Monthly Rentals in Oxnard State Beach Park

Our great experience began with Virginia's quick response to our signing up. She communicated promptly and accurately, and was responsive to our follow-up questions. She is so thoughtful and kind, and made us feel at home even before we arrived. And when we did arrive, she met us outside and showed us in, making sure we were happy and had what we needed. She even had little extras that we had not expected. She was polite, kind, and gracious without being pushy or nosy. She was the perfect host and we felt so fortunate to be staying with her. Our rooms were quaint, clean, and comfortable, and was the perfect romantic get-away for a long weekend. It was a 10-minute walk to the beach through a lovely neighborhood, and we loved hearing and feeling the ocean breeze, both when walking around and when back in our room. We can't wait to go back and stay at her place soon. It was wonderful.

Laura was very responsive and brought a couple extra cooking items when I inquired, so I could already tell that this was going to be a comfortable stay. The place is immaculate, beautifully decorated and the view is gorgeous. We loved that it was so quiet and relaxing. We went paddle boarding/ kayaking around the harbor each day. We did a lot of cooking and the kitchen had practically everything we wanted. We enjoyed reading books from their collection, and relaxing on the deck. The beds were comfortable, the water pressure good, and everything was well lit and organized. We would love to return one day!

Stylish townhouse on a very quiet street walkable to nice sandy beaches. Ventura and Channel Islands harbors with restaurants and shops are very short drives away and are also walkable. Three spacious bedrooms. Kitchen is great. Well appointed. Wine fridge. Great location.
