The location is magnificent, with all the city's entertainments right next to it: market hall and market square ( less than 100 m ), Oulu theatre ( 220 m ), cinema ( 280 m ), restaurants ( less than 100 m ), shops in the city centre, beach ( 230 m ), etc. The apartment is fully furnished and equipped. Beds for 4 (in addition to a couple of extra beds ). Parking space in the garage, max. height for car 2, 15 m . Free WiFi. Ask for a special offer in week 43!

Stunning riverside triangle

A triangle built with stunning river scenery invites you to relax in a peaceful environment. Stylish and atmospheric, the apartment is equipped with two bedrooms, one with 120 wide motor beds and the other with a 140cm wide spreadable couch. The spacious living room has a comfortable couch and rocking chair. The kitchen is fully equipped. In addition to the laundry room, there is a separate toilet. From the corner sofa on the large balcony, you can admire the sunset. The location is excellent, only about a mile from downtown.

This cottage is next to beautiful shallow, sandy beach and amazing sea view, close to nature and walking routes and walking distance from local restaurants services and sights. Cottage is small (38m2) but well designed and equipped (dishwasher, washing machine), decorated by Scandinavian style and also offers sauna experience. Great place for couples or families with children. Guest is expected to bring bedsheets, towels and toilet paper and to do proper final cleaning.

Beautiful studio from the seafront in Toppilansaari. Toppilansaari is located about 3 km from the center of Oulu in a maritime setting. Only about 1 km to Nallikari beach. Shop about 900 meters. Bed linen and towels are included. The apartment has a basic set of dishes for two. Air conditioner installed on July 19, 2024 to ease the heat 160cm wide bed, extra mattress available. Garage parking available for a separate fee, check availability in advance.
