The apartment (1 bedroom) is at a separate entrance and in its own privacy, in connection with the front manhouse. Accommodation is for one person only the person who made the reservation is in use. In the best selected residential area in Finland, near the centre of Oulu (approx. 2 km). Kitchen:fridge, microwave, induction stove, coffee maker, kettle and crockery 1 free bike in summer time, there is a hot spot for the car. You can also get the key with the lock code. Welcome to stay in a historic setting! This duplex is located in the charming courtyard of a mansion built in the early 1900s, right by the sea. The apartment has two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a kitchen, and can accommodate up to 6 guests. One bedroom has a 160 cm wide double bed, and the other has a 140 cm double bed and an 80 cm single bed. We loved our stay at Jussi‘s place. Everything was very clean, the surroundings peaceful and quite. He even gave us a really good recommendation where to find local food with high quality. When we accidentally locked ourselves out, he responded quickly, kind and very proactive. All in all an extremely pleasant experience and i would love to come back some time in the future!

A perfect place for longer stays. Spacious, comfortable (super clean kitchen and bathroom), located in a calm residential part of Oulu not far from concert hall and library. It's a wooden multi-apartment house, with a special atmosphere that comes with it: quiet squeaks of tired wooden beams, a faint smell of timber, everything feeling warm to touch... if you're into the whole dacha/summerhouse vibe (I am), you'll love it. And there's honest double glazing, so has to be warm in winter, too.

We stayed in Mervi's apartment in Oulu for the weekend and had a great time. Messaging with Megan was friendly and smooth, we got answers to our questions and inquiries promptly, and overall, there was plenty of flexibility when we arrived and when we left. The apartment was already charming based on the photos, but it delighted us with its comfort and functionality in a very positive way. The details were well thought out, making it a really enjoyable place to stay, in addition to providing all the amenities you need for a weekend stay. We'd love to be Mervi's tenants again as long as we visit Oulu again and can warmly recommend the place to other travelers.
