Monthly Rentals in Oving

Emma’s place to stay was beyond idyllic! The property was just the right size for our one night weekend away stay, the place was super clean, had ALL of the amenities you could want. The bed was a dream to sleep in, shower was amazing (who doesn’t love a great shower), kitchen had everything you need to cater for everything & the added extras were having the velux windows open whilst sleeping 😴 . Staying at this little Airbnb property was such a great choice, highly highly recommend staying!

Katie was responsive and answered all questions. The leaflets in the property mentioned ‘The Gribble’ as a great place to go but was shut due to a fire back in March 2025. There was no mention of anywhere else to eat locally so this made it difficult to have a dinner out as no where would deliver. Overall, we had a lovely time and enjoyed day trips out in the area.

This property rates more than 5 stars! Self-contained, well-equipped, every detail attended to, lots of welcoming touches like milk, bread, fruit ... we even found a bag of frozen chips in the freezer. This really is an exceptional property and I would love to visit again, in fact I would arrange a holiday just to stay here. It is excellent value for money when so many owners are quite frankly ripping guests off. But cost aside, for a self contained property you will simply not do any better. It was a little way from the area we were visiting, but that did not matter. It was a pleasure to leave from and come back to. If you are a reader there is a great selection of books and watching birds in the garden is a delight. Does this sound a bit "gushy" .. maybe , but that's not me! I am genuinely pleased to have stayed here and would love to return.

Had a fab stay at the Pear Store, very cute, and in pristine condition. We had a slight hiccup in that the fridge was turned off which we didn’t realise until the following morning, but Helen was quick to apologise and guide me to where the plug socket was, and only one food item was affected. All in all it was fab, and I would definitely stay there again!
