Villa holiday rentals in Palermo

Our stay at Riccardo’s Sunny Casavacanze was superb. The view is so magical it feels like a dream. The house is spotless and decorated in a classy style. The bathroom is nice and big, and there’s a washing machine! There were beautiful pastries for us when we arrived! Riccardo answered every single one of our questions immediately….he was a fantastic host. He even offered for his father to take us to get a rental car. There is a really awesome farm/farmers market nearby that is a must~do. The beach you can walk to but if you have a car I recommend you drive (less stairs). And it’s a super quick drive with a parking lot. And/or drive a few mins to Castellammare del Golfo/Scopello, which are breathtaking. I highly recommend this air bnb! Grazie Mille, Riccardo!

Stayed for a few days. Firstly confusing to locate the driveway, it comes up quickly from the highway. Giuseppe arranged to meet us and let us in. Place was spotless clean and bright. The minute you saw the balcony with the view it relaxed you. Located not far from Palermo on a main road. Restaurants are all along the road in either direction. Supermarket is a down the street also. Kitchen has all the needed appliances Balcony has Lounge chairs, seating area and a barbecue. Would book this again if ever in the area for an extended time, so you are able to enjoy all the amenities. AAA+

Brilliant place to stay with fantastic, kind host. Lots of garden space and huge pool. Host was so helpful and relaxed helping us out all the time. Lyra the dog was so fun and friendly. Kids loved playing with her. Short drive from loads of beaches, restaurants etc. highly recommend!

AMAZING! In two years of traveling around Europe and staying in Airbnbs, this is the best house and host we have ever had. It is so beautiful, quiet and peaceful and it has everything you could possibly need. Maria Rosa is an amazing person, and she welcomes you and treats you like family, and makes you feel as if it is your house. She truly cares about her guests. There are literally no negatives about this property. I hope to come back again someday. Book it now and you will not be disappointed!!

We stayed in this property for a week and had a great time. The house is beautiful, cozy and immersed in a quiet area, ideal for relaxing. Upon our arrival, we found a welcome surprise: a bottle of prosecco, and shortly after, we were delighted with pastries—a truly thoughtful touch. The owner was very kind and always available: he gave us excellent advice on what to do in the area, he provided us with the contact of a trusted taxi driver and, which we particularly appreciated, he allowed us to stay beyond check-out time, since we had a late evening flight and our little girl had to take her afternoon nap. A gesture of true hospitality! We highly recommend this accommodation and hope to return soon!

Great host and an amazing villa. Sunset on on the private bay was incredible. Local towns and airport were only a short drive away. Great to cook and eat outside. Will be coming back for sure.

Ignazio is a perfect host! The check in was easy. He waited for us. Communication was perfect. The house is really big and has an amazing garden. I can highly recommend the house of Ignazio.

Excellent stay. This place was massive with everything you could want. It was hard to leave. Such a great host who was very kind and responsive. Steep drive-way is not an understatement but the host was happy to help us with our bags when we arrived and left. Beautiful location, felt like a vintage resort. Would stay here again!

We had the most amazing time at this wonderful house in Alcamo. The property was excellent for our family of four (two adults, two children). it was spacious, clean, and with beautiful views of the ocean from both levels. You’ll need a car, which will give you access to the wonderful surrounding area. I must give our compliments to the wonderful hosts who did everything to make our stay special, including a birthday cake for a family member :) We highly recommend it!

Ornella and her daughter Beatrice were wonderful hosts. They responded to my questions in a timely manner.—- always pleasant and eager to help. The Villa and its surroundings and location were perfect for my group. The outdoor space was amazing! I would highly recommend this Villa to anyone wanting to be near Palermo and the beach!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Villa Palme! Giovanni, Antonella, and Valeria were exceptional hosts—warm, welcoming, and excellent communicators from start to finish. Their home was incredibly comfortable and thoughtfully set up, especially for families with young children and babies. We felt so at home that we ended up extending our stay by several nights! The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed to cook and enjoy meals together, and the instructions for household tasks like waste disposal were clear and easy to follow. They also provided fantastic recommendations for local restaurants and sightseeing, which really helped us make the most of our time in the area. We can’t thank them enough for their hospitality and would highly recommend Villa Palme to anyone looking for a relaxing, family-friendly getaway.

It’s a wonderful Villa with a great pool, well located for the beaches of Terrasini. Sunset from the terrace is unforgettable. The host is fantastic - super friendly and responsive and very accommodating of our needs travelling with 3 children. A great place which I would recommend without hesitation. We will certainly be back ourselves!

Francesco was AMAZING! Honestly the best airbnb host I’ve had. If we had a question about anything he would respond immediately and would go out of his way to make us happy and comfortable. He gave us great recommendations for around Sicily. The property was beautiful and the breakfast service was great too. He made our weekend unforgettable! The house itself is stunning and had great amenities.

