable to most areas of the city. Monica was very responsive when we had questions or needed assistance. Typically within minutes! Some great gelati was waiting in the freezer when we arrived. The shop it came from became our favorite gelato in Palermo. LaKala. Would happily stay at Monicas place again!

Great accommodation, great starting point to explore the city and quiet at night despite central location. The roof terrace is a great highlight.

Cettina is a very proactive host. Her flat is very well placed for the old city, within 5 minutes walk of the Teatro Massimo. It is situated on a square with good local bars and restaurants, which feel authentically 'Palermo', as well as being near the more noisy and diverse places to eat in the old city. Cettina booked a very good pizza restaurant for our first night at our request and checked in with us throughout our stay to see if we were OK. Thank you Cettina.

We really enjoyed our stay in Palermo. The flat had everything we needed and was very clean. Angelo was a fantastic host, gave us so much advice on where to go in the city and was very attentive during our stay. Would highly recommend.

Very spacious for 6 adults! It was so nice to be able to spread out a bit. A/C in the bedrooms was appreciated. Plenty of amenities in the kitchen. Beautiful view from the balconies. Restaurants, basic groceries, and paid parking are within 2 blocks. 10 minute walk to old town sights, markets, hundreds of restaurants. A wonderful choice!

Perfect stay in the middle of the city! The apartment is very spacious, clean and perfectly functional. Its location in the city center is ideal: close to all the cult places to visit, which makes it so easy to get around. The terrace is a real plus to enjoy relaxing moments. A big thank you to the owner, who was very responsive and flexible, making our stay even more enjoyable. I would recommend it in a second!
