Monthly Rentals in Paderne

The house is great, everything clean, well maintained & with an absolutely big wonderful, sunny terrace & a great view! We liked the place Paderne, away from the coast & tourism. There were 2 of us & had plenty of room. Everything clean, looks like the photos, new & well maintained, plenty of storage space for clothes etc., mattresses are good, the bathrooms new & beautiful, (one an "open" attached to the one bedroom). The village main road is quite "sporty" & is always quite noisy. Kitchen: new & well maintained, has everything you need. Terrace: large, sunny, 2 sun loungers & 2 awnings, view is great & unobstructed (...whether it stays that way? Hopefully!) "Left" the house was empty & was just "renovated" (unfortunately we had a little construction noise) - so maybe there will be neighbors/a rented holiday home there in the future? --- Conclusion: The communication with Wim was absolutely smooth & timely. Would we rent the house again? Yes, in any case!

Great house, tidy, cool and wonderful hosts! Lucy the house cat is wonderful and we’d highly recommend for a peaceful holiday! Would recommend hiring a car though as it is 20mins+ from most things!

Jake is a nice guy, who communicated very well before, along and after our stay. The kitchen is well equipped and it was nice to have some fresh oranges at out arrival. The house is nice, old style. You can park your car in the property, which is a plus. I gave him some suggestions to improve some important elements to make the stay more cozy, which he accepted and is happy to take them into account.

The stay in this house was very pleasant. We felt completely comfortable. The house offers everything you need for a nice holiday. Very good facilities and very clean. The host was attentive and responded to our questions immediately and was always available. We will be happy to come back.
