It is located in a secure residence with a caretaker. Everything about it is excellent Arnaud was the only one to answer me and help me when I had a problem in the middle of the night! Such a great place! Central, beautiful and great internet. Issam was very flexible in letting us check in early after our previous AirBnB was not as we expected it to be. Helpful and respectful, we have no complaints and have booked in for more days once we get back from Rabbat!

stunning villa. big and nice. The cinema is a real plus with access to netflix and youtube. the location is very good - outside Marrakech and close by car. we were able to park our cars without any worries: 1 inside and the other on the parking driveway. the place is monitored. Jamel is very responsive and attentive. Rachida is a great cook too. great experience - which I would recommend and would do again.

Villa Zahra was easily one of the best vacation rentals we've rented as a family! We were 8 people, ranging from my mother in law to my infant nephew and toddler niece. Every single one of us had a perfect stay <3 Deanne and her team - Said and Khadija left no stone unturned in hospitality. While the place is a little further away from the city center, Deanne was incredibly generous in connecting us with a trusted driver within minutes!! The place is very safe; Khadija did a marvelous job of cleaning everything every morning, the sauna/hamman in the basement were divine, the pool was spectacular, the beds were ultra comfortable, and so on. Please stay at Villa Zahra to ensure the best experience for your trip to Marrakesh :)

Absolutely lovely home. Much better than the photos. Very clean, the lady that was cleaning the house made us feel so comfortable and at ease. It was literally our home for the week. She was so kind and helpful and caring. Saeed the guy I was corresponding is very kind and helpful. He made us feel very comfortable, answered all our queries. With a delayed flight, he found us emergency accommodation for an extra night without a question. I cannot recommend them enough. They are so kind and caring. Lovely people, lovely country! Absolutely will be recommending to my friends and family & will book again for sure. Kind security, kind driver and kind house lady. Thank you so much for making our stay extra special

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Rouge over Easter in April 2025. A family of five plus my parents, we had plenty of space indoors and out. The two pools (one heated) were perfect for both warm and cooler days. The large, beautifully kept garden gave the kids lots of space to run around, play football—and even spot a few tortoises! The house is spacious and comfortable, with multiple areas to eat, play games, and relax, including a big projector for evening movies. Yassine was responsive and helpful before and during our stay. Jamila, the housekeeper, was a superstar—she went above and beyond and even cooked meals for us as an optional extra. The owner also called from France to check in, which was a lovely touch. The villa is about 20 minutes from the Medina and 10 minutes from a large supermarket, so we'd consider a car essential. We’d happily recommend Villa Rouge to others, and hope to return. Thank you, Yassine and Jamila for a wonderful stay!

Amazing place! Will definitely stay here again. Situated in a gated community you feel very safe. The villa is incredibly beautiful. I was already impressed by the photos but honestly seeing it in person it was even better. And to top it all off Lamia was amazing, my family all enjoyed her delicious breakfasts!!

Big and spacious home. Plenty of room for a family. Situated in a nice neighborhood/community with shops and restaurants. Walking distance to and from some main attractions.

Hey ! Hicham was great 👍 communicative & very helpful. Always answer his phone & he always was around ready to help . He offered pick up from the airport- waiting for me on time. Nothing was a problem for him . Very happy with my accommodations.

Very good communication with Cédric from the beginning, and any doubt or suggestion resolved it without any problem. The apartment is great , very comfortable and has everything we need. It also has super markets like the Carrefour and nearby shopping centers. Also close to sightseeing. I recommend it at 100x100.

The apt has a really good vibe to it and makes you not wish to leave. It's very comfortable and well equipped. it's excellently located and very central making many places walkable yet it's peaceful and away from noise. the sound of the frogs from jardin majorelle in the distance is really magical. And nouzha is very responsive and helpful. a great place

Naima & Salim has a gorgeous house & and they are even better hosts. Special thanks to Salim for helping us with such a smooth checkin and then a perfect 4 night stay. Everything was impeccable and much more than what we expected. A big thank you to Salim again for helping us with arranging local cabs for travelling around and also local recommendations. Would highly recommend staying at Naima & Salim's place.

Very cozy apartment, very secure residence for families ! Abdelati is a very friendly host , responsive and respectful. The apartment was clean well maintained and decorated! It felt like Home 👍🏻

The host Hilba was excellent and remained in contact with me through out my stay to ensure everything was ok. I requested an iron to iron my shirts and Hilba organised one to be delivered immediately. Excellent stay for my short time in Marrakesh, thank you Hilba :)
