Riad holiday rentals in Oued Tensift

The Riad was beautiful and even better than the pictures. It was a perfect location within the Medina and walking distance to most attractions. Alice has done a great job decorating the place. Abdou and Fatima made our stay seamless, easy and special. They made a great spread every morning for breakfast. Abdou was particularly helpful in making restaurant suggestions…Atay Cafe and L’Mida were both great choices.

Rachid's riad was fab! Myself and two friends stayed in the riad, which felt extremely private after entrance off the street. The riad is as described and alike the pictures. The various seating arrangements, both downstairs and on the rooftop terrace made the space versatile. The heated pool was a wonderful addition too. Mohammed was extremely helpful, offering tips and ideas for places to visit along with food recommendations and restaurants - he spent some time showing us the local map and explaining the above with some freshly made mint tea and biscuits; a lovely gesture. The hosts arranged our transfer from the airport to the riad which was really helpful and clearly communicated, enabling easy access to the riad (recommended as it might be difficult to find without this). We did the same on our return. Mohammed and his brother were both very helpful throughout, and responsive to requests during our stay. The bedrooms were well presented and each had an ensuite bathroom.

Fantastically charming house, super helpful host and great location! The house has amazing character that cannot be found in big-city accommodations. Khalid went above and beyond in helping us with everything. Location is perfect - being very close to the medina, but just outside. Would definitely recommend!

We loved staying in Chantal’s riad! The space is truly beautiful and every room is so unique. Super fun staying in the Medina and being able to explore the surroundings areas - very central location. Booking transportation from the airport to the bnb was super helpful as well since it can be a bit difficult navigating through the Medina for the first time. Also highly recommended trying out the breakfast there - super fresh and it was the perfect start to our morning!! Highly recommend this riad for anyone visiting Marrakech :-)

An unforgettable girls’ trip in the most beautiful villa! We stayed at this stunning villa in Morocco for a girls’ trip with 13 women, and it truly exceeded all of our expectations! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by how breathtaking and secluded the property was—perfect for a relaxing and luxurious escape. Our host was incredibly helpful and responsive throughout the entire stay, making everything smooth and stress-free. A special shoutout to Saloua and her amazing team—they went above and beyond for us every single day and made us feel so welcome and cared for. Honestly, they couldn’t do enough for us! Every detail was thoughtful, the setting was peaceful and private, and the experience was absolutely perfect from start to finish. We made memories that will last a lifetime—and we are already planning our return. This place is a hidden gem and we can’t recommend it enough!

Reginas Dar ist ein wundervoller Ort, um Marrakesch zu erkunden. Das Haus ist dafür ideal gelegen, sehr nah zu allen wichtigen Attraktionen und dennoch völlig ruhig. Zum Jamaa El Fna sind es nur gut 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Der Dar selbst ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und enthält alles, was man zum unbeschwerten Genießen benötigt. Der wunderschöne Pool und die Dachterrasse laden zum unbeschwerten Genießen ein und verströmen ein Gefühl des Luxus. Genau das, was man nach einem langen Tag in den Souks schätzt. Der gesamte Dar ist blitzsauber und in bestem Zustand. Dafür sorgen Regina und Khadija, die immer mit Rat, Tat und Informationen aushelfen, wenn man sie benötigt. Obwohl Regina nicht vor Ort war, hat sie immer innerhalb kürzester Zeit geantwortet. Das Frühstück von Khadija war sensationell gut und immer ganz frisch zubereitet. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in vollen Zügen genossen und empfehlen diesen Dar aus voller Überzeugung. Danke für Eure großzügige Gastfreundschaft.

Le riad d'Abdelghani, est bijoux qui rassemble l'histoire, la beauté culturelle et le charme. Le hôte est disponible au petit soins et conseils surtout. J'ai pu me reposer avec ma famille et me couper du monde en étant dans une ville qui vit à 1000 à l'heure. Merci encore.

Nous avions réservé ce Riad pour un EVJF, et nous avons été impressionné par le logement, spacieux, bien décoré, moderne; avec un rooftop incroyable ! Encore plus beau que sur les photos. Nous avons adoré séjourner ici, et Bahija nous a régalé avec ses petits déjeuner, son couscous et sa tajine. Votre logement a grandement participé à notre expérience de Marrakech et contribue énormément à notre séjour mémorable, merci pour tout.

Great Airbnb. Franck’s place is just as expected like the photos. Very comfortable. Also, their cook, Latifah was wonderful! We had a good breakfast, tasty tagine and the best of it was how warm she welcomed us! I’d definitely recommend it

Not sure where to start but Let me summarize that I have stayed at AirBnb’s around the globe and this was the best one to date! For more details: the host Hannah was super responsive, and proactive. Abdel was always available to answer questions, solve and fix anything we needed. Rachida’s breakfast was perfect. We also ordered dinner one night that Rachida cooked for us. The lamb tagine was the best we had in all of Marrakesh- this is a must try if you like your tagine to be balanced in sweet and savory. All in all a highly customer focused staff at our disposal throughout. We are a family of 4, including kids. Our boys had a wonderful time at the Riad and we all loved the incorporation of indoor/outdoor space, just like the pics. The location was fantastic - walkable and hip. Like many Riads around, this is not close to a drivable street, but Abdel was with us to show us in and out and also arranged for a cart to get our luggage to the car. A five star accommodation!

