Cottage is small (38m2) but well designed and equipped (dishwasher, washing machine), decorated by Scandinavian style and also offers sauna experience. Great place for couples or families with children. Guest is expected to bring bedsheets, towels and toilet paper and to do proper final cleaning.

Beautiful studio from the seafront in Toppilansaari. Toppilansaari is located about 3 km from the center of Oulu in a maritime setting. Only about 1 km to Nallikari beach. Shop about 900 meters. Bed linen and towels are included. The apartment has a basic set of dishes for two. Air conditioner installed on July 19, 2024 to ease the heat 160cm wide bed, extra mattress available. Garage parking available for a separate fee, check availability in advance.

Very clean and cozy apartment. Easy location by car. For those traveling with a dog, really good hiking terrain right from the apartment, even though it is located close to the city center. The sofa bed is nice and snug and good to sleep in. Nothing to complain about!

The location of the house and the landscape along the Kiiminkijoki river is beautiful and it is a short distance to the services in the village center. The accommodation is particularly suitable for a former local resident who wants to spend time in the familiar home region of Kiiming instead of the center of Oulu.

There were four of us in the apartment and we felt very comfortable. Ilkka personally welcomed us. The house is close to the road and is well accessible by car even in winter. The sauna is great, the beds comfortable and the sofa new. Spices and coffee were provided. Ilkka arranged us cheaply for cross-country skis and snowshoes and spelt a cross-country ski trail for us that started behind the house. We also saw the aurora lights 2x. Everything was super straightforward. I'd love to come back. Thank you.
