There is a canopy area with a heat outlet for the car. There's a good jogging terrace nearby. Less than three kilometers from the area are the center of Oulu and Oulu University Hospital. A bus stop near the house. The nearest store and pizzeria is less than a half mile away.

Old log house by the sea

Welcome to stay in a historic setting! This duplex is located in the charming courtyard of a mansion built in the early 1900s, right by the sea. The apartment has two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a kitchen, and can accommodate up to 6 guests. One bedroom has a 160 cm wide double bed, and the other has a 140 cm double bed and an 80 cm single bed. In the kitchen, there is a wooden sofa (180 cm), which also serves as a bed for a smaller sleeper.

Mökki on hirsirakenteinen hevostilan vanha päärakennus ja kohta 100 vuotta vanha. Vuonna 2010 mökki on peruskorjattu lattiasta kattoon. Mökissä on 45 neliötä ja sisältää makuuhuoneen, tuvan ja kylpyhuoneen. Mökki sijaitsee hevostilan pihapiirissä ja tilalla on hevosia ja kissoja. Hevosia saa tervehtiä sovittaessa.