We spent 5 pleasant days at Fabrizio and Lavinia's Villa. Communications were always accurate and timely. The property is reminiscent of a small Hollywood villa transplanted to Sicily. Designed and tastefully furnished, the villa and especially its swimming pool allow you to enjoy a relaxing stay in privacy. The two hosts live in the basement and are often away during the day for work. The villa coexists physiologically with the small fauna of the Sicilian countryside, for example with the cute geckos that come in the evening to snoop around. Recommended for those who want to relax in a large, clean, quiet environment, surrounded by nature that can even be sumptuous in some of its details.

Ten day stay with adult family of 10. Everyone had their own bedroom, and there was plenty of bathroom space. Best stocked kitchen of any Airbnb we've been to. Had minor electrical problem, which was quickly addressed and fixed. Maid service very nice. Quiet area, very restful. Awesome accommodations!

Antonio and Laura's airbnb was absolutely superb. We were given instructions to first meet in Balestrate town and from there we were guided to Antonio's home which was a nice touch. We arrived and the photos do not do it justice. What a spectacular view and so peaceful despite being about 1km above the main town. The hot tub with that view was stunning. And the complimentary wine was such a lovely touch. We had everything we needed, fresh towels, cutlery, washing up utensils etc. Antonio was a wonderful host. He gave us some great recommendations for our travels. He recommended La Vucciria in Palermo, the Erice-Trapani cable car, San Vito Lo Capo beach which were all within 60/90 mins of the house. It was a perfect location. He also recommended Scala de Turchi (which was on our way to our next airbnb destination). All of these suggestions were incredible. Not only that Antonio gave us fresh lemons from his garden and some pastries. A real gentleman. Thank You.

Thank you to Innocenzo, Gianna and Giuliana for being great hosts. The house was amazing and the views breathtaking. Their restaurant in Town was also great and we ended up eating there two times. If you’re looking for a place with some privacy, a great pool and a close drive to everything, then this is the place for you.

We (couple and 1 child) had an amazing stay at this beautiful house in Balestrate, Sicily! The property is really cool – the house is spacious and the large garden was a real highlight; it’s the perfect place to relax, with plenty of seating areas and gorgeous landscaping. The pool was fantastic – clean and just the right size for a refreshing dip on hot days. Nino was very welcoming and attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. They made us feel at home, providing great local tips and always being available for any questions. If you’re looking for a peaceful retreat and a wonderful host, this is the place to be

We stayed a week in Terassini and it was like a private oasis. The home is a stone's throw to the beach and water boardwalk. The town piazza with many restaurants, stores, butcher, small grocery stores and pharmacy is also a very short walk. The pool area was a wonderful bonus even without swimming, the shade and breeze from the water was refreshing and calm. The home is immaculate and everything looks like brand new construction - extremely new, clean and also gated. Our hosts were exceptional - Clemente picked us up from the airport which is only a 15 minute drive. The most amazing part of our story is that our host is a first cousin to one of our travel party and we had no idea until we arrived and he told us he had family in Detroit (her husband!!!!). Clemente assisted us in renting a car for a day trip to Trapani and Erice (must, must see) which was extremely easy to do. Highly recommended!

Danilo is an absolutely amazing host, very responsive, hospitable and helpful. It felt like home, we got a personal greeting letter, which was a very nice gesture, some treats and some recommendations about restaurants., at the end of our stay there were even some little gifts for us. The house is very clean, spacious, modern, carefully designed to be practical, with a patio, terrace, swimming pool and sunbeds and also a little playground for children. There is space for everyone. It’s located a bit up, in a peaceful area, to get there you need a car but it guarantees a very nice view onto the sea. It was a great experience. The only regret is that we stayed only for one night. Danilo, thank you for your kindness and hospitality.

We've had a lot of Airbnb stays, but this was the very best ever. As a family, we felt right at home here — and that's rare. Everything was correct: the cottage was taken care of to the last detail, fully equipped and perfectly tailored to what we needed. From check-in to checkout, everything went effortlessly, in complete privacy and with just the right balance between contact and space. The pool was lovely — a fantastic place to relax and really enjoy the outdoors. And the garden… what a work that must be to maintain, but the result is stunning. So cared for, so beautiful. It adds a lot to the peace and atmosphere of the place. Martina has thought of everything. The atmosphere, the amenities, the tranquility… It felt almost too nice to be true. We found it genuinely difficult to say good bye, and that says a lot. A place like this is rare. We will come back here with love.

Beautiful, comfortable modern accomodation

With terrace garden and on the beach with outdoor shower. Very clean. We had to find a lodging last minute. We chose a cottage with Roberto, but our choice was not available but he immediately offered us this beach apartment as a very good alternative. We were already able to deposit our luggage in the morning, despite there being a problem with the key. An issue that Roberto solved quickly and pragmatically. We even got a bottle of wine on top. In short: Roberto responds quickly and accurately and he thinks along in a solution-oriented way. Communication with Roberto is efficient. The accommodation itself is located in front of the beautiful sandy beach of Castellamar, so a little further from the village center. Everything was perfectly clean and in order. We thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful and cozy terrace garden at the front of the ground floor apartment to eat family and catch up in the evening. There is also an outdoor shower that the kids used when they came out of the sea. Thank you Roberto.