Absolutely stunning place!! One of the most beautiful Airbnb’s we’ve stayed in. Plenty of space, clean, beautiful rooftop and pool. Saloua was an amazing housekeeper. Very responsive and helpful hosts, made it a breeze to get everything into the Medina and Airbnb. All-in-all highly recommended place to stay in the Medina.

Aziza really made the experience for us. The road is beautiful. The pool was nice and cold which was very much welcome in the 40degree heat. The area was very safe and the people were so kind. It was nice and peaceful inside the road just a doorway away from the hustle and bustle outside. Thank you!

We LOVED our stay at Ali’s villa! It was for our friends hen do weekend and we were blown away with the accomodation. It looks even better than the pictures!!! Rhe rooftop was amazing and the pool area brought both traditional and modern vibes to life. The place was clean, spacious and had everything we needed. Towels and all toiletries were provided and we even had a wonderful lady serve us breakfast and help us around the villa on the first day. Would recommend this place to anyone! Easy location too, 15-20 minutes to the Medina! Really peaceful :) Thank you.

The riad is in a great location, right in the centre, close to the market and all the restaurants but still very quiet inside. Nicely designed and very clean house. Looks like on the pictures. We really had a great time. Thank you

We absolutely loved the riad. it's clean it's beautiful., The cactus the lights the window, everything! they are just meant to be where they are! and to be honest, the home actually looks even better than the picture. We love the interior design. and also it's a very quiet home to stay. We had our first dinner at the Riad as we arrive in late afternoon . After staying in Morocco for 1 week. I rated the dinner we had in the riad is the BEST of our whole trip! I really miss the lamb tagine and the zaalouk! I had the best lamb tagin with prune and zealous in the riad of our whole trip. We also enjoyed our breakfast a lot. we stayed for two nights. the breakfast is slightly different the second day. the only thing didn't change is the yummy taste. We really appreciate for the introduction of moroccan food. I highly recommend this riad. and hopefully we will have chace to go back very very soon.

Nous avons passé un séjour absolument parfait à Marrakech ! Le riad était superbe, parfaitement propre, très bien décoré, et totalement privatisé, ce qui nous a permis de profiter pleinement de notre séjour en toute intimité. Les chambres et salles de bain étaient spacieuses et impeccables. Notre hôte a été exceptionnelle du début à la fin : toujours à l’écoute, réactive, et d’une grande gentillesse. Elle s’est occupée de nos transferts avec efficacité et a toujours répondu rapidement à nos demandes. Je recommande ce logement les yeux fermés et n’hésiterai pas à y revenir lors de mon prochain passage à Marrakech. Merci encore pour cette belle expérience, et Merci Céline pour ta gentillesse !

Dar Bablou is a little piece of heaven. Just a 25-minute drive from the airport, it’s nestled in a peaceful village far from the madding crowd—perfect if you’re seeking tranquillity. Our days were blissfully spent lounging by the pool, occasionally visited by friendly chickens, peacocks, and tortoises. For meals, you can stroll five minutes to the lovely Berber Lodge for lunch or dinner, or make use of the well-equipped kitchen at the villa to prepare something simple and satisfying. In the early evenings, we enjoyed walking through the village and along the hillside paths, especially beautiful at sunset. The villa itself is stunning, and we truly loved our stay. Communication was excellent throughout. We’ll definitely be booking again—and honestly, we’re still regretting not extending our stay after our return flight got delayed!

What a stunning Riad! The house was dreamy! immaculately clean, very tastefully decorated and super comfortable for our two families. Atika’s Breakfast on the terrace every morning was delicious. The Riad is conveniently located in the medieval medina, very near a car-accessible road (not a given in Marrakech) and a stones-throw from the square, Souks and everything you need. Some great restaurants on your doorstep too! The Bread making workshop by Atika was a real highlight and not to be missed! Our children loved learning how to make the traditional bread they ate every morning. The hosts were very attentive, easy to get hold of and saw to our queries promptly. Highly recommended stay. We will certainly be back.

Absolute bliss! This Riad is perfection. An oasis of calm just minutes walk away from the hectic souks and markets Every effort has been made to make you feel relaxed and at peace and ease Fred is a fantastic host and although we didn’t meet through WA he was always available and would regularly check in to ensure there were no issues Fred has a lovely maid (Hanane) who is so friendly and makes the most incredible food we would highly recommend having at least one breakfast and one lunch made by her it was the most delicious food we had during our whole stay in Morocco. We would absolutely love to return and stay again should the opportunity arise Thank you Fred you are a great host

À mon arrivée j étais un peu sceptique concernant le quartier, mais j ai rapidement découvert une vie de quartier authentique et traditionnelle, C est ce qui fait tout le charme de ce Riad : on est plongé au cœur de la vraie vie locale, au plus près des habitants et de leur quotidien.Le Riad en lui même est impeccable très propre, bien entretenu avec une équipe réactive chaleureuse et toujours à l écoute , Les chambres sont confortables et décorées avec goût. Le jacuzzi un vrai plus idéal pour se détendre après une journée de découverte . Une très belle expérience ! Je recommande les yeux fermés

This is one of the most beautiful villas I’ve ever stayed at!! Truly beautiful and captivating from the get go! Amazing cook and driver, the stars at night time are out of this world! Gregory is a lovely host I definitely recommend this amazing villa. Driver was sorted out for us at all times, we enjoyed the free breakfast and lovely dinner that was available, everything was spot on! Thank you for an amazing stay we will definitely be coming back soon
