Peaceful and beautiful location with a river view. The neighborhood is very quiet. A short trip to Oulu and the Koitelinkoski outdoor area is nearby. A nice forest path right next to it, nice for a walk with a dog. A clean and welcoming “mummola stay” with a cozy vibe to spend relaxed time with a small or larger group. It was a good sauna, we thought the beach was bad for swimming. Otherwise, everything matched the description and equipment very good. The host provides good and clear instructions and answers questions quickly.

The location was good and the place was clean. The host was helpful and responsive whenever needed.

I recommend, the ideal for traveling with a dog. A large fenced-in yard that the dog enjoyed. 😊

There were four of us in the apartment and we felt very comfortable. Ilkka personally welcomed us. The house is close to the road and is well accessible by car even in winter. The sauna is great, the beds comfortable and the sofa new. Spices and coffee were provided. Ilkka arranged us cheaply for cross-country skis and snowshoes and spelt a cross-country ski trail for us that started behind the house. We also saw the aurora lights 2x. Everything was super straightforward. I'd love to come back. Thank you.

We stopped with a baby and two teenagers on our way north. After a long drive, it was nice to go to the sauna, and to stay loose when they found their own space. The positive surprise was that we got the car in the garage. It was lovely to have a tasty breakfast belonging to the apartment. It was a great place to rest for our pop. Amazing house in a beautiful location. We had a very nice stay here. The house is very cozy, sauna is great and the pool was awesome. The hosts are very friendly and communication was smooth. Would definitely recommend to anyone staying in the area!

Very clean and functional spaces. Good level of equipment in every way. The bathroom had soaps, shampoos, and other basic cosmetics products. The host was well in advance about the practicalities, and all communication was very good. The dog was away and there are nice jogging spots nearby. Strongly recommend!

Comfortable little cottage. Very suitable for 2 people and a dog. If you want peace and independence, I recommend. The outdoor sauna was good. The hot water system only worked moderately, so there was no “hot” water.

The apartment was beautiful and minimalist and contained only the essentials. With two small children, the place was perfect for us, ❤️ and the location of the place was perfect, the playground next door was ramped up and down, and the trip to the center was smooth on small feet. The host responded quickly and a parking space was found in the adjacent parking garage at a suitable price. We will definitely stay in the same apartment for the first time.

Nice and tidy sauna cottage, great for short stays for 1-2 people. A wood-burning sauna that was needed after a 250km rainy and cold motorcycle trip. Firewood ready and good steam.

We visited Oulu for 2 nights to dj at a conference. Lippo was a really nice host. He picked us up at the train station and dropped us of after our stay, even while we arrived late. The House is very spacious and clean and has everything you need. This is how an AirBNB should look like and feel like! thanks Lippo!!

We were in Oulu for a weekend getaway and stayed at this Anna's place. I can warmly recommend this place and remember the place for the future. The apartment was clean, cozy, and stylish. All the essentials were found in the apartment, for example, regarding cooking. On the other hand, there was plenty of room in the apartment to place your own belongings and just being. The location of the apartment is very good right in the center of Oulu. Everything from the restaurant to Torpolis is just a few minutes walk away. We got a car comfortably on the street right in front of the apartment. Despite the location, there was no noise in the apartment at all, and I was able to get a great night's sleep, even though I'm very sleepy. The listing matched the description very well and everything was just as it was in the details. Checking in and out was easy with the instructions. Anna responded to messages quickly and she was very friendly. She was also gentle, even though I had made a small mistake at the time of booking.
